My kids loved the pool!

Not very well maintained. The pool was closed for our visit. Breakfast was not very good. For what was charged, the whole place was an extreme disappointment.

Pool was advertised but was "closed for repairs", important for us because motel pool is focus of family visits. No elevator and staff refused to give me a first-floor room, even though I\'m 78 with bad knees. Front-desk staff replied to problem with WiFi with "It\'s handled by a third party, not by us. Can\'t help." WiFi tech help was excellent, though, when he did come.

Kinda bummed that the pool was closed, but someone had gotten sick the day prior at the poolside. Hotel staff had closed the pool to clean and disinfect the area and shocked the pool before reopening it. Rooms were decent sized, beds are firm but comfortable. Not a bad hotel for the price.

It was quite. But has no elevator had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I was traveling alone and had two suitcases.

The only negative was the pool being closed and the $30 to check in early. I understand a charge, just didn't expect that much. The pool couldnt be helped though, so thats ok.

Overall the stay at the hotel was ok. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the climate controls worked, the rooms were largely soundproof, and the area around the hotel was safe. However, there was no room service provided during our stay and one of the maids refused to give me a couple of extra towels or soap. I only saw someone at the front desk twice during our three day stay. The "full" breakfast had an adequate selection of choices and when they ran out of something they did not replace it, so be prepared to get there early to have a better selection. The breakfast choices were better than a standard continental breakfast but not by much. The TV did not work in my room and there was no one to contact within the hotel. Be aware there is no elevator in the hotel. I'd give it an average rating for a generally adequate stay.

Pool was not warm

The stay was good! The indoor pool was cold they need to fix the heaters in their because was too cold to enjoy the pool

What I didn't like about the property was that we were not told there was no elevator, and I have a bad hip and it was hard for me to climb the stairs

There was pubic hair in the towels and wash cloths. The floors were wet in the room. The toilet was not bolted down. The room smelled like a hamster cage. Absolutely disgusting

Very nice property. Very clean and very reasonably priced for the four nights I stayed. I would stay there again.

The only issues I ran into, were checking out in the morning I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up, in order to return my key. There’s was no one around to help me. Also another huge issue was a roach in my room. That is utterly and completely unacceptable. I intended to ficus’s this with the front desk service, however there was no one there.

There was an old towel left in the bathroom hanging up on the back of the door, there was a soap wrapper in the shower from a previous guest, & the sink in the Fourier had toothpaste stains on it

Best thing I can say is there were no bugs. Check in was fine, staff was nice. It is so run down, not very clean, beds are uncomfortable. Outlets don’t really work because nothing stays plugged in. Shower had no vent. Room smelled musty and the carpet felt like it was wet.

The room was too small not a lot of space

Tv remote did not work and they changed and reprogrammed to no avail. Room was okay but a little dingy smell.

Location is super convenient since it’s close to restaurants and downtown. However, rooms are pretty outdated and our room key kept getting deactivated so we needed to keep going to the front desk.

The bed was uncomfortable and the AC did not work.

Stayed here 2 nights for pride weekend and we enjoyed ourselves. The man working the front desk was very friendly. The pool appeared nice and people were using it both days but we unfortunately didn’t have time to. The door to our room was hard to close and open. We had to really push it closed and pull it hard to open. I appreciated the white bedding. I was ready to use the coffee maker and had the filter inside, but to my dismay it didn’t work. It said housekeeping was only available upon request, but when we came back to our room it had been tended to. Appreciated this but also caught me off guard. Tv had plenty of stations to enjoy. A lot of kids were heard running down the halls. Walls are definitely not soundproof but if you have the AC on and the tv, it should be fine. Noticed a party in the back parking lot when we arrived. There were a lot of people hanging out around a truck which was a little intimidating but we parked on the other side of the building. McDonald’s is right there and so is a liquor store. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Chocolate chip muffins were the only thing I enjoyed. Sausage was weird and had hard ends. One waffle maker and the breakfast area was basically full so I did not get to enjoy that. Would recommend adding more breakfast options such as boiled eggs, cheese sticks, room temp butter so you can actually spread it, to begin with. Only a 20 minute drive to Indy and so I would stay here again. Room was decent and clean. AC worked well.

Rate was lower than nearby properties but less than perfect condition - torn carpet, refrigerator but no freezer, at least one light bot working.

My only complaint was the wifi kept going out

The hotel was loud. I was on the main floor. I tried working from there and the wifi was not working. When I went to the front desk, I was told that a ticket would be put in but he has no idea when it would be up. I asked if there was anywhere I could work and he told McDonalds. While I was in my room, housekeeping came 3 times and each time I told them I was fine. An alarm was going off in an adjacent room for 3 hours. I didn't use the pool, but it looked ok. The breakfast was nothing special. When I did interact with the staff, they were polite. Out of all the properties in this area, I would try another one. It was clean and safe. It worked for what I needed, but I would not stay there again.

The front desk spoke limited English, rooms were small and bathroom tiny. It was like pulling teeth to get enough towels for our family of 4. The toilet was not sealed to the ground and the shower head leaked

Very friendly staff and good prices

Person was unhappy at the front desk when I walked in. Took a few moments before I was waited on. Hotel was not in great shape, but it was a place to lay down after a long day of travel. When I checked out early morning, couldnt be provided with receipt Said couldnt print one until after 6am. Will not stay there again.

The room was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly and the location good for what I needed.

Nothing worked, telephone had to be replaced upon arrival. Refrigerator didn’t work. No covers on 3 electrical outlets. Asked to speak with manager, never showed up.

Made reservation 3 months in advance and talked to rep at front desk to confirm. Also got confirmation by email for accesible room. Arrived at property, the room was on the 2nd floor and not accessible. Front desk rep could not help and manager would not help, ended up sleeping in car because no other rooms available anywhere else

Really poor customer service if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay or have issues this is not the place they don’t let you do refunds for anything they steal money and over charge

This hotel does not offer the amenities it claims to offer, the manager is aware, and after being there for 30mins she refused to cancel my reservation or offer a refund! Do not book here!

Hotel just fine but needs better signage - it's behind the other hotels

This location is great and we will stay again. The evening check-in gentleman had a challenging person in front of me and did an excellent job working that out. He was great. People are responsive and super clean.

The hours were 6-9 and I arrived at 8:15 am to find that they were out of both scrambled eggs and milk - and no one ever came by to check or replace these items. Both sides of the juice machine were malfunctioning, and since there was no milk and I do not drink coffee, the only beverage option was water. The waffles and bagels were very good, but I would have loved some hot scrambled eggs, juice, and milk so that I could have had cereal. I can understand not refilling the eggs and milk if they run out 5 minutes before the end of the breakfast period, but when there are 45 minutes left, these major items should be replenished.

It was a nice hotel for the price.Quiet and convenient to the highway and restaurants. If i come back to Plainfield i will stay again.

I was in town from Georgia for my son's wedding. The staff were very accommodating with providing a late check-in. The hotel was close to shopping and gas stations. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only negative that I had was that our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

I searched and found the cheapest hotel in the area. This was it so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the room- it was modern, new, and spotless. There is ample parking with lots of exits so accessing ,my room was easy and convenient every time. The free breakfast wasn't worth the money, lol. The pool was closed- it is indoors and it is winter. I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff is minimal but competent. I will return. For way under a hundred bucks, I'm good with this place. Again, the room was great. Plenty of towels and no issues with the bathroom. The bed was good too. The place shows upkeep. No sketchy factor at all.

Everything was good, except the breakfast.

It was amazing and the breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Great value for the price. Clean rooms, nice pool area, and breakfast was pretty good as well. If you don't want to spend a fortune and want a safe clean place to stay I would absolutely recommend staying here. I know we will stay here again the next time we are in town.

We arrived during a blizzard and they were very nice. Pool was really nice, breakfast was ok other than they ran out of some things and weren’t restocking very quickly. Hotel was clean. They do not have an elevator so carrying baby stuff up and down wasn’t easy. They did have one guy on staff help us carry it up when we arrived. Overall good stay!

There was no syrup for my waffle but it was still good

Staff was nice, room was fine, breakfast was adequate. Overall—a good experience.

The front desk was empty when we arrived. Waited 12 minutes before attendant arrived. Had breakfast next morning had no syrup for waffles, asked the front desk and waited at least 5 minutes for them to fill it and waffles got cold. No ambition to help.Overall place was well kept and clean.
