The floor in room was sticky everywhere after wiping one small spot the color of floor changed so kept wiping larger area and noticed the entire floor was filthy! After wiping floor was a much lighter color. Looked like very dirty mop water was used. Sheets had stains. A bug kept walking across ceiling and tub water leaked entire time

When I first came in the worker was nice when greeting me. I did a quick walkthrough of the room then we had to leave for a graduation. We came in late and that’s when I noticed the floor sticky, dirty floor with dust, everything outdated and it just felt uncomfortable. Also the sheets was cleaned but had lots of stains on them. I went downstairs to call for room service but no one answered the after hours phone. Next day we got up early so we can get out the room and we started getting dressed and needed more towels. They stated we would be charged $1.50 per towel which is crazy for towels that has been used and washed and has stains on them. We left and got dressed at a family member’s house. When we came back my daughter said she seen a bug and killed it but didn’t know what kind of bug. 10 minutes later we see a huge cockroach crawling up wall. I had enough at this point. I talked to lady downstairs and she said she will move us rooms and to come back in an hour. I come back and move everything in new room. It was our last night and I couldn’t wait to check out let’s not mention the smell in hallways & elevator of a stinking dog and dog poop the entire stay. The next morning I talked to manager and all he could say was they have measures in place with a rodent company to prevent roaches and that he’s sorry. No credit for everything that I been through NOTHING! I will never book here again.

The place was ok. No bugs but definitely not cleaned or sanitized. The bathroom smelled like urine and the bathtub looked like it was not scrubbed in 5 years. There were a couple times I wanted to go to my car but some crack head was falling asleep standing in the front entrance way. The check in staff was a bit attitudey but I think it was just the way she was. I was cracking jokes w her at her implies to lighten the mood. Definitely need to be there before 10 pm to check in !

I appreciated the discounted rate for my stay on the Easter holiday. I researched a few hotels in the area and settled on this one for the price, and specifically because of the description and photos on Expedia. The bathroom photos appear to have updated shower heads and walk in showers. They don't. The first room: everything was sticky or greasy to the touch. When I went to turn on the shower, the water handle nearly came out of the wall and the button to pull to turn the shower on fell off in my hand. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a double on the second floor. I repacked my things and went up to the next room. Much cleaner, working shower but the cable television wasn't working. The window would only open a third of the way. Shower curtains are NOT waterproof. The floor and bath mat were soaked which made it dangerous getting out. Very kind people but this property needs real improvements not just cosmetic. Heads up, this location does NOT have grab and go breakfast. I'll chose another option next time I'm in the area. Happy trails!

I wanted a queen size bed I think it was a twin. The bed was on springs like if you went to a camping area. The room smelt like mildew when I asked for a different room I was told no because they had a huge event when there was no event. A lady behind the desk just did not want to do her job.

Ash at the front desk is the best! She is quick with checking you in which is relieving, she is also very knowledgeable about her job & the services the hotel can provide for the guest to make it the best experience! She made it easy & comfortable for my family & I! :)

We had an event and could not arrive until very late. When arriving the service window was closed and there was a sign to call. Upon calling I was told that check in was only 3-6 and since I was only booked for 1 night they could not assist me checking in. I asked what other options I had, he offered to give me a number to call Monday-Friday 8-5 to see about refund.

I waited 20 minutes for a clerk to show up to check me in because she was outside smoking. Then she was rather rude with me like I was an inconvenience to her. I was also informed that they do not provide cooking supplies with dishes even though it states that they do on their website and the flyer posted at the front desk also stated that they do. What is the point of being an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette if you are not going to provide pans and dishes?

Booked through Expedia. My flight was to get in after 1 am, so I called the hotel to let them know. The guy made a note of my expected arrival time of 2 am. When I arrived, they had marked me as a no-show and given away my room. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but it was the middle of the night and I had nowhere to sleep.

The rental price is good, but not comparable to other Extended Stay properties I had used. The room was smaller, the bed smaller, furniture insufficient, hygiene very poor, plates and cutleries not available, the bathroom ceiling leaking, and staff unavailable at all times. One staff behavior (Bronson, by name) totally abhorrent. I was in Room 131. Right above me (Room 231), children were jumping and running, making loud thumping noises, the telephone in the room was not working, so I went to the Reception to complain. Bronson categorically told me that he could not ask the occupants of Room 231 to tone down their noises. Instead, I had the option to check out of the property. I was stung at the lack of compassion, courtesy, and extremely horrible customer service. I will never use this particular hotel again!

The rental price is good, but not comparable to other Extended Stay properties I had used. The room was smaller, the bed smaller, furniture insufficient, hygiene very poor, plates and cutleries not available, the bathroom ceiling leaking, and staff unavailable at all times. One staff behavior (Bronson, by name) totally abhorrent. I was in Room 131. Right above me (Room 231), children were jumping and running, making loud thumping noises, the telephone in the room was not working, so I went to the Reception to complain. Bronson categorically told me that he could not ask the occupants of Room 231 to tone down their noises. Instead, I had the option to check out of the property. I was stung at the lack of compassion, courtesy, and extremely horrible customer service. I will never use this particular hotel again!
