Very impressed. Everything was clean from the lobby, eating area, workout room, pool and room. Greeted with a smile after a long trip when I checked in. Close to the airport and convenient location to many eateries. Was there for Bands Of America Grand Nationals and it was about 18 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would stay here again

The property itself was clean but had a noticeable smell of sewage throughout the entire building. There was a public hair stuck to the side of the bathtub so I questioned how clean it was. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet during the night. Disappointed the hot tub was covered over and the sauna didn’t work but the kids enjoyed the pool!

Hotel was clean, everything worked, the pool was in use this time! Wish they would refill the hot tub and start using it instead of having a deck and a table over the top of it. I guess my only complaint was the breakfast. Not much variety, for the hot foods, the sausage was incredibly salty. I do appreciate the fact there's a waffle maker

The staff were super friendly, my daughter loved them. Everything was very clean. Internet was a little slow, but that's typical of hotels. Pool was nice, there's a sauna that doesn't work, but no sign to indicate that it doesn't work. That would be my only complaint and it is very minor. Very happy with my stay while we were there.

Front desk received me promptly and had answers to all of my questions. Many food options nearby. I was able to leave my car in their lot for a full week for a small fee, way less than the airport parking. No shuttle but an Uber ride was only $15. Very happy!

It's well-sited for transport (highways, airport, downtown), the staff is great, and the beds were pretty comfortable. There was a humidity issue- a dehumidifier in the hall outside the room looked like it had been there for a long time and was constantly full. Similarly, the sauna wasn't working and the paper "Out of Order" sign looked pretty old. Bathroom wasn't great- low water pressure. Also, the light switch was a motion sensor. Fine, except I decided to take a bath and the lights went out. Had to get out to trigger it. Still- overall a good hotel.

The hallways smelled like bug spray, wall paper was peeling off the walls, rust all over in the bathroom. Not very many plugs to charge phone. Both nights kids above us ran around making so much noise, on the second night ended up calling down to see if they could get the people to stop, and they just called back saying they couldn’t reach the room. It was miserable unable to get any good sleep.

Room was dirty, unkept, smelled terrible. Hair on the bed, shower was dirty and railing on tub was dirty. Told someone at the desk about my room, and she didn’t know what to do. Was told she was just filling in, person working was running late. It was almost 1 in the morning. So we just went to bed. Spoke to someone else that next morning, she said she didn’t know what to do and the GM would be in later. At this point my partner and I didn’t want to stay anymore. How could so many people working not have a clue how to handle a situation. Once we got our things loaded to leave, I did run into the general manager, Who look like she just came in from off the street, Had no professionalism to her at all, And pretty much blamed me for the problems that I was facing. I paid for the room through Expedia so I was not able to get a refund, but Sonesta can keep my money since you all need it so so much. Will never return, Hope no one else has a bad experience

We stayed on the third floor. The hall carpet was soiled in a number of areas. Room was fine, except the sink area of the floor felt sticky. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10:00, but at 9:40 there was no eggs nor pancake mix. They seemed short staffed.

Overall a nice hotel for the price, seems like the bathrooms and covers could use a deeper clean. Couldn’t hear the airplanes at all. Ass far as locating the hotel as mentioned in other reviews, it’s not necessarily the hotels fault. The area’s infrastructure is complicated but a bigger sign might be to the hotel’s benefit.

Breakfast had a good variety, some of the room decor needs updated. The shower had a large crack that was repaired and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. The lamp shade needed to be replaced due to it being broken in multiple spots.

We got to the hotel about 1:00 AM. The elevator wasn’t working but we were given a room on the top floor. We were given a key to a room that already had people in it. So that’s a very awkward moment at 1:00 AM to basically break into another person’s room. The desk agent was very friendly, but not overly competent. 2nd attempt to get a room was still on the top floor… but at least it didn’t have other people in it. Beds were nice, but the pillows were so small. It was half the length of a normal pillow so I woke up with a kinked neck. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

I booked my stay through Expedia and used the Afterpay option to pay for it. My card was charged by the hotel for the stay on top of my agreement with Afterpay. I called the hotel and was given an email address of a Brittany Schwitzke to resolve the issue and have the charge refunded. I emailed her daily for three days, and as of today I haven’t even received a “I am looking into this” email. So basically I am expected to pay $90 to Afterpay and an additional $76 to the hotel for a stay I believed would cost under $100. I was trying to avoid disputing this charge with my bank, but due to zero response or accountability from this hotel, I’m left with no other choice.

The staff is wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing and fresh! I can't explain it in words, but I felt like family welcoming me to my stay. When I didn't need room service but asked for towels and a few replenishments, they were Johnny on the spot with them. I am so used to other properties having their staff roll their eyes and give me such a hard time about these same requests. It's like pulling teeth with other hotels. But not HERE!!! Sonesta was the best hotel I could choose with the best rates and service in my opinion!!!

The girls at the front desk were so super friendly. I had a couple extra requests for our multiple and rooms and they answered my questions and accommodated the best they could. I was very impressed.

I usually have no issues with best Western however this time after checking in and unpacking, the front desk ran up to my room to catch another guest that had accidentally been double booked into our room. After sorting it out with the employee she promised that they would kill the door keys and put the other party into another room. Around midnight I had a knock at my door and it was the quest from earlier who had never been informed, i had to explain and deescalate the situation thankfully they were reasonable and understanding, but i have 3 little boys under 6 thay were startled and had to nurse back to sleep. Frustrating day-evening

We had wonderful service despite our after midnight arrival. We needed 2 rooms and they were next to each other without having to request it! While the feather pillows aren’t my favorite, we slept comfortably. The shower water pressure was outstanding and the breakfast was hot with good variety. The icing on the cake was the above and beyond hospitality when we called to report that an item was left in one of our rooms. We will be staying here again!

Very impressed. Everything was clean from the lobby, eating area, workout room, pool and room. Greeted with a smile after a long trip when I checked in. Close to the airport and convenient location to many eateries. Was there for Bands Of America Grand Nationals and it was about 18 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would stay here again

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good service. GPS doesn’t take you there so we had a little trouble finding it and it was late at night.

The hotel was not at the address on the web site and the phone number from the website and Expedia did no work and showed on caller ID as a Best Western. I had to pay for a room at another hotel.

This hotel wasn't too far from the airport (10 minute drive). There were also a ton of other hotels nearby as well. It was a bit far out from the convention we attended, but the free breakfast each morning was a nice start to our day.

The location is 20 minutes from downtown Indy and for the price, you cannot beat it! It’s worth the drive or $20 Uber to stay in Plainfield instead of downtown. Clean hotel with limited amenities, as we expected. We would stay here again.

Easy on and off the highway for access to Indy. Clearly the hotel was very short staffed. There was one gentleman who was seemingly having to do everything. Several times we went to the front desk and no one was there to see what we needed. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. There wasn't a lot to choose from, and what was there seemed old and didn't taste good.

Pro: Clean, spacious room Comfortable beds Cons: Wallpaper in room was bubbling off the wall. Looked like they tried to repair but failed. Curtains on window were torn from top to bottom and at the seams. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00. At 7:05 none of the food was out. It would not have been a big deal if we weren’t on a schedule, so we didn’t get to eat. The coffee maker was also out of order. I pick hotels based on if they offer breakfast, so this was disappointing.

Took a risk staying at a place I'd never heard of (I am usually a loyal Hilton member), but am pleased to say that EVERY aspect of our 5-day stay was pleasant and impressive. The hotel is close to the airport, is surrounded by several dining options, is right off the interstate (yet still very quiet), and the front desk & housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, new and clean. The hvac worked well, the toiletries smelled wonderful, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable (at par or ABOVE the famous Hampton Inn beds we're so used to), the halls were quiet, parking was open & simple, the price was unbeatable, breakfast was nice, the coffee was great, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. This will definitely be our go-to lodging when visiting Indy again.

We stayed on the third floor. The hall carpet was soiled in a number of areas. Room was fine, except the sink area of the floor felt sticky. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10:00, but at 9:40 there was no eggs nor pancake mix. They seemed short staffed.
