Excellent electric vehicle charging options. Clean room, room attendants do an excellent job. They do need to attend to some disrepair on bottom of doors and seal on outside doors. Breakfast, lobby, location, all great. Smart TV great.

Good 2 EV charging stations but had flowers in the second parking spot, need to remove the flowers and tree blocking the second charge station. The ERV wasn’t working so the Co2 was high 1500ppm. The duct was installed in the bathroom but no airflow suction. Mark

The room was clean. The walk wasn’t bad at all to the beach. My two issues: 1) when you check the free breakfast box you expect a decent breakfast. Their breakfast is a joke and should be labeled as a breakfast snack 2) You get charged for parking

We traveled with our dog and i loved the fact that my dog was welcomed. The hotel is okay and rooms are located outdoors sort of like a motel style. Breakfast did not have any hot options, mostly bagels and cereals. The swimming pool looked nice but it was too cold to swim. It’s a nice stay for the price and i have nothing bad to say about it. The $10 charge a night for parking is just ridiculous. Would i stay there again? Yes.

This is a Hilton!!! How could you let your pool get in a condition of having green algae growing on the walls!!! The bottom of the pool was covered with leaves and trash!! I would not let my kids get in a pool in this condition. I spoke with other guest that came to the pool also. They left in flustration also!! This was supposed to be a Hilton for Gods sake! Must not mean as much as it used to did!

This is an older property but have been mostly renovated. For the price its not bad. If you want to do laundry bring quarters. The front desk does not carry change. The food was good nice selection. No protein on starchy food and no fruit. But big selection. Very limited parking. Very close walk to the beach. 24 hour codfee bar!! I would stay again.

Don't let the Hilton name fool you. This motel (not a real hotel) is not much better than a Motel-6. Clean, but musty smelling and the AC was set to 60 degrees, so was very cold (probably to help mask the smell). Very limited breakfast options and what they did have was questionable quality.

It was a nice hotel and a quiet, peaceful environment. What we noticed they did not clean our room and removed trash for the 3 nights that we stayed. The key was not working the second day so I had to go to the front desk as she told me it should be good but had to go back again because it’s not working. Overall experience was not bad. They have friendly staff especially the night duty front desk. He was more helpful and friendly. It’s a relaxing place to stay. Especially we loved the hilton head island.

The hotel was a free shuttle away from Caligny Beach and the price was right . The swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast was nice and the front lobby was clean. The manager was terrific. THey did not clean the room or give clean towels for a 2 night stay. We had a strong rain and the odor in the room was that of sewage I am afraid. It cleared during the day but still was not appreciated. Overall, good and acceptable.

Had to change rooms 3 times do to some major issues. AC was one problem. Black mold was another issue do probably to the heat index and no ventilation in the bathroom. The manager did make things right with us though. Maybe it was just a one time unusual crazy stay kinda thing. It was pretty and clean. Hotels info about the place isn’t correct! It’s a 3 minute drive to the beach, not a 5 or 8 minute walk as stated on the hotels site! Same for the Coligny Plaza. Probably a 3-5 minute drive, not walk.

Moldy smell in rooms with at best 1 star property. First room was so bad the eyes were hurting from the moldy smell. Managed to give me another room which was almost as bad for moldy smell. Water dipped in the walls, awful hotel for a beautiful Hilton Head Island!

Beautiful renovation of pretty run down rooms when Best Western owned. Hilton has done a nice job of fixing place up with very thought out space and design. Little far from beach but thats reflected in price. Would stay again

My only complaint is, it’s extremely noisy. The rooms are not well insulated and therefore, it’s very loud in the rooms. We could hear everything being said in the neighboring rooms and the cleaning and linen carts sounded like rolling thunder when they were moving from room to room.

Nicely remodeled Best Western. Engineered hardwood floors, long sink counter outside of toilet and shower so plenty of room for toiletries. Comfortable bed, adequate breakfast to start the day. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Nice stay!

Rooms are exterior entry and we were placed in the bottom floor next to the lobby. Loud most of the night with people coming and going - vehicles pulling in/ horns beeping. Not enough parking in the lot - only room for about 25 cars. We had to park each night on an adjacent gravel road the was not lit well. During the morning, the front desk person was quite rude and even though I am a Hilton Rewards member for over 10 years, since I booked through Travelocity, I had to pay $4 for each bottle of water. Other Hilton properties we stay at always give me my rewards points and a couple bottles of water free.

This hotel was extremely loud. Walls are thin, toilets flushing very loud. Metal doors slamming throughout the night. Could hear toilets flushing in other rooms. Our room was also 2 doors down from the elevator which we could hear the elevator ding from our room. My family got 0 sleep during our stay. The free breakfast did not have hot food. There were bagels, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt.

Main reason for a hotel is to sleep. The AC unit in 107 made so much noise the whole night ( like a garbage truck or dirt hauling truck unloading ). Room very wet/damp with cleaning agents so it smelled badly. I will never return.

It was okay. Ten minute walk from beach. No microwave. Very limited breakfast. Ran out of several items on third day there. Yogurt machine was down entire stay and only real source of protein. Day 4 they added boiled eggs. Had to request housekeeping but once asked they immediately addressed it.

This is pretty close to ocean, rooms are nice and updated. The breakfast could be better only bagels, oatmeal, cereal which is hard to eat everyday. I also wish they had microwaves and a bigger fridge they have room for it. Other than that it was good.

My family and I stayed here for two nights because several of the other hotels were all booked. I should have listened to the reviews! I wasn’t expecting anything grand, but I did expect better service. I will say the property was clean. The rooms were basic, but clean and spacious. However, it was a hassle to get simple towels. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room, thus towels were not replenished. My husband asked the front desk for towels and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day, but he could come to the desk and get some. When he got to the desk the lady there only wanted to issue 2 towels even though there were 3 of us in the room. He had to almost beg for an additional towel. Later that evening my mom and sister asked for towels and were both told that housekeeping was gone for the day and they would have to wait until 7 am. My mom went back down later and there was a man at the desk who gave her towels with no issue. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. In addition, parking spaces are limited. They give you a tag to put in your car just to end up parking in a dark gravel-filled area behind the hotel with signs saying to park at your own risk. It is not worth paying over $200/night.

Roshan was amazing! We had a great stay even though it was only for one night in Hilton Head. Roshan gave us great recommendations for restaurants and fun places to go. The only complaint is that the floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m still fighting them to be refunded for three nights I didn’t stay. My family canceled our trip early here, cockroaches all over the room, room service would never come clean our room after multiple request. Breakfast was stale and over picked. Had to go down stairs three times to the lobby to beg for towels. Loud banging on the door at 1 AM, front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Noisy and honestly not worst the money. Not safe too.

I go to check in, the lady tells asks how many days and says “ok it’s $10 a day parking” not a huge problem but it wasn’t clear when booking. She had an attitude and said “you must have booked third party then” then she was going to cancel my reservation and ring it up again and charge my the $20 on top of what I had already paid. She asked what I paid per night. I had to stop her cancelling my reservation. She charge my incidental card the $20 like I told her. The breakfast was barely there. Your option was a bagel, a yogurt, or packaged muffin, and orange juice. That was it. They had a sign that said “can’t find it here check out our retail market” we weren't happy and there were three families that morning with us complaining about no options. One couple was complaining at the counter and the person behind the desk acted like they have never had a complaint about no food options just like the lady acted like i should have known there was pay for parking. (Closest public parking is .8 miles away and she warned us that if we park outside the gate that the other hotel will quickly tow us) There is 25 total spots to park and the last night we were there, there was a car that couldn’t park because we got the last spot and it parked outside the gate. If you are charged for parking, then they better have enough available spaces. Besides the room being clean and nice, nothing else about the hotel will bring me back.

Their card reader was down when we checked in. The customer service person at the front desk stated he would call when the system was back up. No biggie, I had already prepaid for the room online. Wait till 11pm at night when he began banging violently on the glass window at our room. He banged the door so hard it scared my 71 year old mother who was staying with us. Woke us up for a 10.00 parking charge that had to be paid immediately. Excuse me..... but I think it would have been just fine to wait until morning. He called the room phone and my spouse and I walked to the office to pay AGAIN in the middle of the night! I exclaimed how upset I was at his behavior and that none of us could fall back asleep. In which he started shouting at us that we were "Not respecting him" I stated that he was wrong for ruining our night and that that his behavior was unnecessary. I can not believe you have such a reckless person on your staff!!!! You can also hear all of your neighbors any one walking up the stairs, this place sounds like a bowling alley.

Nice location. Close to Coligny Beach, which is beautiful! You will need a car though, the main shopping, dining and beach area is about a mile away. I liked the fact you could park right next to your room and the TV had cable and smart TV options.

This was perfect for a girls' trip getaway. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The employees were all friendly. The breakfast was so much better than some of the other reviews that referred to it as a "bagel bar"; it had bagels but also had cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. Completely adequate to grab something and get the day started! We didn't use the pool but it looked to be clean and the people who were using it seemed to be enjoying it. We plan to stay here again.

Hotel was nice. The pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. I liked that you could walk or ride the bikes to the beach. It was not close enough to the main beach entry to make multiple trips, but to go and come back once was fine for a fun beach day. Breakfast was basic and minimal, but still good to have. Ice cold water was in the loby and coffee, which was appreciated. For the price, I would for sure come back!

Loved the cleanliness of the property and the room. Simplistic approach to everything with 24x7 coffee are the highlights. What I didn’t like were the breakfast options - the primary reason I chose a hotel with breakfast included option is my kids love the choices usually. But here the choices were very limited with no protein at all. And I also didn’t like that they charged fee for parking which was not mentioned anywhere. Microwave is mentioned as an available amenity but it’s not in the room, it’s near the front desk.
