This property is udergoing a renovation but they need to keep up what they already have. This property does not stand up to Hilton's standards. The shower curtin was terrible and broken, the condiments were empty, there was no coffe table which we used to eat on, the mattress was terrible. I have never slept on a mattress this bad at any Hilton. It was hard, bumpy, and like the ones in a motel. Normally they are plush, soft and a great nights sleep. I was so disappointed.

We like this hotel, but the elevators NEED work! The elevator from front door to reception was not working when we stayed in October 22, and was still not working yesterday, April 23.the other elevators are very rickety and sound like they will break down soon

We vacationed in Hilton Head and stayed here one night before our condo was ready for us. The hotel itself was fine. Nothing fancy and served its purpose. Beds were comfortable. My kids were disappointed when the pool was not functioning and closed for whatever reason. It was all green and had frogs all in it. It advertised as an open nice pool. I would have chosen a different place if I had known this.

Nice hotel. Stairs only from entrance to the lobby which is difficult for older guests. Restaurant and bar not open on weekends so that was disappointing. No pen, pencils or paper in the room. Rooms cleaned every 4 days unless u ask for more frequency. No xtra blankets in room. But nice staff and pleasant stay

What I really liked about the property was the underground parking for my vehicle. It was easy to get in and out of garage to and from my room without having to go through the front desk. It was seamless, safe and secure as well .

Under renovations and construction. Room was dirty, candy wrappers on floor, no extra pillows or blankets left. Room was very cold. Thermostat not efficient . No room service available. We were told the entire hotel system was down so we couldn’t purchase any food after long day of travel They initially told us we could when we arrived and we told them we needed to get settled in and we would be down to order. Very disappointed with what they advertise for amenities .. luckily we purchased the breakfast on line as if we hadn’t we would have been charged 17 dollars per person in the morning to eat from their buffet breakfast. They said they would give us extra points on our Hilton rewards for the inconvenience but never did. I would not stay here again.

Both good and bad here. First the good: location was terrific, tucked back in the woods. Many convenient things nearby. The hotel has some miles and is showing its age. Staff was helpful. The biggest negative is the heating unit. We were hit with a cold spell and each night the unit would roar like a train was coming thru the window. TV remote drove me crazy. Needed new batteries. Had to rotate the batteries. Overall great three night trip. Hotel was in a great spot.

This property definitely needs an upgrade. The rooms and facility were dated and worn and definitely needs an modernization. The staff was ok - not 100% attentive of your needs or requests - the front desk ignored me when standing there to ask a question. The lighting in the room was poor quality - and there were no places to put items - 3 people in the room and there was not enough sitting and storage for the stay or to hang towels.

Pretty disappointing for a Hilton. Several things didn’t work or were outdated. The ac unit was really loud. The curtain didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. Both sides of the bed tilted heavy toward the outside. Not comfortable at all.

Took 3 phone calls and 15-20 minutes to get someone to let us in to check in and open the locked door. No one would answer phone. It would repeat promps. . I pressed 0 to get response 3 times. It was 11:15 at night. I Felt the staff person was not very apologetic. What was that all about? Lobby staff couldn’t have need more pleasant the next morning.

Housekeeping stole items from me and refused to give them back. While vacationing, I had to make multiple trips back to the hotel after checking out to retrieve my items. Only after the staff saw I would keep coming back did they finally give me my things back. Not a good experience.

I am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge. Overall depends on what you're in town for. Beaches, awesome. You just can't bike from the hotel around hilton head. Overall fantastic hotels and strongly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy and fast, the lobby is huge and airy. Very inviting. Parking is convenient under the building. The only negative is that it is hard to access as one has to drive all the way to Hilton Head Island, do a uturn and then drive back to Bluffton because of the median in the highway.

Staff is great .. check in went smooth and the young man was friendly and helpful. Nice basic room, everything was clean and comfortable. Parking on site was easy and available. Charging for breakfast makes the choice of where to stay a bit more competitive. I understand the cost of providing a breakfast program is going up weekly it seems, in my industry it’s imperative to provide some complementary courtesy amenities to customers, so too I would think is some kind of complimentary breakfast in the hotel industry. That said it will factor in but not be the deciding factor on where we stay next time. This is a great hotel for a one or two night stay just before heading onto the island. They will make you feel welcome. Definitely consider staying again.

This place was great! A little far from the beach but Teresa was great at the front desk. Everyone wished me a happy birthday. And the Manager was pleasant as well. The room was clean but our bathtub was less than desirable which was shocking for a Hilton!

I rated the overall a 3 simply because the main water pipe was leaking and they had to shut off the water for our entire overnight stay. When we checked in we were told the water would be back on for 6pm. 6pm became tomorrow morning. I was expecting a much faster repair. Without that issue, the overall rating would have been close to a 5. The staff was helpful. The room was quiet for an hotel room. The manager was present early in the morning apologizing for the water issue. He had brought water bottles and the staff prepared a full continental breakfast.
