I returned to this hotel after a wonderful stay last year, where I was even welcomed with an “Expedia Preferred Guest” banner. Sadly, this visit was disappointing. My emails before arrival were answered but not followed through. We were first given a room that was being painted, and the replacement room was run down, with a broken fridge and clogged shower and sinks. Although we were celebrating our anniversary and eventually received the amenities, I had to remind the staff several times, and it didn’t feel special. Overall, I expected much better based on my previous experience.

Room was nice, although we were delayed on check in due to it not being ready. Housekeeping missed getting to our room 2 of the days we were there despite us being out if the room for 7 hours during the day. The pools were decent, staff were pleadant and helpful. Buffet was okay, but nothjnv to rave about. Dinner meals were good

It was a great stay for an affordable all inclusive. Our 5 year old was happy with the water park. Beach side pool area was great. Likely best to not go during peak times. Overall would recommend.
