Wasn’t a very welcoming hotel. It’s literally just rooms. There is nothing in the rooms other than the beds, no hairdryer, no tea, coffee not even any water. Wasn’t even able to get more than one key for a triple room. We were on lower ground with a tiny window only. Got woken up by the toilet roll holder falling off the wall in the middle of the night and subsequently got woken up by the fire alarm going off at 6.30am. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Would be far better to book Travelodge or a proper hotel in Docklands, Wembley or Heathrow.

My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! I had to carry my bags up three flights of rather steep and narrow stairs. The bathroom was oddly appointed: there was no mirror over the sink for shaving and the only lighting was ceiling down lights. The mirror was recessed behind the toilet. And the room was extremely compact without a chair to sit in.

Lovely hotel room and friendly staff. However no comfort facilities in the room. No kettle, tea/coffee. Not even glasses/cups to be able to have a drink of water. No hairdryer. You could order room service for cold/hot drinks and snacks - but the prices were inflated. A real shame, as the quality of the room decor, furnishing and fittings was excellent.

I appreciated the location and quality of the room for the price. A/C was a bonus and shower room was fitted out to a good standard. I was on business so was disappointed that I couldn't even borrow and iron/ironing board - seems like a no-brainer to open this hotel up to a market of people who like having freshly iron attire (not limited to business travellers!). For this reason, I am unlikely to stay again.

This is a great, affordable place to stay. Only downsides is there is no fridge in the room. Also, the alarm went off early in the morning because someone took too steamy of a shower. But, great location and easy walk to the train station.

I don’t even know where to start and what to write. One of the worst hotels I have been to with very rude staff and owner. No elevator no simple dryer and the rooms were extremely small. When asked for help owner said door is open meaning I can leave. I know elevator I should have checked but just in general everything was claustrophobic and I am glad I am out of central London. I did check and I found out best western next door had an elevator so the owners assertion that all hotel are without elevator is absolutely wrong . No fridge and no microwave and no water or anything else makes this a place for someone who just needs a place to crash and sleep.

The area and property were nice and clean but we booked a room which was so small you had to walk sideways around the bed it is so small I booked a small room but was clueless how small it was it was also basically at basement level which made it worse I would book again depending on price of better room but this is not a room you can relax or spend any time in never been in such a small space

I was extremely disappointed in the room size. It was about 8x10 and very cramped for 3 adults. The pics are very deceptive. Also, the mattress was stained and there was a substance on the window frame. There are no laundry facilities but hotel charged 15 pounds to launder 1 bag of clothes. They provided 1 key card for 3 people so we basically had to stay together and couldn’t explore independently without coordinating when we’d need to arrive back at the hotel. This was a major problem. Also, the key card controlled the room lights and had to be inserted before lights would activate . The hotel staff were friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again without improvements made.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and centrally located for our visit. The only downside was there wasn’t enough room for each of our suitcases. The WiFi was amazing! The beds were super cozy. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were very kind and helpful. We will stay here again, even with limited space for our suitcases😊

We booked this last minute due to a bad air b&b was very clean rooms are small but nice my only suggestion would be to provide blow dryers. Other then that it was great!!

Our stay at The House on Warwick was fine. The room was quite small as we were three in the room (we had a double and twin bed) it was hard to maneuver around. The hotel was clean enough as it seemed somewhat new, though there were some weird stains on the carpet. If you’re three, I recommend booking 2 rooms. The location was fine though I don’t think I would book a hotel in this area as there isn’t much to do there, it was easy to get around as there are many buses and Victoria station is 10 mins away. Lastly, when we were checking in the person at the front desk hardly talked to us to tell us anything about the area, amenities, etc. I was having to call or run down to the reception to ask for help. I usually don’t care too much about these kinds of things but it was super apparent here. I would also recommend them putting the actual amount they charge to keep your luggage here after you’ve checked out (£5). All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again since London is really big and there are other places to see, I would stay if I had to.

The location was fine though I don’t think I would book a hotel in this area as there isn’t much to do there, it was easy to get around as there are many buses and Victoria station is 10 mins away. Lastly, when we were checking in the person at the front desk hardly talked to us to tell us anything about the area, amenities, etc. I was having to call or run down to the reception to ask for help. I usually don’t care too much about these kinds of things but it was super apparent here. I would also recommend them putting the actual amount they charge to keep your luggage here after you’ve checked out (£5). All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again since London is really big and there are other places to see, I would stay if I had to.

This is a great, affordable place to stay. Only downsides is there is no fridge in the room. Also, the alarm went off early in the morning because someone took too steamy of a shower. But, great location and easy walk to the train station.

Our stay at The House on Warwick was fine. The room was quite small as we were three in the room (we had a double and twin bed) it was hard to maneuver around. The hotel was clean enough as it seemed somewhat new, though there were some weird stains on the carpet. If you’re three, I recommend booking 2 rooms. Extremely basic hotel. Was in London for work and they did not have an iron in the hotel. I can understand one not being available in the room but none in the hotel I could use. Hence I was unable to iron a shirt for work. Also there was no kettle, cups or glasses in the room. So I was unable to even have a drink of water. When I complained they informed me that it is not listed as an amenity however there are some basics that you would assume would be available. Wasn’t a very welcoming hotel. It’s literally just rooms. There is nothing in the rooms other than the beds, no hairdryer, no tea, coffee not even any water. Wasn’t even able to get more than one key for a triple room. We were on lower ground with a tiny window only. Got woken up by the toilet roll holder falling off the wall in the middle of the night and subsequently got woken up by the fire alarm going off at 6.30am. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Lovely hotel room and friendly staff. However no comfort facilities in the room. No kettle, tea/coffee. Not even glasses/cups to be able to have a drink of water. No hairdryer. You could order room service for cold/hot drinks and snacks - but the prices were inflated. A real shame, as the quality of the room decor, furnishing and fittings was excellent.
