It was nice but the hot tub was out of order along with the drink machine on our floor and our fridge in our room. We had tried to put snacks in it and we had turned it on thinking it would work and our food ended up going bad

Wrong room was given to me the room that I initially had the moment of the front desk, checked it, and it was dirty. Had to get another room. The treadmill didn’t work in the gym. The property itself is filthy. There was a hole in the ceiling was actually disgusting. The woman who checked us in was very nice and patient and genuinely cared about helping our situation

Advertised hot tub had broken heating element so it was not hot. Window was cracked in unit, fan barely blew any air and the floors felt really not clean (carpeted), and barely any "breakfast" options. Beds were comfy and our pups loved the field out back and it worked for the one night we stayed. Staff friendly.

Patrick was the only nice employee.Pool and hot tub was closed but said open on website. Found fleas in our first room , got moved to another room with a broken TV. Asked for a working tv and they tried to put me back in the flea room.

When I went inside to check in, the clerk was too busy talking to her daughter and a woman who appeared to be a call girl to even acknowledge me. It was a full four minutes before she finally looked up and asked how she could help me. After we got up to the room, I went out to look for an ice machine - there wasn't one on the 3rd floor, so I went back to the lobby. I was told there was an ice machine on the 2nd floor so I went there to get ice. That machine was broken so I had to go back to the lobby to get ice. I mentioned to the desk clerk that the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and she said that she knew that and it'd been broken for a couple of weeks and that she couldn't fix it. The room was decent enough, the bathroom was clean and the beds were soft. But if you're looking for somewhere to stay more than one night, I'd suggest you stay elsewhere.

Our room had many stains on the carpet and looked like it wasn’t even vacuumed. In the bathroom the sink and toilet areas had hair. Asked there would be eggs, bacon, etc., for the breakfast, but just waffles and cereal, oatmeal, etc.

Bugs first thing on check-in. Pretty sure roaches, but didn’t get a good look. They scurried with the lights. Everything is old, run-down, out-dated. Carpet in room is stained and soiled, not just a little, needs to be replaced. Wallpaper is bubbled and peeling. No vent in bathroom. Beds are very wobbly and not secure. Screw-pops, failing joint tape, lukewarm shower, etc, etc, etc. Charged a premium price because of a local concert going on ($650 for two nights), but easily the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Do not go here.

Property is outdated the pictures from Expedia in no way describe what it’s like there. I can forgive the outdated feel of the place however I can’t forgive how dirty it was. The room wasn’t clean, the bed looked like a crime scene, and there was a sex dice game still in our room. Let’s not forget the graffiti in the shower, broken ice machine on the 3rd and 2nd floors, or the fact that breakfast is nothing more than cereal and waffles. Will be staying somewhere nicer next time where I don’t feel like I’m sleeping on a science experiment mattress.

The room was filthy. I had a flea on my leg within the first five minutes in the room. The carpet was disgusting and badly stained. The toilet kept running all night. We also had to wait over an hour for the receptionist to attempt to clean the room. Which was not her job! She did her best and I appreciated everything she did to try and help.

Carpet in room was filthy , toilet was clogged ( not by us ). Door keys would not work , staff very helpful but had to use master key to get us in. Pool and hot tub filthy . Stayed here a year ago and had no issues like this at all.

This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. Rooms were not cleaned. Dirty socks and underwear still in the floor. Feces in the toilet hair in the shower and all on the floor. Sketchy stuff under the bed when we checked absolutely nasty. Manger didn’t help or care. We left early with no shower or anything. The smell was absolutely terrible. I am amazed that this place is still allowed to rent rooms to people. I wish I would have known before we got there.

I don’t really know what I was expecting, but this wasn’t it. The hotel originally seemed clean enough, but was INCREDIBLY dated. My room physically felt very stale & the “dated” quality lent itself to a certain unclean feeling. There were many things I noticed throughout my stay that made me question the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. The walls of my room (especially high-traffic areas as the door, near the coffee pot, near the light switches and sink in the bathroom, etc.) that looked visibly dirty with splatters & likely easily cleaned, if attempts were made. Bed linens and towels seemed clean, but lack of attention to detail elsewhere made me nervous to take my shoes off on the carpet of the room. Both days of my stay, I witnessed used plungers in the hallways by rooms and near the elevator of my floor. They were in bags, but laid out for the majority of the day. There appeared to be only one worker who was doing EVERYTHING - folding linens, checking in, attending to/cleaning the pool. He was amazing, but I felt bad for him, as I could see he was overwhelmed and rushing around. Many issues with our key cards, resulting in 4 trips to the desk. I have stayed in many hotels in the Huntington area, and this was my only real option for this particular trip due to lack of availability elsewhere. I personally wouldn’t stay here again unless I had NO other option, and even then, would consider staying in Barboursville, Southport, or Ashland before I came back.

The low rating I'm giving this hotel has to do with how dirty our room (rm 315) was. When we opened the door upon arrival, there was an overwhelming smell that greeted us. The carpet was so stained and dirty that neither my mom, daughter, or I felt comfortable taking our shoes off. On one of the walls there were brown splash marks from possibly coffee or another brown substance. The room felt dirty and grimy. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did speak with another guest and they said that the rug in their room was not stained, so likely some of the rooms are fine, but I would request not to stay in room 315 if you plan to stay here.

The carpet in our room was incredible stained as well as one of our beds. The pillows and sheets were dirty and we had to strip that bed and use a blanket to sleep on/with. When checking out, no one was at the front desk so it said to call with the phone on the wall, but that phone wasn’t working. We left our key in the counter with hopes it meant we checked out before 10.

Did not like the sink in the same room as the commode and shower. When traveling with family, it is nice to have the sink, mirror, and counterspace available to others even when someone is showering. Loved that we could open the window for fresh air and hear frogs croaking behind the motel. Missed having a microwave in the room, but the little coffee maker was clean and in good working order. Thank you.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was large (I had a king-size bedroom). The bed was very comfortable. I was at the end of the hall by the stairs and it waa very quiet. Breakfast was good. I wish there had been some sort of fruit choice. It was a pleasant, comfortable, relaxing stay. Just what I needed!!

The hotel had a great location with a wonderful view. The room was large and the bedding was clean. The tub faucet leaked all the time, so much that the drain was decaying. The toilet also ran constantly. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The hotel is in need of updates and some TLC. The breakfast was average but once food and drink supply got low it was not restocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in and out was extremely smooth, the staff was so kind. I was in town due to say our goodbyes to a family member and the staff was so incredibly kind and considerate of that. After traveling for several hours, we were greeted by Zak, who was busy playing video games, informed me that my reservation was given to another customer. Asked Zac if he could please get us in a room, as he can figure out his error on his time. He refused to put us into a room, until the next person came into work. Training, or retraining shld b a must.

The hard work from the staff makes this hotel the best in Huntington, especially for the rates. I used to stay at the Hiltons in the area. However, the staff at the more expensive locations work less to accommodate guest. The staff at Quality Inn achieves successfully through hard word work and kindness.

When I went inside to check in, the clerk was too busy talking to her daughter and a woman who appeared to be a call girl to even acknowledge me. It was a full four minutes before she finally looked up and asked how she could help me. After we got up to the room, I went out to look for an ice machine - there wasn't one on the 3rd floor, so I went back to the lobby. I was told there was an ice machine on the 2nd floor so I went there to get ice. That machine was broken so I had to go back to the lobby to get ice. I mentioned to the desk clerk that the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and she said that she knew that and it'd been broken for a couple of weeks and that she couldn't fix it. The room was decent enough, the bathroom was clean and the beds were soft. But if you're looking for somewhere to stay more than one night, I'd suggest you stay elsewhere.

Not a great stay. The first room assigned to us was not correct and the door wouldn't open. The second room had a chunk of white stuff and several long hairs on the bed. We finally were given an ok room on the third try. The saving gave for the stay was the service. The young man working the front desk was kind and helpful. While his efforts won't convince me to stay here again, they were much appreciated.

The property had a good location. We were in town for a wrestling tournament so every hotel was pricey. The hotel is very dated, there was a large stain on the carpet in our room, our wash rags were dirty and the towel rack in the bathroom was rusted. Also the bathroom door was very chipped up. Over all we paid a lot for this hotel per night,we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel had a great location with a wonderful view. The room was large and the bedding was clean. The tub faucet leaked all the time, so much that the drain was decaying. The toilet also ran constantly. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The hotel is in need of updates and some TLC. The breakfast was average but once food and drink supply got low it was not restocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the property itself could use a little care. In our room the walls had paint coming off, it seemed really outdated and the outlet on the clock side of the bed didn't work, which means we didn't have a working lamp or the outlet that was on that lamp.
