Days Inn by Wyndham Huntington

Towels were clean. Sheets were clean and we had hot water. That's the only good things. Pool was closed. Breakfast was 2 bananas, a bag on the counter of hostess donuts, a couple bagels, and 2 cereals. Raisin Bran and fruit loops. Got a bowl if raisin bran only to notice NO RAISINS. it was frosted flakes. Rooms were missing furniture too you could tell when you walked in. They were also VERY stingy with toilet paper. We were there for Rock The Country.

The outdoor swimming pool is not available and very small, but advertise like it’s ready. It is misleading. They also advertise that there is indoor swimming pool, but it isn’t. They need to be honest in their advertisements!! In addition, the toilet can’t be flushed down well

Parking lot was a little full at times but overall a decent stay

There was no working pool as described in the description on the intranet. The breakfast area only had 4 donuts, 1 muffin and 1 piece of toast. There was no breakfast. The phones in the rooms don't work. It was noisy. The parking lot had multiple holes in the pavement. No coffee pots in the rooms. No kleenex. The soap is the size of a postage stamp. Would never stay at that Days Inn again. I have stayed in Days Inn before in other cities and they were so much nicer than this one. Staff was polite though. And we had to pay a deposit even though they had our credit card numbers. Never heard of that before.

Light switch at room entrance didn't work. Curtains didn't keep out the light. Lots of construction worker's trucks woke me up at 5:00 am. No elevator and only stairs, ADA ramp was on the other side of the building.

I would not recommend this hotel ! Pool was out of order , room was dirty when brought to the staffs attention they didn't not apologize or offer another room or anything . Sprinklers were painted over , no batteries in the smoke detector, dirty syringe in window sill .....need I saw more

Pictures advertised a Bar area.. It’s turned into a slot gambling room by its self..Pool has not been working for over a year. Advertised a hot breakfast. Offered, toast and butter (no jam or jelly), begals and cream cheese, hostess donuts from a bag.. asked front desk for extra towels, to fix the light above the mirror.. and the mini fridge was frosted over .. The only 1/2 Star is what they get after charging me over $500 for 3 days.. THEY FIXED THE FRIDGE..

Staff was great and room was clean. Property is in process of being renovated and I stayed in a room that had not yet been renovated. Shower was handicapped style with lots of room. I hope that this stays the same after the renovation. The rest of the room is really in need of new carpet and ceiling had water damage from a previous leak. For the price I paid I am not really complaining. Just stating facts but the bedding was clean and towels were too. I just needed a place to sleep. The pool was under renovation too so not open. Hopefully next year that will all be fixed. I would stay again was convenient for my needs.

Strong smell of previous smoking in the room upon entering. Room appeared clean, but did see some bugs (not bed bugs) in the room. Hotel in general is run down and needs some major repairs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and the staff is friendly.

From the pubic hair and urine on the toilet, to the blood on the wall, and boogers on the table this place was absolutely disgusting! So unless you're a troll looking for the getaway of a lifetime, and a room with hidden treats then, STAY AWAY!! I spent close to $70 on cleaning supplies and they refused any refunds or discounts.. Please do yourself a favor and domt stay here!

Door didnt shut all the way. Tub facet wouldnt shut off, tv wouldnt work correctly, room wasnt clean.

Bad toilet dirty sheets

The room itself was set up well. Safety wise the entry door did not fit the frame allowing a large gap on the locking edge of the door frame. The door locked but barely. I felt uncomfortable knowing the door could open from the outside if firmly yet forcefully pushed against it. There was also a water leak from the bathroom while using the bathtub. Water pooled outside the bathroom door in the carpet leaving a large puddle throughout our stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was near a highly traveled road so the room was noisy also thin walls. Room was an older room but clean.The bed was a newer bed so very comfy. Overall a average for price and we did book the room last minute.

One of the smallest motel rooms I've ever been in. Cable didn't work. Really thin walls allow you to hear everyone's business around you all night. This is a $40 room.

Pros: I loved the property. I thought the staff was very friendly. I didn't feel unsafe at any point, and I was there nearly a month. The room is exceptional. There are hundreds of food options nearby with at least 3 within walking distance. Cons: I chose this hotel because it advertises free breakfast. Breakfast is one or two mini bagels laid out, a few slices of bread and a toaster. You can choose a premade, low quality conveniece store type muffin that tastes of chemicals if up bread isn't your thing. There was cereal, but no milk. Most days there was not any creamer for the coffee. If you arrive after 8am, there will be nothing for breakfast. The two mini bagels and/or pieces of bread will be gone. Don't count of the free breakfast. It's not real, and it shouldn't be advertised as an eminity. This is the loudest hotel/motel property I've ever stayed in, and I travel 180 days a year for the past 30 years. My first night I was awakened by pounding on my door and the sounds of going boys laughing and running away. Every morning around 5am, the traffic noise from the nearby highway penetrates the room with every loud truck and diesel engine in town going to work. Nearly every night there were people talking loudly in the parking lot, family members of the owners and their children talking in the parking lot with their kids running up and down in front of the room until midnight. Asking them to move or be quiet does not help. Bring earplugs. You've been warned.

Bad tv chanal reception in my room

I was extremely disappointed with the staff and the room. Last night we were woken up by a baby o'possum in the freaking room!! It was by the room phone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for help. I had to call 5 or 6 times until someone answered, it wasn't even that late! Maybe 9:30 or 10pm at the latest! The guy who works the front desk was no help, we waited on him for quite a long time but he still never showed up. Luckily I was able to trap it in the trash can and barricaded it with pieces of cardboard and the full trash bag from the other can in the bathroom then I had to hurry next door to RedRoofs dumpster to toss the opossum in there with the trash. When I got back to Days Inn and went to the front desk, his only question was did I get a picture!!! The last thing on my mind was getting close enough to a wild and dangerous animal regardless of it being small, and without any protective gear, to take a dang picture! He couldve ran the cameras back to see me struggling to get it to stay in the trash can all the way to RedRoofs dumpster. I was able to get him to switch us rooms but it wasn't the same type of room nor did he offer any discounts or a refund which should've been the first thing he said!! I expect a refund from Expedia since that's how I made and paid for my reservation!!

The lady in the office said that she's refunding me then lied and told you something totally different!

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Refrigerator was nice with a real freezer. Super convenient location with everything you could possibly need close by.

I checked out a day early because my work shut down for the weather and I never got refunded for the last night that paid for!!! I called twice and got the run around from the front desk. I would not recommend staying here

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, there was an issue with the first room we were given, when brought to front desk with concerns, they gave me a different room, as we were moving into the new room down on same floor, just other end, I noticed they had someone in the 1st room we were given addressing the issue.

I only stayed one night . The staff were very nice & friendly.

Expedia lost my reservation so I had to spend an hour at the front desk before that was sorted out. Once I got a person on the phone, the issue was solved quickly.

The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and made sure everything was great. This is a hidden gym for sure.

Rude front desk, always something going on, close to road so lots of noise, wouldn’t clean my room just all around miserable. Definitely want be back and finding another hotel to go to.

Room is spacious. The room did stink of smoke and rubbing alcohol. Also had bugs in the room. Was overpriced for the festival near buy. For regular price would be okay. Good location. Their free breakfast was also a joke imo but better than nothing.

Ok price, limited breakfast

Breakfast was good

The only quibble I had was with the breakfast, which was slim on choices, though the coffee was good.

There was no clock, no tissues, and no hairdryer. I finally got a hairdryer after asking for one twice. The breakfast is a joke. There were no amenities except for 2 tiny bars of soap and a very small vial of shampoo. I would not stay there again. The staff were pleasant however.

The TV was broken. The breakfast only offered grains, sugar and carbs. No protein options. The Coffee was weak. The room was clean.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was ok. However, I was disappointed in the free Breakfest due to the lack of hot food options. Also, the wifi was terrible, not only was it weak and flucuated speeds, it was full of viruses that infected my laptop.
