1907 Charmer, Perfect Downtown Location, So Clean!

Great location, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living room. Bathrooms are small, which was expected. Easy parking. The patio and patio furniture need a good pressure washing, same with the front porch. Housekeeping could pay more attention to details. Communications with the host were excellent.

Alla was a wonderful host. We especially appreciated how communicative, quick to respond, and flexible she was with check in and check out. We had a long day of driving, so opening the door to fresh flowers on the table, candy and a bottle of wine, and comfortable beds really made us feel welcome and at home. Moreover, the location was ideal, on a quiet street just a short and very pleasant walk to restaurants, shops, and theaters.

We had a wonderful time. The four of us were in kindergarten together and now we’re 80 and we still get together once a year. We had a very restful visit going to brunch and then a play and then a wonderful dinner every day. We couldn’t have had a better time.

The location just off of downtown was perfect, and the house was perfect for us. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed.We would search out this house again if we go back to Ashland for Shakespeare next year!

My family really enjoyed your home! They found the accommodations to be roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. My sister in law is a restoration architect and was impressed by The historic nature of the property. The location took advantage of the downtown shops!
