Property was clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and bedding was pretty. Lighted vanity mirror was a very nice touch. Refrigerator was a generous size. Air conditioner worked well but was loud. Water only got warm not hot. Pool was closed our entire 3 day stay. Weather was really hot and we would have liked to swim. Included breakfast was sparse. Waffles were nice. Other items were underwhelming.

stayed here before was fine, this time many things at hotel broke Down or empty. Pool not available , Needed to ask for more towels first day left 1 for 2 people, Loud water leaky tub , The only Ice machine out of service , Soda machine out of service, Breakfast coffee empty, needed to ask to reload, fruit needed to ask to reload for 2 of us and the other 4 people in breakfast room on Saturday morning. If you are going to hotel for just a room and no other conveniences, the hotel is clean and safe.

I really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again. Safe parking, great location, clean, good views and in summer the pool is great. The breakfast is disappointing but a least the coffee is good.

The ease of getting to downtown Ashland was what made us choose this facility. It also had very good amenities, such as the pool, breakfast, and fit our budget. The beds were very comfortable also.

It was okay. I expected more because of the name and the high ratings. The first room we got wasn't cleaned properly - there was still water in the ice bucket, a used towel was on the sink, a decorative pillow was on the floor, and the key card from the previous guest was still on the table. The second room had a very musty smell, but we were too tired to move again, so we stayed there. Other than that, the need was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty with lots of hair in the bathtub and some soap residue where the soap bar was, meaning the bathtub was never cleaned. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Free breakfast selection is bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt and cream cheese

The good: bed was comfy, nice location, quiet, really nice staff. Not good: carpet in my room had multiple dark stains throughout, blackout curtains were stained, bedskirt stained, bolster pillow on the bed had crusted food on it, the tub had hair in it and smelled, bathroom ceiling was stained (or something), air coming from the AC smelled like urine, there were pieces of food and dirt between the night stands and the bed… I see the potential and the place was packed so it clearly does well, but I think the rooms, or at least the one I was in, need a deep cleaning and maintenance. All in all I would rather pay more for a cleaner stay.

Well, we woke up in the night to realize that someone else's pajamas were in the bed with us! So that was gross. The front desk was alerted in the morning and said a manager would reach out but as of yet, that has not happened. For the price of the place, not worth it at all. The coffee maker was broken, the curtains were torn. The carpet felt crusty. Im grateful I haven’t seen any bed bugs. Do not recommend. Yuck! Pic of the curtains. Did not take pictures of found pajamas but they were there.

The hotel was very good for the price. The room carpet needed cleaning. The area around the sink needed detail cleaning. Otherwise the Flagship Inn was a positive experience and no other complaints. I definitely would stay there again or recommend to family and friends.

I was happily surprised with Flagship Inn. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean, The carpet was rather worn. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. The pillows were a but lumpy, but serviceable. The fridge was larger than some and even had a small freezer to refreeze my cooler ice pack. The hair dryer worked well. It was quiet even tho it is near the main road in Ashland. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic place. I needed to have online business meetings from the hotel, and the Internet is fast—over 60 mbps download. Plenty of bandwidth for video conferencing. Room was clean and elegantly decorated. Soap and shampoo were pleasant to smell; even the physical shape of the soap was well-designed. It's like a motel in that you pull your car up to the front of the door, but our window (we had a unit in the back building) faced the rear of the building, so we didn't have to worry about headlights coming through the window at night. They were also flexible with our checkout time. Definitely plan to stay again.

So first of all, the people who run the place our friendly and very helpful. We needed to make some last minute changes to our accommodations and Shasta sorted it all out for us. Great customer service. The room decor is maybe a little tired, but they have spent money where it counts. The mattresses, pillows, and bedding were incredibly comfortable. We also loved that the double room consisted of a room with a bed and a second, separate room with a bed. Great if you're traveling with kids! The fridge was sizeable and it worked great. Everything was very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

The walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the rooms next to and above you. When people would walk above us - we were on ground floor, we could hear everything. There were stains on the wall in the inner bedroom. While the staff was nice and helpful - the room was just not conducive to rest at all.

Showed the manager where the booking said all fees and taxes were included, but still charged $20 a night for a pet, which is already relatively high. Oregon state laws say you have to reveal all fees and amounts so a consumer can compare and make an informed decision, but they didn't. When I was on kayak, there price was $100 a night, when I clicked for pets it went to $110 so I figured that was the pet fee. Nope, got charged another $20 a night, undisclosed. Even showing the manager that it didn't divulge the fee, she wouldn't budge.

I woke up at 10:30 to use the bathroom when I noticed the light fixture was leaking water. It was so bad it was like it was raining indoors. The front desk called as I was walking to the phone to call them. The man said something had happened in the room above ours and we needed to switch rooms. He was very apologetic. The following day when I went to check out there were 3 people in the office. None of them apologized for the inconvenience of switching rooms late at night. No compensation was offered.

I've stayed here three times in the last two months, and kept coming back because it was such a pleasant experience. The location is great - just off the highway, a good range of dining options nearby, as well as grocery stores, and easy access to downtown while not being in the thick of it. It's right next to SOU campus, so it's a good option for family visiting students. It's also incredibly quiet. I've stayed on both the front (street) and back sides, and never heard the road. The rooms are a bit older, but are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful and the check-in/out process has always been fast. For check out, you can either text or just drop off your cards. Looking forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed being near the campus and (long) walking distance from the Shakespeare festival area. Included breakfast was adequate and the next door Morning Glory was a special treat. Ashland is a wonderful town to explore!

Room 207 carpet needed cleaning. Several large stains on the carpet. Wednesday morning breakfast, around 7:30 did not have any milk and bananas were mushy not edible. Otherwise, very happy with the amenities and condition of the room.

Great location. Can walk into town. Close to a grocery store/coffee shop. The room was very nice/comfortable. Plenty of parking. The breakfast is a joke! The first day they literally ran out of food and only had a couple of items left. The second day they did not have any bowls for cereal (did not get the delivery). Fruit was unripe or rotten. The carpet in the room where the breakfast was served was filthy.

The floor of our room was very dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The breakfast was also disappointing. They had mostly baked goods and grain heavy options (waffles, bagels, etc.), with very little fruit or protein. I've never been to a continental breakfast that didnt have bananas as an option.
