We stayed in one of the corner King suites. It was for adults so two in the living room and two in the bedroom. The living room pull out bed was hard as a rock and did not come with the comfortable bedspreads that were provided in the main room. The restaurant and the bar was not open which was a main reason why we booked this hotel because we thought there was an in hotel restaurant and bar in the area but that was not the case and we did not discover that until we arrived. The cleaning staff did provide us with extra comforters for the other two adults that were staying with us, although when we ask for extra blankets from the lobby staff they just gave us some thin crappy felt blankets. The couch was all ripped up in nasty looking. Also the furniture was really abused looking as well. I don't think I would ever stay at this brand of hotel again there's much better hotels that are within the same price range but better amenities. Also the cookies taste like salted cardboard they're cute looking but they're garbage.

What really made this hotel stand out was the staff! I have never came across such a great team! They go beyond service! They are so nice, even the manager! Two employees really stood out. I was having trouble downloading a Groupon and Renee stopped what she was doing and helped me. Her co-worker gladly helped her with what she was doing. Willam was one of the most remarkable people we have run across in all of our travels! He was personable, kind, thoughtful and helpful! This company is very lucky to have him! He needs a promotion and a raise! The hotel also gifts you a metal water bottle with your room. They have a water bottle refill system in the lobby (save the planet on more wasted plastic bottles). They have a dog benefit program. They have the best towels I have ever had at a hotel! I loved the pineapple motiff. I am hopeful that the intent behind it was/is “Hospitality” and not some other symbol but we did not sense any swinging going on. The hotel was located in a great location! All in all, we had a great stay!

Loved everything about staying here , staff was absolutely amazing and a safe place to leave our furr babies without worry. Only thing to complain about was there was only one working elevator which made it difficult to use as it was busy. But we loved our stay!

Close to everything. Both Elevators broken had to carry luggage up to 5th floor and use steps whole week there. Parking lot very tight, our car was damaged the first night there by someone. Hallways seem rundown and need a facelift. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain had to use bathtub to do everything shaving etc. bed skirting stained room lighting too dark.

The entire staff was abundantly welcoming. They provided us free bikes, answered all our questions, and even held our bags after we checked out while we waited for our flight. The bedding was luxurious. The robes were the most comfortable I've ever worn. I'm going to book at Staypineapple whenever the city I'm going to has it.

The hotel was in a convenient loacation. We were able to use the free bicycle rentals quite a few times. The water dispenser in the lobby didn't work very well. We had asked for a fridge in our room ahead of time, but it was not there. After calling, a fridge was brought to our room quickly. Why not just have a fridge in every room?

Excellent. The hotel has a fun vibe. The lobby has all kinds of games (board games, wall scrabble, retro video games) to play for free. It was fun to play in the lobby while waiting for the rest of our party each day. It's also a good location. Easy to walk to Pike Place and Space Needle. We had rented a car. There were plenty of spaces to park in their underground lot. In the room waiting for us the first day was the gift of a cute pineapple coffee cup. After we checked out on the last day, the hotel called me to let me know that we had left a headphone in the room. Since we were already driving to the airport, they offered to send it to me. I paid for the shipping. I was impressed at their honesty. The package arrived at my home within a week.

The room was clean and the bedding was amazing, this hotel really makes a point to offer a good night's rest to travelers! It is located in downtown Seattle, an easy walk to the light rail station that takes you to the airport. Staff were friendly and nice. Lots if dining options nearby.

The hotel is clean and walkable to buses, all attractions and restaurants. There is no additional fee, the total Expedia gives is what you pay. Hotel will hold $200 deposit but they refund right after you checked out if no damage or anything missing.

All power unexpectedly turned off around 11p in our room when we were ready to go to sleep. Luckily none of us were in the shower!! It was very inconvenient, esp traveling with a senior, to pack up in the dark having only our phone lights to see, and then transfer rooms. It was a restless night that impacted our next day sightseeing events. First room was dusty and dingy, second room slightly brighter and better. Front desk was apologetic and could’ve helped ease our annoyance by offering to compensate us without me having to ask next morning.

The name itself said it all. Very unique. The service was excellent. Great morning coffee. Convenient to the attractions. A 10 minute walk will get you to the beautiful waterfront waters and lots of delcious seafood! Property was clean. VIP treatment was a pleasant surprise.

Suggested by friends, we booked Hotel 5 on their recommendation…not impressed. Checkin was wonderful…the desk clerk was fun and very informative. We got top floor as requested…and their suite at that! The pics on the website looked great. …I think the pics must have been old ones. The upholstery on the hideaway sofa was badly soiled and the sitting room was bleak with lack of decor. We didn’t use that room at all during our stay. There were 2 chairs in the bedroom of the suite; that is where we sat (dark upholstery didn’t show any visible soiling but was but was covered in what we think was dog hair from previous visitors) we cleaned them with a damp cloth as best we could. Coffee maker leaked but we were unable to even call front desk….we had to shlep down to the lobby when we needed something as the Everything Person button didn’t work on either phone. Overall, we thought the room overpriced for service only every 2nd day and under maintained and cleaned.

Location was great, close to pike, space needle and many restaurants. Rooms were small, dark, uncomfortable comforter due to European style, shower pressure was great, sink slowly drained and heater super loud so we had problems sleeping. Wouldn’t book this hotel next time

Comfortable, lovely staff and a decent sized room for being downtown. That’s the thing though you ARE downtown and so you are going to get along street noise. If you’re not used to that, might not be for you. That and the walls just are not thick. My neighbors argued their whole stay but once they checked out it was much nicer. Can’t really fault the hotel for that. All in all, as someone who walks everywhere, it’s a perfect location, the staff were so nice, and I enjoyed my time there very much. Great room for the price and location. Maybe just utilize a sound machine or ear plugs if that sort of thing bugs you. ;)

Excellent location - walkable to most everything we wanted to access. Staff was very friendly & tried to help but wifi never worked in our room & that was troublesome. Elevator was out of service for at least a day & a half; we were able to manage our luggage & ourselves up & down / to & from our 3rd floor room & staff offered help. Didn't like the individual duvets on the bed & when we asked for a regular blanket we were given just a top sheet (not a blanket).

Great experience here all around with the service and location and vibe. Just wish there was a mini fridge in the room and the main complaint is that there is no wi-fi. They technically have it but you can't even stay connected for normal web browsing let alone streaming anything (tried several devices). We were on the second floor but may because we were at an end room it didn't work.

Great location since you can walk to all the tourist attractions. The staff is kind and the amenities are nice. Beds are listed as queen size but they are full size. If you’re over 6 ft your feet will hang off the bed.

The bed was quite comfortable the location is incredible. The hotel was a bit too “modern” for our taste. The translucent doors/walls of the bathroom does not offer much privacy and it lit the whole sleeping area at night. Also there was only one small trash can in the bathroom with no liner, which was a little odd and got scuzzy pretty fast. A lot of things are for sale in the room and even our daughter commented that it felt like a store. Lots of space and comfortable sleeping though.

We had the most amazing stay here! The staff were absolutely incredible and made us feel so welcome and safe. The underground parking was such a bonus—we knew our car was secure the whole time. Our room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—we had the best sleep! We came for our mini honeymoon, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with roses on the bed, champagne, and even candy ring pops—it was the cutest touch and meant so much to us. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we come to Seattle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and thoughtful place to stay with top-notch service!

Lovely hotel with good presentation and really friendly staff. Room and bathroom were good. Slightly annoyed with sound proofing on the rooms as a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and from the outside road - trash collector at 5:30am! Good location for Space Needle, ice hockey arena and Westlake shopping area plus walkable to Pike Place and the waterfront.

Love staying at this property! Staff was extremely kind the entire 3 days/ 2 nights that I was there and very helpful. Stayed on the second floor with a view of the monorail passing by which was nice, especially because the monorail is quiet when driving by. Very convenient location with everything being walking distance like a 7 minute walk to the Space Needle, 3 minute walk to Amazon Spheres and 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market/ Great Wheel waterfront. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was comfy and heating in the room worked perfectly! Super happy with my stay and would love to stay here again when I decide to return to Seattle (I was traveling from California).

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. But probably the best feature was how quiet the immediate area was,considering it was in easy walking distance to much busier areas downtown: Seattle Center, Pike Place, waterfront, etc. Tons of restaurants nearby, too. It was great to just leave the car parked for our stay.

Good hotel pick - location was halfway between the space needle and pike place market, an easy 10 minute walk each way. Check in and check out was easy. Samson at reception was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were well appointed, quiet and the tv worked with heaps of stations. Great doughnut place across the road was an extra added bonus.

The staff was very friendly, rooms pretty good size, the neighborhood is walkable. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Pikes place and to the Victoria Clipper. The location is quite at night.

It’s very close to the monorail and a walkable distance from everything I wanted to go to. I do not recommend the food in their cafe, but there is a cafe across the street that’s very good and has a cozy cafe vibe. The water in the shower only got lukewarm on the 2nd day. I like the games they have set up in the lobby. Most employees are 5 stars.

Liked the helpful friendly staff and location was close to city attractions but also outside noise at all times of the day. Small shower in the room but comfy beds. Nice decent hotel but too over priced for what amenities are included. Breakfast food was just prepackaged that was thrown in a microwave.

Free VIP perk/gift was a nice branded coffee mug (insulated stainless steal inside). Very European/UK vibe. Location is excellent, just limited in terms of dining. Walk 10 minutes and you are fine.

When I arrived, the elevators were broken down. They were repaired that same night. Not a huge deal but worth noting. The water temp was very low, lukewarm at best. I don’t know if it was from lowering boiler temps for eco reasons, or a lack of boiler capacity to provide hot water for all guests and laundry services simultaneously, but an actual hot shower would have been nice. I never saw anyone working at the alcohol or coffee bar, though, so I was never able to collect my welcome beverage. I tried asking an “everything person” but they were running the front desk alone during a busy spell. The pillows and duvets are lovely, but the actual mattresses are extremely firm. The water bar and bottle were nice, but I’m not sure if I actually received most of the amenities that I was charged for. Overall it was “okay”. Good value for the price, but definitely room for improvement.
