It was a wonderful and super convenient stay for an event nearby at Climate Pledge. Only gripes are that the parking garage is very difficult to maneuver and the elevators were VERY slow (we were going from bottom floor of garage where last parking spots were, to a top floor of hotel) and between the waiting for it to come and the gradual stops, it easily took 10min)

We were able to check in early without any issues. We parked at the hotel (additional fee) which was very convenient and easy to find. The staff were very friendly. The hotel has the perfect location so you can leave the car and walk around. The roof top terrace was small but very nice, especially at night.

There were long waits for the elevator and the lobby furniture was worn but the room was great, appeared recently updated, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee bar was nice.

Great property if you're leaving on a cruise the next day. The rooftop outdoor lounge has great views around Seattle. A couple of complaints, the neighborhood gets a little dicey with homeless people not even a block away and the air conditioning unit in the room is extremely close to one side of the bed if you get a king bed, guaranteed to hit your foot on it getting out of bed on that side. The ten dollar shuttle to the cruise port is really handy.

If you only need a place that’s walkable to Climate Pledge and that’s your only criteria - this is an excellent option! However we paid to stay somewhere else and forfeited the fee we paid here just to be able to sleep comfortably. The hotel has a weird smell, the room especially smelled like an old strong perfume covering up mildew. It was not clean - stains on bedding, carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned, dust, bathroom smelled moldy, wall paper peeling up in room and in hallways. The walls were SO thin it sounded like people were in the same room as us. The staff was pleasant but the place is run down. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless they did an overhaul of the place.

Liked the location and many walkable dining options. The bathroom was nice. Common areas seem drabby and outdated. Didnt like the paper thin walls. It was very noisy, i could hear everytime the room next opened the drawers. People talking/shouting loudly at 6am. Hair in the bed, makes me think hosuekeeping doesn't change bedding from last guests.

Our return stay at this property did not disappoint. The staff were helpful, the room service top notch - dropping by daily to refresh as needed. Great coffee bar and even a little robot vacuum roaming the floors to keep them spotless. To take it to the next level they just need a few room options with a cozy fireplace -- and to plz include parking as standard. But that roof top view with heaters is icing on the cake. Great value, terrific property.

The room was spotless, the staff is verry efficient and very polite. The bathroom was also spotless. The only issue if you want to call it that, are the USB-A charge ports on the bedstsnds, our Galaxy phones don't like them, no charge. We always carry power adapters so not an issue for us. The USB-C charge ports in the clock were fine. All in all it was a very nice, surprisingly quite stay.

I wasn’t sure I would like this hotel at first. The room seemed really small, and the pictures made it look like it was waterfront, which it is not. However, the longer we were there, the better I liked it. The room was small, but had many efficient features and a big beautiful bathroom with a shower stall. The shelves for storage worked better than any hotel room I’ve ever been in. The Starbucks next door was a plus, and the view from the rooftop patio was wonderful. I was able to do 3 loads of laundry without a problem. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. They even helped us find a free shuttle that took us to some of the places we wanted to go. The elevators were a little slow especially at busy times and a recycling bin in the room would be nice to have, but overall a very good experience.

It’s ok. Close to Seattle Center / Climate Pledge Arena which we wanted to be walking distance to the Lady Gaga concert. The hotel has been around for years and is starting to show wear and tear. I don’t think it’s been renovated since the early 2000s. But it’s clean and convenient for getting around Seattle. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. So if you’re planning to work while there have a cafe in mind to work from.

We stayed front and back end of a cruise. Both weekends, room key cards didn’t work after the first time. Had to continually go to front desk to be rekeyed. Elevators were very slow, so rekeying took a lot more time than it should have. The hotel is located in a nice location. The rooftop patio was very nice with amazing views. It was an ok hotel. Not dirty or anything. We had a room with two double beds with very little room between them. One was up against the wall, the other was only about 10-12” away. Had to turn sideways to walk between beds. (I’m not a small girl, but I’m not extra large either). The other side of the bed was right up next to the other wall with the air conditioning. Maybe 4-5” between bed and air. Again, not a bad hotel if you’re looking for just a place to sleep with a nice view. If you’re looking to spend a week there, it’s not well suited for unpacking and settling in. It’s a bit cramped. Again, clean, friendly staff…just not for us. Thanks!

Kyle and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located near climate pledge arena (for a PWHL game), and within walking distance to the Public Market, and Space needle. Loved this place! I will be staying there on my next visit to Seattle!!!

The front desk staffs are helpful. I thought I have forgotten my medication. Once I asked them where I can find a pharmacy. They started offering me directions to the closest CVS. When I asked about the closest urgent care centre, they immediately started searching for one for me on their computers. I really appreciate their help. A group of caring and helpful people they are. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Seattle. There is a lot of restaurants around too. Good dining options

This hotel is honestly my favorite in the Seattle area. They are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. It feels like a family run establishment. I will always stay here. Towels are plentiful and great condition, bedding is clean and soft, the rooms are updated and clean. Huzzah.

We love staying here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the Climate Pledge Arena, and we appreciate the secure parking. Lots of restaurants are walkable. The Space Needle & Chihuly Glass were walkable as well. Room was clean and fine. Area seemed a little iffy if you were out late, fine during normal hours. Rooftop was really nice.

The Mediterranean was a great hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and spacious. No restaurant within, but it has a great rooftop “lounging” area with an incredible view of the sound—they do allow you to bring-your-own-beverage or meal there. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Dick’s Burgers is across the street, so you can get lunch or a late night burger; Seattle Center is about two blocks away and they are home to KEXP (a globally renowned independent radio station) and there is Caffe Vita within their gathering space so you can get a coffee and pastry while listening to their live music shows while you plan out your sightseeing. Speaking of Seattle Center, you can see the Space Needle from the hotel!

The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The staff was excellent. However, no inside restaurant to eat at the hotel or continental breakfast. Saw two apparent homeless people walking in the street yelling one at himself. The other one is yelling at people. First time in my life, I’ve gone to a CVS where everything was protected behind plexiglass and a security guard.

Hotel is located close to the Climate Pledge Arena (5 minute walk), the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Garden exhibit. Comfortable beds and nice room. Has coffee available in the lobby 24/7. We got a list of recommended places to eat from Reception. Each one of the recommended restaurants had excellent food. I would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining, grocery store around the corner, and how to get to the port. Easy walk to Space Needle and not far to the Fish Market. No bar here, but roof top open seating had amazing views, and great guests to share the experience.
