Really nice room and beautiful hotel overall. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Hotel is very accomodating and even made me breakfast sandwich to go due to an early start time. The hotel is located in the national park which can be good to know. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, scooter or bike to move around with more ease and will also give you more options for eating out. Highly recommend!

The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet outside which offers sufficient privacy. Property was well maintained but the beach had too much seaweed. Overall great experience!

It was quiet, beautiful. area. The property had plenty of options for shaded seating at the beach, as well as a shower and bathroom near the beach. Staff was great and very helpful. We enjpyed the restaurant. We ate breakfast which was included and had a reasonably priced dinner every night. We had been to the area several times, so we weren't interested in that. We had also been to the ruins, which is a short walk to the end ofthe beach, we didn't go in. There is a charge from the National Park when you enter that area, but it was much. They keep the area patrolled and it felt safe. The park is eco feiendly so no plastic bottles allowed, which we apprecited. The hotel had water available for guests. We liked the casitas, they aren't fancy, but the bed was good, they were cleaned daily. The bathrooms are open air (no ceiling) but private and adequate. The best part for us was we were 50 yards feom the beach, step out of the door onto the sand and your there.
