The room was dirty there were crumbs all over and all the corners there was still food in my refrigerator there was a cigarette underneath the pull-out couch and as far as them saying the room is sanitized well I don't even think the room was clean sheets had stains on them the pillowcase look dirty. The lady is at checked me in at the front desk hardly understood what I was saying because she didn't fully understand English would be my assumption and I may be wrong but it was very difficult to try and explain to her something because she didn't understand me. Parking lot seems a little small for the amount of rooms in the building as I don't think the parking lot would be able to fit the 300 and some rooms that they have. Breakfast was okay but upon trying to get the waffle mix out it really didn't work very well and when I asked one of the staff about it they basically took it out shook it and said there you go.

We arrived late in the evening and were ready to just crash. Expectations had been lowered when just after check in the previous customer came back to the desk saying the room he had been given looked “lived in”. Our room had an odd aroma which became worse when the ac kicked on. Turning it off helped somewhat, so no big deal as it was a comfortable evening outside. When getting set for bed we realized that our shower had no rod or curtain. Both were stashed away in the closet. As it was now after 11 and we were leaving at 7:15 we made the best of things in the morning with clever aim and use of towels. The breakfast was barely edible and sparse. When arriving back up in the room the tub had still not drained. We will not be back and may be done with the brand as a whole, as there have been other borderline stays. Seems as if franchisees are deferring maintenance.

The property was clean. Easy parking.

Ran out of many breakfast items by 8:10am.

It was rundown but clean. Staff was friendly but they were under staffed so we had to wait to move into our room.
