Reasonably priced, close to the Hospital, downtown & lots of restaurants within walking distance. They have the Green Mill restaurant on site. Nice gym to workout in too.

Was informed the day before our stay that the hot tub was down for maintenance and that the restaurant was closed for remodeling. To late at that point to change our reservation and those where the 2 amenities as to why we chose to stay there. Night staff was also not friendly when they told us we could not be out of our room after 10 in the pool area. On the web site it said adult pool time 10-midnight and when we ask she said we were wrong and needed to return to our room. As we and other guest had family they were with for the holiday and the offered no where else where we could gather. It was not a pleasant stay.

Hotel was nice but seemed to cater to the convention crowd. Check in guy seemed a little put out he had to check us in. Long walk from car parking to room. Room was clean and spacious but bathroom area was tiny. Restaurant was very good and not too expensive.

Great stay. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, shower was exceptional. Parking was unusual. Had to park in the restaurant parking area. Did find a door closer to the elevator so we didn’t have to walk all the way through the motel every time.

One of the options for parking was to use the parking ramp. I would highly recommend NOT using the ramp. The first night we parked in the ramp our vehicle was locked and got broken into. 2 backpacks were stolen with iPads in them. We told the front desk and they said this happens all the time. A heads up would have been nice. Green Mill is connected and you can park in that lot. That is the only place I would recommend parking.

Check in clerk was rude and disheveled. The room had dirty walls and ceilings, and only one loudly functioning a/c unit. My “suite” had a 20” tv barely visible from The bed. The bar, restaurant, pool, and hotub are all closed. When I remarked that the hotels own website didn’t reflect any of these closures, the rude clerk said “well that a corporate run website” No apologies for inconvenience. Then we were told “there will be a lunch bag with a granola bar or a muffin or whatever on the counter in the morning. There is no breakfast”

It was the most expensive hotel in St. Cloud, so I was expecting it to be the nicest… it was not. The rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms… aka stale smoke. You can’t get that out of carpets…

The check-in process took longer than some job interviews. I had forgotten that none of the elevators seem to reach every floor, so a trip from parking garage to room can require using the stairs or wondering around the hotel looking for your next elevator. Not a new issue, but still awkward. Property seems to be slipping away. The skyway between the hotel and the convention center is supported with scaffolding. The external stairs to the lower parking level are cracking and breaking apart around the edges. The sheets were worn out and actually had holes in a couple of places. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the showerhead is mismatched to the supply pipe making it impossible to lower it far enough to keep the water spray off the back wall. We found a forgotten glucose monitor on the floor next to easy chair. Big dust balls on the baseboard heater next to the chair also. Appears if the chair hasn't been moved houskeeping doesn't check around it. The hotel is however very conveniently located and has a pretty good Green Mill attached.

Room wasn't clean, lots of dust bunnies behind things. Also, bathroom had black mark in tub, and did not smell fresh. No breakfast. Had to take an elevator and then stairs to my room- not handicap accessible.

It appeared the air conditioning was not working on a floor area and also the Green Mill area and hallway leading to it. On a 90 degree day someone should have been called to fix it. Also in the early morning hours it appears nobody had vacuumed any hallways as they had a days worth of stuff all over big main hallways

We had a very nice stay at The Kelly Inn. The hotel was great about communicating with us regarding check in and all the amenities. The room appeared to be newly remodeled with new carpet and furniture. Comfortable and spacious room.

Had a room that overlooked the pool, so shrieking children disturbed sleep. Other than that, the property was quite dated and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. However, we were able to attend our event at the convention center without stepping outside, which was great at the air temperature was below zero.

The room was extremely outdated and the bathroom area was so small you could hardly get in the shower if the door was open. The chair in the room was stained black from use/age. 100% would never have touched it. The only thing we assumed clean were the sheets. All furniture was worn and in need of replacement. Honestly, for $150 / night, we expected more. The entire place needed repairs/updates. All in all, not worth the money.

Hot water was plentiful and quick. Hotel room was small, carpet old and wrinkled. We stayed four nights. we asked for bedsheets to be changed after second night, but they were not. Hotel hallways narrow and dark. Hotel is located in downtown St. Cloud. The downtown area was rundown and creepy. We would not stay at this hotel again.

The location is nice, as it's both downtown and close to the Mississippi with access to a pretty walkway. However there are clearly transients camping out around the attached stairwell and parking ramp for the Civic center.

Paid extra for 3 dbl. room suites; comfortable & spacious. Pool area nice, but busy, as expected before the holidays. Attached Green Mill: good food & service, but took over an hour for our order (for 9 of us). Breakfast was a waste of $$! 6 choices I believe, all with scrambled eggs & dry toast. Even with only 2 other tables being served, we still waited over half an hour. Waitress was not pleasant. Yikes. Not a good ending to our get together, but mostly enjoyed our time here.

The hotel was a little old and outdated. There was no continental breakfast and the service at the restaurant was very slow. However the bed was comfortable and they allow dogs so this hot served it’s purpose

This was a great option for St. Cloud. The rooms are sizable, clean, and quiet (even next to the elevator, I didn't hear a peep from outside). There is a nice pool and a serviceable fitness center (treadmill, weights, a noisy elliptical). And, there is a Green Mill with surprisingly delicious food attached!
