Staff was nice but oh my God the bed is so hard, the pillows are so thin and feels like really old. The dressers are rotten and dusty so I just keep my clothes in my luggage. The chair is so old that it should've been thrown already, the bathroom is so tiny that you have to stand sideways by the bathtub to close the door. The room and hallway smells old and no microwave inside the room so we had to use the breakfast area,theres no paper plates or atleast some plates we can use to heat up our food.The stairway is so steep that its dangerous for older people. The back door knob is broken,and took us a lot of tries to open the door!Not planning on staying there again!

Great night sleep. Very clean, older property, but well maintained. Quiet. My only issue was with the parking and lighting. I had to go around the building several times before I got an understanding of the parking lot. There were minimal lights to help illuminate the parking and walking areas.

Staff were helpful. Entry to building has "bird crap" on the mats almost every day--no matter what time you returned to the building. Lobby was extremely dated and should be upgraded. Not a very pleasant first impression. No elevator which is absolutely necessary today, especially having to climb stairs to the 2nd level. Not very accommodating with increasing numbers of elderly people who are traveling today.

Lobby smelled funny. Room is very old with ripped dust ruffle, ripped lampshade, no elevator, noisy air conditioner and needs some renovation. Provided a bag breakfast. Checkin staff was pleasant and brought up a box of kleenix after i phoned and let him know the container was empty. He also offered to carry our bags up the stairs for us. Hot coffee ready in lobby was good.

It was a little off the beaten path but it was very affordable and clean!! The staff was super nice both during check in and in the morning. They offer a nice to go breakfast and have fresh coffee in the lobby. It was a nice quiet stay with lots of parking close to the room!

Everything was perfect except for one (and only one) thing. The card-key entry-box on the back side of the building (by the door near room 115) did not work. So after I parked, I had to go to the front entrance to get in to my room. It's not a real big deal - but I thought I'd mention it.

We were so disappointed in our check-in experience: 1. $50 damage deposit. 2. No elevator, massive steps do no way to move our luggage. 3. Key access broken. 4. No heat in our room-broken 5. Smoke smell! 5. Please be sure our monies are refunded. We are two seniors!

We had no problems with the hotel at all. It was quiet, very comfortable, clean, good internet, and the service was above and beyond; I forgot my cellphone, and the hotel jumped through hoops to get it back to me in Canada.

Room clearly had water damage and smelled musty & damp. Staff was nice enough. We arrived late and just stuck it out as we were leaving early the next day. Ceiling was water damaged and the bathroom fan was hanging down and not working. The smoke alarm went off because of the steam from the shower. That’s enough to give you an idea of the rating…

This was a very disappointing property. There were small ants crawling on the cabinet under the tv in our room. An offered bag breakfast without eve the use of the breakfast room is not suitable. The floor near the sink in our room was sticky, while the tub could have used something to make standing in it not so slippery. When I mentioned the ants to the morning clerk she didn't seem to care.

Although an older property, it was clean. The staff was nice. Our room had a very LOUD AC unit. Sounded like a jet plane taking off. Not easy to sleep with the noise. But the rest was just fine. Don't get 215, unless u like loud AC

I needed a place at the last minute and Travelodge for the budget. That said, it didn't feel worth the price. Small rooms, one desk chair for seating, oddly shaped and filled pillows, no microwave. All pretty standard amenities in today's hotels, but not at Travelodge St. Cloud. I needed a bed. I had a bed.

It’s true you get what you pay for- that being said, the room was inexpensive but very small- no microwave- the fridge was under the table and couldn’t even be used- had to move the coffee pot to the bed table to plug in. The bathroom ceiling was pealing. Won’t stay there again

Saturday afternoon We checked in and dropped off our 1 bag in room and immediately left to watch our grandsons youth tournment hockey game. Before leaving the rink we received a call letting us know that Mother, in LaCrosse, had just passed away. We needed to go home. Sue stopped at the desk, told the man we had not used the room at all and would pick up our bag and leave immediately so they would still have the room to rent. We could not stay to spend the evening with our family or to watch our 11 year old grandson's final game the next morning. We were not offered a refund or even a voucher for another nights stay at a Travel Lodge. He just sat there and couldn't be bothered with us. We do not expect to choose to stay at a Travel Lodge again.

Room was quite small, but very clean (the most important criteria). Most importantly, the staff located our $300 iPad in the bed, tried to call us (I didn't answer thing it was a scam call), and held it for our call to them. Most appreciated and deserving of our repeat (and your) business!

We were offered a bagged Breakfast??? The muffin had white mold inside the plastic packaging. The manager responded with an explicative and offered me another another! Um - No thank you!!! She said the muffins are baked there and then frozen which was an obvious fib!

Their breakfast consisted of a muffin wrapped in cellophane, a granola bar, and a bottle of water in a brown paper bag handed out at the front desk. The lighting in our room was so dim it was hard to read. The hallways were very narrow, we turned on the heat, and it smelled Like something was burning and the smoke detector went off. We won’t be back.

It was fine for one night. Basic hotel. No pool or breakfast. They do give a to-go breakfast bag consisting of a granola bar, bottles water, fruit cup. We stayed for a night. I feel they overcharge for the lack of amenities they offer.

Reasonable price, helpful and friendly staff, clean. Dated decor, hallways still smelled of stale smoke. Advertised breakfast was a granola bar, a fruit cup, a packaged muffin and water.
