While it doesn’t seem to be located in the best part of town it’s pretty convenient, breakfast is free love that, pool was open this time around, parking was free. Far as the room goes it was clean. The bed was hard, the tub was not in the best condition but it was doable for the price. Ice machine is located near the laundry area which is also nice to have. Place is a little dated but nice.

The hotel was easy enough to find. We stayed in the handicap room which definitely needs an upgrade as the area around the toilet, was nasty and the shower definitely needed work. The sink faucets needed tightened in the kitchenette area, and there was a suction handicap bar as a handle on the freezer of the refrigerator. The wallpaper in the hallways was peeling off. The carpet needs to be replaced as it was loose.And there was a rug placed over an area which I tripped on. The breakfast was okay. The parking lot was safe and well lit. The beds were comfortable.

Lots of construction and inconvenient access due to building equipment blocking exits. Carpet uneven in hallway and is a safety hazard. Areas where there is heavy construction should be closed for access until completed. Front desk Staff not very friendly.

Loved our suite. It was perfect for our family of seven and located in a quiet spot on the property. Only issue was the pool was down for some reason. Front desk staff was incredible. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms. Suites available Kitchen stalked with dishes was nice to have. A stove was good to have while it worked. Pool needs attention and the grill area in poor condition very outdated and rusted on grill plate

Our first room thr couch bed did not work and the light over the stove top. Then we were moved and the wall had water damage, the vent did not really work when i was cooking burgers smoked up the room and then had to open the door to the hallway so the room and halway smelled like burgers for the rest of our stay. The breakfast downstairs was not bad. The pool was rough and cut up the kids feet and gave them blisters.

The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. The property needs some renovation, missing sections of wallpaper in the hall, rusty towel rack in room, chipped paint on doors and trim. Just a little touch up would bring back a little life. We were disappointed that the gym facility was in very poor condition. There were no weights & the cardio equipment was broken. Breakfast was good the first day and the second day gross and we didn’t even try the third day. We probably won’t stay again since there are other options closer to the family we came to see.

The staff was very nice, however... we were supposed to have one large room with 3 bed ~ that room had a leaky roof (from the rainstorm), so we were given 2 rooms ~ which worked out fine BUT they also gave one of those rooms to someone else. So when we went to go to sleep... there were people in our other room! Some of the wall outlet covers were not screwed in to the wall and not everything was very clean.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. Our first room the A/C didn’t work so they moved us. There was black mold on the A/C vents in the halls… all of them. Poorly repaired damage to walls, missing wallpaper, deteriorating doors, filthy floors with peeling carpet and missing trims… too much wrong to put here

The hotel itself was a little outdated and worn down, but overall decent. They had a wide variety at breakfast and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our biggest issues were the frequency of housekeeping, we were there for 4 days and housekeeping never once came by. Also we had to wait almost 30 minutes past check-in time before we even got to check in to our room because it wasn't ready.

Our room was large, but it felt dirty/unkept. I found ants all in the bathroom. The bathroom had mold, cracks, the hot water did not exist on our second morning. I waited for 15 mins and never had the water turn warm. Bedding was extremely thin. I barely was able to sleep. Breakfast does not start until 0700. This was a big inconvenience for us. We had to leave the hotel before 0630 to be somewhere. I’ll never stay here again, nor recommend this hotel again. There was only one entrance to the property and the hotel sign is really damaged to where we missed the hotel the first time pulling up. We have stayed at other Homewood hotels that were great. This is an extremely disappointing stay and said to see Hilton name connected to this location. It does not live up to Hilton standards.

The hotel is old and needs upgrading. It has a not good smell in the entire hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a hay bale. The corporate was old. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. There was a bug in the bathroom when I went to shower.

Overall a good experience. Hotel is dated and in need if some basic repairs and updates. We had no room service for basic cleaning or towel replacement….nor were informed that this would the case. Breakfast offerings were good and presented well. Coffee was outstanding I would have to say.

The secondary security lock was inoperative. I was prepared to pay cash for my room and was informed they didn’t except cash! There is nothing on the web site to note this feature. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else.

The property was clean and the staff was attentive to needs. However the rooms, as many have said, definitely need updating. The carpets are worn, holes in the couch cushions, the bottom of the bathroom door looked like an animal had tried to claw its way out. Overall not a bad stay but I feel like it could have definitely been better.

I really liked the spacious rooms. My family of 6 stayed for one night and it was plenty of room for everyone. I really appreciated the two bathrooms. The breakfast was decent. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool. The check-in staff was nice. That was the only interaction I really had with the staff. I would recommend this hotel for future travels.

the staff was very polite but after reserving a room for a couple months out I got the last room available. I had to walk to the farthest room from the elevator on the top floor. they were over booked. the bed was the best bed I have slept in though. so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I gave them an average of 3 stars for the walking distance.

I booked a room that sleeps 6 people (me, my wife and 4 children). We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on Tuesday. The room has two queen beds and a sofa bed. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and the heater in the room didn’t work. The front desk said they were out of blankets and took note of the heater not working and was supposed to have it fixed.All they could give me were sheets for the sofa bed. The two queen beds weren’t made with proper “bedding”. Both were made using only bed skirts as sheets, they did have blankets though. Housekeeping didn’t come by our room one time during our stay so the room was filled with trash by the time we left. Oh yeah, and the heater was never fixed. Won’t be staying here again because they don’t seem to care about their guests.

When we checked in the didn't give us the double queen room & said our reservation was for a king bed & when we went to show the reservation was for 2 beds they did quickly change us to the proper room.The property & rooms are dated. Some of the drawers wouldn't stay in on the credenza in the living room. The couch was old & not very comfortable. Looked like they had sprayed the tub white but it wasn't a real good job. The shower head however had a great flow. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast - the waffle maker wasn't working or they didn't have product which was sad because that is what we really wanted. The eggs were watery. They did however keep up the food so there was plenty. I wish they would have had the option for bacon since I don't eat sausage. They had toast & bagels, the juice machine had plenty of options,milk & oatmeal with plenty of fixins to add to it. Overall I would give it a 2.5 or 3 stars.

First time staying here and was surprised by how pleasant my stay was. Checking in and checking out was pretty easy. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good. They had a large variety of breakfast items (waffles, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, fruits, yogurts, pastries, oatmeal’s and more) my family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.
