Great view !! Comfy beds, guest robes in room, quiet, excellent breakfast, fantastic salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies in evening. Clean pool, hot tub and sauna. Will definitely stay there again. ( within walking distance of Kylo’s restaurant)

I liked the location of this hotel and the pool and hot tub area. Although they said pool was 90 deg and it was not that warm at all but the kids did enjoy it for a little bit. I think the bottom room floors moss out on the scenery all you get to see is the grass. Requested a top floor but got the bottom.

The pool is small and both the hottub and pool are outdoor. Not a bad place to go...it was quiet and the view was great. Right on the beach...plenty of parking. Just didn't feel like I was at a resort

Parking was not ideal. Very slim spaces and if you decide to leave in the evening there is a high possibility you won’t even get a parking space when you return. My husbands car got dinged just because the parking was too close to each other.

We stayed in October. The outdoor pool was warm. The free breakfast was excellent. The free cookies and clam chowder is amazing. The rooms are super comfy. The best view of the ocean. The staff is top notch. We have stayed at this location 5 times and each time gets better and better. Stay on the 3rd floor for the best view.

My girls loved the warm outdoor pool! The hot tub and sauna were nice too, all kept nice and clean. We used the gas grills to make some burgers and they even supplied some utensils to help! Biscuits and gravy served for breakfast with eggs and sausage! Not bad! Easy access to the beach was the best, with great views from the room, balcony and even the shower!

We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy it. Unfortunately, our room smelled VERY strongly of pet urine. We were told the weekend was sold out for our stay so we didn’t feel we had any choice but to stay, so my husband went out and bought pet urine sanitizer for the carpets and a diffuser. After doing so, it was much better! Other than that, things were alright. I don’t think they actually lock the pool/hot tub after hours because there was a group that were very loud very early in the morning, but it wasn’t a make or break. We’d probably stay here again(this was our 4th time) but may seek other options first.

A woman's hairs were all over the bathroom. Although early check in was allowed, this mess was not cleaned up and we had to clean it ourselves. The patio screen door was also broken and that detracted from the experience that was expected to be luxurious.

There were ants in our room in the kitchen, bathroom and even a winged ant on one of the beds. We switched rooms after the first night but we weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience and gross factor. The kitchen cabinets had dirty silverware and plates. The smoke alarm went off anytime we baked something (in both rooms we stayed in). While the pool, sauna and beach view balcony were nice, the stay was not very relaxing given the ants and moving belongings all over.

I chose this hotel over others because of the ocean view and the good reviews. While the ocean view was nice, it wasn't worth the money that we were charged for our room. The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were very stained. The whole room smelled like a wet dog. It was very outdated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Make sure you know what room you're getting. Ours was at the very end of the hall, crammed in between 3 others. I heard every word our neighbors spoke. People aren't considered enough to close doors quietly, so the auto slam will jar you. Our room was dingy dingy. A solid 2 star experience.

The room was as advertised, with a great view of the ocean just off our balcony. Having a room to relax in and a different room to sleep in was ideal for us. The hotel offered free breakfast each morning and even put out salmon chowder and cookies every evening, which was great for saving money on food! The only thing that would have been a little strange if we came with our kids was the orientation of the shower. It was in the middle of the room with no way to block it completely for privacy from one side of the room. It was fine for me and my husband, but would have been tricky with teenage kids!

A good deal considering the continental breakfast which provided a decent meal saving us money daily on breakfast (no OJ though). There was a tidal pool to explore just to the North at low tide. Chairs on the deck should have been higher to see over the rail (see picture). Close to shops and restaurants. The room had an amazing view!! No room service, unless it was requested, which suited our needs. Very large room with a lovely fireplace and comfortable living room furniture. The king mattress wasn’t ideal, but to be fair, we usually sleep on a Sleep Number

Love this place but it does seem to need another update. Fridge was wonky and had to be replaced and the bathroom light was burnt out and the screen door had a huge hole and barely opened. Would be nice to have a table and chairs too.

The staff is top notch. We have stayed at this location 5 times and each time gets better and better. Stay on the 3rd floor for the best view.

Room was huge and very nice. Only complaints are the bed has sharp corners and my husband and I both hit it and got nice bruises, no table or chairs and there was lots of room for it, sink is huge and oversized but no room to set anything, and no hooks in bathroom to hang towels, etc. other than that, a very nice place.

Do not stay on the first floors, the view is blocked with overgrown grass . The shower and tub is in the open of the room so depending who you are traveling with, it might not be suitable.

We had a late check in already which was at 4:00pm. We got to the hotel 3 minutes early and were told that our room was not ready yet. That was fine we were early so it made sense. Well turns out that we had to wait for over an hour to get checked in. We were offered nothing for our late check in. It was a really bad way to start the trip because it was already a super late check in time and the check out time was set for 11:00am so it gave us less than 24 hours to stay in the room and we didn’t even get offered a late checkout even though we were checked in so late.

My room wasn’t ready at 5pm. They offered me a different room type. The sofa sleeper had no sheets so I called to request some. The man at the desk was VERY rude and condescending to me. 2 hours later the sheets never showed up. I drove to the lobby to ask again. He again was fed up with his job it seems and was very rude to me again for asking. I finally got the sheets and blankets for the sofa at 8pm. I am a very patient person and I understand it’s really busy during spring break but sheets and blanket for necessary things I need to sleep at a hotel. I should not be treated that way for asking and I shouldn't have had to ask twice!

We arrived around 2 pm, hoping for an early check in since we had a show we were going to at 5. Our room wasn't quite ready, it still needed to be inspected so they said they would call us when it was ready. We never received a call but we went back an hour later and the gentleman that checked us in at that time was amazing. He quickly checked us in so we were able to get freshened up before the show.

From the moment we checked in until check out we felt very welcome and the hospitality was very sincere. Preston was the check in guy and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Really happy we found such a gem during our Christmas stay there. We can’t wait to plan our next visit at the Lincoln sands

The lobby staff was friendly until I tried checking in at 4pm. The staff member called someone and said she was leaving with no replacement to get any customers checked in. The manager came in and got everyone checked in and was very nice and apologetic. Later in the evening on my first night in my room I found out that the toliet in the bedroom did not flush, I notified the desk the next morning and they has maintenance come fix it will I was out. Would like to have had a screen on the slider door so it could be left open without any bugs coming in. Was expecting the room to be updated with modern furniture but it gave it some nostalgia

The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable plus the view was great! Right on the beach. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only draw back was the place was hard to find off US 101. No street signs to indicate street it was on.

Excellent location with a great view of the beach and ocean with convenient access to walk and play in the beach. One block walk to excellent dining. Room amenities seem to be recently updated in the suite. Love this hotel and will be back in the near future.

I would recommend this place for the following reasons: - Beach access; pool & hot tub; great breakfast in the lobby; the bigger rooms have a small kitchen. It is great for family-friendly weekend trip. I would NOT recommend this place if you have an allergy to dogs/cats. The room was a little musty because dogs were probably was in the room before our stay. Also, there was a lot of sugar ants in the kitchen/dining area.

Reserving a room that looks out onto the beach and ocean was really nice. Leaving the slider open, listening to the waves was really nice. The room was bigger than expected. Very convenient path to the beach.

The breakfast and the chowder and cookies at 5 were outstanding. We were surprised that we would have to ask for housekeeping rather than it being automatically done. There was no comfortable place to sit and enjoy the great a view. We felt deceived by Expedia because we didn’t know that the room we reserved did not have a view and we had to pay almost twice as much than anticipated to get a room with a view of the ocean.

We LOVED the complimentary clam chowder & chocolate cookies at 5PM! You offered the best complimentary full breakfast we’ve had at a hotel in YEARS!! The entire staff was incredibly friendly. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room, the soaker tub, the huge shower & the balcony on the third floor. We’ll definitely be back!

Here's my honest review - a little raving but also a little nitpicky haha. We stayed on the 3rd floor, with a balcony overlooking the beach. Room was very nice, balcony had chairs and table and fantastic view. Brought blankets so we could sit out there to read, or relax.TV comes out from wall & has chromecast option, etc. Fireplace heats after a few mins. Fidge is small (no freezer, my ice cream melted). Bathroom had nowhere to hang your handtowel, and not much counterspace since sink is large. Vanity light is dim too for putting makeup on. Staff is very nice. There's a heated pool, hot tub & sauna outside. Salmon chowder and choc chip cookies were available at 5pm (yummy chowder but didn't like the cookies - salty or odd texture). Breakfast room was on the smaller side but it works, and there's 3 more tables on outside patio (next to fireplace & pond). Breakfast options are basic & same every day (i didn't like how their eggs taste). But for reference, when i stay at BW hotels I'm always impressed by their continental breakfast. So that's what I'm comparing to. I might stay here again just for the room view and proximity to beach, but not sure it's worth the price in summer since i didn't like the breakfast. But maybe for the chowder! My in-laws love this place.
