We had a great stay here. Very clean. The area is very safe to hang out. Well-equipped gym. Rooms were spacious. A very clean suite and great service. Highly recommend, will stay here again. We love this location. The entire hotel is well kept, they have hand sanitizer dispensers around the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and will be my go to every time I travel to the area.

It was great staying in this hotel, the rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. I used the fitness center and it was great. Great location.

This is hands down one of the best motels for an affordable price. Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, all the equipment provided in/out of room(like guest laundry) are in functioning condition. The kitchenette is quite helpful for people with extended stay plans like me. Very friendly and helpful staff and employees. One best thing is front desk assistance is available 24/7. Very nice place with a convenient location.

Great hotel with large rooms and amenities. Great layout and the rooms were very comfortable and overall clean. This was the perfect location well-kept everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The laundry room and workout room are always well-kept.

The room was neat comfortable love kitchen area

The place smelled wierd, like sour mop water and some kind of perfume, and not in the good way (nag champa, a curry cooking) that I've encountered with similar motels. There was hair on the sheets. The floor in the room needed to be mopped with clean mop water, it felt somewhat greasy to walk on. They don't provide shampoo, which seems like a really weird corner to cut. Not a bad stay. It was quiet, the night clerk was plesant enough. The grounds looked clean and the parking was adequate and well lit. I wouldn't have a problem staying again.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Check inefficiently. Parking lot well lit. Close to anything you need to get to. The lobby is clean and inviting and the beds are so clean and comfortable. I will most definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

This place was super nice and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean and the hotel housekeeping was quick to supply you with additional towels at your request. The room was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with cooking supplies. A lot of amenities to enjoy for free like a gym and on-site laundry. The hotel is very clean and updated, and location in walking distance to a few essential things. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and cool when I arrived at about midnight. Quiet atmosphere made for an easy sleep. The only thing bad I could say was the shower head was a little moldy / gunky, but other than that it couldn't have been better. The night clerk was extremely helpful and enthusiastic.

The staff were helpful, responsive and respectful. I changed rooms three times when I arrived. The first room was worn and there was a huge ceiling issue over the bath tub. I had my cat who has anxiety when we travel. I was moved to another room and allowed to check it before I moved in. Then I was informed they couldn’t let me stay in that room due to the inspection people coming. I was moved next door which was not as clean and dated as that room. No wonder they wanted to have the inspector look at the other room. So now I get a smaller room with no tub as I reserved because they rooms that has tubs were worn and perhaps other issues. I had seen a roach on the maids cart and I went immediately and purchased some raid after I advised the front desk. I saw smaller roaches in my room which means they had parents there like that one on the cart. I did not have a problem with any roaches after I sprayed which I had do be very careful with my cat. The lobby was very clean and updated as most motels are when the rooms are not. I can say that the cleaning staff were always cleaning and the outside was clean. Some people did not pick up after there dog so I was sure now to walk in the grassy areas. They had a nice fitness room. My room was shared a wall with the laundry so my fridge was doing a dance all day until they closed at night. It was a safe location as I had my car filled with my belongings and I liked the fact that I didn’t have any issues there. This place needs an update

Roaches roaches was all I saw! the property needs to be exterminated badly I would NOT recommend to stay at this property!

I found bedbugs and checked out after i found them. Did not stay the night. I have pictures and even told the font desk reason for checking out. They refused to give a refund.

Thought I was getting a bargain, but you get what you pay for. I stayed two nights at this hotel. And I found the musty (mold?) smell pretty strong and the cockroaches (3) I found scurrying into the corners of the room when I turned on the lights and entered the room unacceptable. Definitely will not stay here again.

Clean

Very clean room. Great option for the price. If you don’t like smells, be sure to get a nonsmoking room. My room was great, but the hallway did have a smell.

While the check-in process was relatively easy, the hotel was NOT clean. I viewed 3 different rooms during my 2-night stay. The first room's air conditioning unit didn't work, and we were moved to a second room. The second room was "clean" but there were roaches everywhere. On the walls, in the cabinets, in the bathroom, in the closet area, EVERYWHERE! After spraying down the room & trying to work with them, I notified the front desk & they offered another room...roaches in there too! The manager wasn't contacted & I was simply told I can talk with them in the morning. I do not recommend anyone stay here as it's not as updated as it looks and there are roaches everywhere!

Serious Concerns Regarding Cleanliness, Safety, and Customer Service Dear Sonesta Management, I recently stayed at your property and was very disappointed with the overall experience. My room had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke and animals. The bathroom had visible mold and hair in the tub, the carpet was torn, and the appliances were outdated. Additionally, the door latch was broken, which presented a safety concern. When I reported these issues, the guest attendant responded rudely and appeared visibly irritated. Her attitude was so unprofessional that even another guest noticed and asked if she was okay. When I raised my concerns with the general manager, they were dismissed as “fluff,” which I found disrespectful and unhelpful. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with questionable activity near the building. The elevator doors close with excessive force, which adds to the sense of poor maintenance and safety risk. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to urge improvement. Guests should feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their stay. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the cleanliness, safety, and customer service issues promptly

Found mold on the first room they tried to put me in. Had bugs multiple times throughout my stay. Would never stay here again.

This hotel was a last minute choice and a GREAT value for the price I paid. The place was quite clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable. I felt the springs pressing against me all night. Other than that I felt like it was a great place to stay.

The bed was uncomfortable

Hotel was ok, room was pretty nice, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, large room. I only pick hotels that advertise the size of the room, this one did and was honest about it.

Overall, affordable hotel, clean rooms and quiet location. However, the sound insulation is non-existent, I heard every step of my neighbors upstairs. The bedsheets were not ideal either. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and shower gel, because the hotel only provides soap bars.

Not bad. If you just want a pace to put your head down near the airport, this hotel may be an option. The mattress was sleeping away from the bed frame. You should provide some dish soap if you’re proving a kitchen. There’s no coffee in common area. They only provide coffee cups once. After that, you’re by yourself.

Good location to be running all around Dallas. I felt safe in area and did not fear my car would be vandalized. There was a lot of activity going on upstairs all night long, but it didn't terribly disrupt my sleep. Looks like this property hosted extended stay and was kept very well. Reasonably priced for the accommodations. I would certainly reconsider staying here again.

Everything was relatively ok until using the bed. The sheets were covered in what felt like fine gravel or kitty litter. Room heating was poor.

The room was clean and cozy. The internet was a little slow but the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed staying here.

The gentleman at the hotel that originally answered the phone was extremely rude. The young lady that helped me when I was there was exceptional. The gentleman on Expedia Raymond, was amazing. The room stunk horribly, there was no hairdryer, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the floor. It probably would’ve been Cleaner staying at a motel six. Again it’s stunk really bad there.

Staff was very helpful

The room was dirty sheets had stains on them. The staff was rude. Staff threatened me and got in our face. Threatened to call cops on my aunt who brought me food! Do not stay here! Management didn’t care either they were all rude staff even when I went to talk to them in the morning they hid the manger and said he wasn’t available and it was because they didn’t care to deal with or correct their staff in anyway .

Very friendly staff…always willing to accommodate

Unexpectedly having to move out of one house rather abruptly, had a haphazard experience that the hotel could have influenced positively but the “manager” came to my door and actually yelled at me for my helpers going to and fro from the room in the act of helping my move and threatened to call the police on me (for what?!), and threatened kicking me out for my dog, a shih-Tzu mix who sticks to me like a magnet not being on a leash in the corridor. Following this incident, I avoided interacting with the staff as little as possible allowing a frozen ac to melt still onto the floors and our belongings. Horrible experience. Childish, petulant manager better suited for a career without personal interaction perhaps. Avoid this one!!

The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. This is a great-looking hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. From check-in to check-out, the staff was always present and friendly. The sitting area next to the lobby is comfortable. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

The staff is amazing and down to earth. This location is great, the prices are great, and the rooms are clean. The front desk people are personable and alert 24/7. Everyone was polite, respectful, and super helpful.

Many vagrants outside, nothing to walk to, terrible part of Dallas but inexpensive and clean enough. They thought the guy I was traveling with on business was a vagrant and the front desk took his room key. I had to go vouch for him. My room smelled like horrific chemicals and strangely exotic spices.

At first a little apprehensive because of location however the hotel was very safe with a fence and well lit parking area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Stayed a couple nights and the staff was very accommodating and did a wonderful job keeping room clean and stocked with towels. A/C worked, a lot of dining options in area and all together the price for good quality was on point.

The front desk is behind glass and you have to talk through a speaker. That shouldve been the first red flag. We were assigned our room. And drove behind the hotel for parking and there were so many broken down cars parked there and a lot of people standing around smoking weed. We had to use elevator to go up a floor and it looked very run down, super dirty, and almost too scared to use it. While walking down the hall we noticed a lot of doors looked like they have been pryed open or kicked in before. That sent a red flag. The room had an odd smell to it. My family felt really unsafe. We were booked for 3 nights but instantly left. After talking to check in person a lot of people live in the hotel and the property had cameras everywhere. But it did not convince me to stay. Will never ever look for a hotel in that area again.

Not a great area; average.

The rooms were great, and the staff was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and rerouted and the staff at this hotel took care of us. We got a good room and good service. The hotel is nice, very clean, and conveniently close to the airport.

I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Room was spotless, lobby area and hallways were clean, and staff was friendly. My only issue was the area was a pretty sketchy. I counted at least three (3) hookers walking around in the immediate vicinity, and one went into the very hotel we stayed at with a man as we were checking in. Maybe I'm just a small town country bumpkin and this is common in big cities, but it was off-putting for my wife and I. For the record, we had absolutely no issues with the hotel. Just the area, so I guess the hotel owners can't help what goes on around them.

Discount hotel, can’t expect much. It appeared to be clean but the condition is very poor and the area is questionable.

The area just seemed sketchy, but that is Dallas. No problems just easily noticed many fences ect. Overall a good experience that I would do again.

Great location

It is a property being renovated. They started hammer at 9:45. The hostess was helpful when you could find her, but she did help work the t.v. in my room. Didn't seem very full, but I was placed next to the renovations room. My room was renovated very nicely.

Nice clean room , but the area is suspect. Ppl hanging out late and I just would never stay there again , no breakfast ..
