The staff was friendly and helpful. Very polite. Decor is old, but having a kitchen, bedroom and living area was nice for an in-between house and apartment.

This place was awful. The help was nice but the conditions were horrible. The room was not clean when we arrived. Was an empty toothpaste box on the couch and cap on the floor. Floors were stained and carpet was gross. The room smelled of something i cant explain. As an extended stay hotel,there were no dishes or pots and pans or utensils. One of the beds was broken and if you sat on the end it would fall. The sofa sleeper mattress looked as if it had pee stains all over it! Overall, worst extended stay hotel ive ever stayed at. There was remodeling going on on one side of the hotel, drywall pieces everywhere in the hall ways. Bad, bad, bad.

The location was good and the bathroom was updated and nice. However the mattress forbthe bed was extremely hard and the mattress for the pull-out bed was filthy. The phone in the room didnt work and the TV did work but the remote did not

Stayed here a few times when I come to town this was probably the worst service I’ve received. Usually they’re usually around eight or nine rating today was a 5 1/2. The building is under construction and some of the furniture in the rooms were already damaged. The place was just as quiet and peaceful though.

My hotel room kept flooding because of shower and toilet the whole apartment flooded

The kitchen sink leaked onto the floor, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain, the water in the shower only got to lukewarm, and the whole place smelled like cigarettes. The only thing that worked properly was the AC unit in the room. Everything was dirty and very worn. Never again, thanks.

The Microwave in my room was old and didn't work well. Saw a bug, Cockroach, bedbug?, running around in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and well maintained the shower/bathtub, was nice and slip resistant, one piece epoxy I think

Room wasn’t ready at 3:00 but that was okay we had a tournament to attend and would be back at 9:00. Hallway floor to room was dirty. Needed moppping. Room looked clean. Bed and linen clean but linen felt kind of scratchy. Chairs dirty. Fold out couch/bed linen did not looked like it was replaced in awhile. Feared bedbugs. Dusty, food crumbs, hair ties, hair brush, face mask and maybe a doll’s dress. The front desk gave me some clean linen to replace.

Worst stay ever. Unless you like to get high. The freaking smell of marijuana sucked. The lady at the front s very nice. Mold on ceiling, TV did not work. Crackhead city. Never ever will I stay here. If this is the best that Hotels.com can do. Them never again.

Big room, very clean, and service ok.

This property was so uncomfortable that I had to checkout after one night, I booked for six. I’ve yet to be refunded for the five nights I didn’t stay. The front desk operator was not helpful during check in and refused to print me a receipt upon checking out. I will NEVER stay in an Extended Stay America again.

It was a reasonable price to stay here. Cheyenne was very helpful to us.

They accommodate early check INS and the staff is friendly

Checking in the clerk didn\'t know what she was doing . I handed her my ID. she pulled up on the Electronic panel my info, l paid with my bank card , she watched me the whole. She asked me to sign ..l did then it happened, she asked me again for my ID and said she couldn\'t find my conformation number , i showed she then l asked her for a receipt and what room number " a male customer comes up to the window. ..then all of a sudden she claimed l didn\'t pay ..oh no l said l opened my bank app, she claimed nothing was showing on her end " then l said you saw me pay and sign ..then she said to me in front of my granddaughter and another customer F\'you then she said l had brain surgery \' l told her that not my issue and l dont know you ..She called a manager talking like i wasn\'t there luck there was glass between us. Due to getting curse out l calmed myself because they got my money and she was trying to charge me again she lied , just straight out tripping..l called Hotel.com put my call on speaker l explained to the representative what happened to me..the representative wanted to talk to Allison that was her name . She refused to speak then she said i will give you your room. So i told the rep that she was giving my door cards ..l cant believe that happened to me and my granddaughter having to witness her grandmother being talked to and treated like that l will never go back there again..bad enough the trip more then 3 hours add an extra hour due to traffic delays on I35 ..

Checking in I was overwhelmed from a terrible experience at a different hotel and Ruby & Matt checked me in with exceptional customer service with understanding and considerate of my frustration. I felt so at ease and supported with all the personal problems I was encountering i extended my stay for 3 extra days because of there great acts of kindness. I will be back again for another stay with this location. I think I found my escape resting place away from home! Thank you all for a wonderful experience it is greatly appreciated.

Arrived at hotel and although I had a confirmation no., they had no rooms available. Three people came in behind me that also had confirmed rooms but no rooms available.

The front desk staff who checked me in was top notch, being friendly, courteous, and informative. I would recommend the person who checked me in to host training for other hotel staff employees.

Made reservations almost 2 months in advance. Drove 280 miles 1way. Arrived and were told they could not provide our room. Manager claimed they had no way to contact us to let us know. BS!!! Room was booked through Expedia. Lied about a room at another motel. Called that motel and the room they had was not enough beds and $90 higher than told. Absolutely the worst experience I e ever had with a motel. Threaten to have us escorted out when we wouldn’t leave right away after being told there was nothing they could or would do for us.

There was no room for me. I was told hotels. Com had overbooked. At that time we could not reach a real person at hotels.com. So with just two hours before graduation, scrambling to find a room. I did manage to find one. For this reason, I cannot recommend Hotels.com to anyone.

Terrible place to stay!! It’s a homeless galore and full of drug usage/selling/buying! Do not stay here if you have kids or pets! Lots of safety hazard and not enough security or cleanliness around the property. Stay away from this if you care about your safety!
