Spectacular 2bd 2bth in Heart of Seattle!

Had to arrange a time to meet with someone to get key fobs and parking pass. Seattle having terrible traffic always really made it hard to arrange a solid time. Upon arrival we found plastic on several windows. Made noice all night. The A/C units sucked in air that always smelled like weed 24/7. The unit it self was clean except the balcony area. There was also no plug for the bathtub. I always look for a place with a tub so I was extremely disappointed! Since I couldn’t soak in the tub i decided to go to the hot tub. When I arrived there was caution tape and cones around a bone dry hole with a note that said closed due to human waste. This looked like it had been that way for a very long time. This should have been told during the process since it is also a booking feature. Upon check out you have to take the fob down to the garage, make sure you have the right one because only one of them opens the garage! Then you have to go back up to the unit and leave the parking pass and keys. Finding a parking spot to do that wasn’t easy! You then must also send a picture of the key fobs and parking pass when you leave. None of the check in or out process was discussed when we booked. The owners did make me send them a picture with a bio of who I was, who would all be staying and why we were in Seattle before they would approve my booking. If I would have known this process I would have booked elsewhere. Also if you have a full size vehicle it’s a tight fit in the garage.

Nice location and, clean and secure building.

We only stayed 2 days, short stop in Seattle. The condo is just as described. It was very clean with responsive communication. We parked our rental in the safe garage and walked all over the city. We will stay here again if we return to Seattle. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo and location… Only 10 min walk to Space Needle & 12 min walk to Pikes Market and 5 min walk to Pier 66. Pictures match the Condo… Nice to also have a parking spot in a protected garage. Easy communication with Owners and building is very secure. Like any downtown city there are “areas” that you have to watch… but just using common sense. Would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Seattle.

Location was perfect. Felt safe

We stayed here with our 3 kids. Located within walking distance to the space needle, Pikes market and Frontier Square. Check in and house rules seemed complicated at first, but ended up being super easy. If you are a light sleeper, /street noise may make it tough even mid week. Also you have to go outside to get to the indoor pool on the other side of the complex. The unit itself could use some updating ( paint chipping, stains), but overall nice.

Great location - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. (Chihuly Garden and Glass is amazing if you like glass art!) It is noisy but I believe anyplace you would stay in this area would be - lots of outdoor noise like sirens, traffic, loud people and such. The owners are kind to include some foam ear plugs if you need them. Building is secure and nicely maintained. Condo is nicely appointed. Owner easy to communicate with. A very nice stay for the four of us. Thanks Ashley!

Perfectly located near the freeway and all the attractions Seattle has to offer. The only issue was the apartment did get stuffy. During the day you could leave the window open but needed to be shut at night due to normal city noise. The unit provided fans which helped, but took up space in an already tight area. My recommendation would be to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the great room. This would alleviate the issue in a big way and provide guests with a much more comfortable experience. Other than that, the unit satisfied all of our needs and we really enjoyed our time in Seattle.

This property will not disappoint. The cleanliness and amenities were definitely 5 Star!! Other than needing a few groceries, the apartment was well stocked. Highly recommend!!

The condo made our stay in Seattle an absolute pleasure. It met every expectation from check in to check out. It was extremely clean and hosts were very accommodating. They replied almost immediately to any question we had. The condo is in a great location. It was an easy walk to Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle or just about anything we wanted to see. We highly recommend staying here if you are in Seattle. The condo exceeded our expectations.

We rented four properties from Ashley and Mike in this Belltown tower and they were amazing hosts. All of their units were updated, clean stocked with anything you could think of that you may need during your time in Seattle. Location was amazing easy walk to so many amenities.. We were in town for a family wedding and we will stay again on our next visit.

super convenient location and comfortable space.

Overall this property was excellent...most everything was walkable. Local restaurants were excellent, easy access to Uber when needed, washer/dryer were a nice amenity. It was clean and comfortable. The location was a plus except for the early morning and late night traffic noise.

What a great home in an amazing location. Unit was super clean and well organized, everything was clearly explained and was so spacious for five of us. The beds were so comfortable (even the pull-out!). Close to everywhere you could want to go in Seattle, I highly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us!

Great location! We had a blast and could walk to many attractions or grab a bike/scooter. The accommodations were clean and spacious. It was a bit warm in Seattle and one of the bedrooms didn’t have the mini air conditioners but we survived.

Great 4th of July trip with the family. Unit was great for 2 couples. Location perfect, size of unit great. One downside not unit but Seattle is the massa amount of homeless in the area, We will definitely stay again if in the Seattle area again. Hosts were prompt with any questions regarding stay.

The location alone was worth every penny, but the condo and owners are above and beyond. Ashley was able to tack on an extra night for me when I realized I booked our trip too short. She was very quick to respond to messages. The check-in process was great (they had a friend meet us and walk through everything). We were a 10 minute walk to Pike's Place and the Space Needle (with a view of the Needle from our balcony). The cleanliness of the condo was exceptional too. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The location is great. Just minutes walk to MoPO, Jazz Alley, Pike St. etc… nicely appointed and hosts are very responsive to any issues.

We are 2 couples visiting Seattle before a cruise. The location of the condo allowed us to see the piers, Space needle and Pikes Market without a vehicle. Awesome Italian restaurant next door. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

This was a fantastic place for my daughter and my husband & I for our first trip to Seattle. Everything was within walking distance or it was a few blocks to take public transportation. For example, by walking a few blocks we were able to catch the Monorail to the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum. We walked a few blocks to the dock to catch the ferry to West Seattle. If you want a beautiful place to stay that’s close to all of Seattle, this is your place!

We loved the location and the property! So clean and in a secure building! We felt very safe and close to all the Seattle sights which are within walking distance! Amazing Italian restaurant just steps from the front door too! Owners were wonderful to work with and were very prompt with answers to questions and with all communication! 10 out of 10!!! We will definitely plan to stay here again when we plan our next trip to Seattle!!!

My family of 4 stayed here for two nights. The apartment was as beautiful as the pictures. After we checked in, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We visited the aquarium, the space needle, pike place market, and the great Ferris wheel. We also loved the Italian restaurant next to the apartment on 2nd street. This is a great location that I would recommend.
