The hotel is very near a highway and you can hear the cars all evening. The tv buffered most of the time which made it difficult to watch a show. And immediately upon entering there was a very strong odor. Likely cleaning products. However, I am prone to migraines and it triggered one. The staff were only seen at check in and after that interaction I never once saw any staff. I stayed 2 nights.

A brand new experience for us with this chain. Beautiful, fresh, contemporary, new with modern ideas. i.e. Near ice machine, ice buckets & water filer dispenser. No microwaves but use the one downstairs. (let that area smell if the food you are heating & not the whole floor). A nightlight so you don’t have to leave the BR door open. No coffee setup in the rooms but a lovely set up downstairs & staff was very accommodating that beverages were hot. No drawers in furniture but cubbies or shelves to store your belongings. Dispensers replacing all the little bottles of products. Ample room, good bedding & towels & nice furniture arrangement that included a comfy chair & ottoman.

Only issue was they were having a problem with their TV cable service. Difficult to watch anything. Breakfast was a little light from what we get at other properties. Otherwise the hotel was fabulous from what was there before Hilton took over.

The elevator floor doesnt lught up. The elevator button is not secure to the wall. The bathroom door qould not stay shut or lock. The room shook when someone walked down the hall. The receptionist that checked us in seemed very irritated.

I have to say the hotel was very nice. It was simple no bells and whistles. It had a tru by Hilton feel to it. My one problem was that on the dates I stayed the elevator was out of service. That may be a Texas problem. Because the elevator repair my not work on the weekends.

Parking was easily accessible and seemed to be plenty. Staff were all helpful and polite. Room was clean, inckudes a refrigerator, but microwave is only in the common area. Breakfast was really the only let down. Seemed to be same thing daily, packaged muffins, 1 type of packaged oatmeal, bagels (at least offer bread for toast, not everyone likes or can eat bagels) and saw some bananas 1 day. Ive definitely had better continental breakfasts which included a few other hot items, even a waffle maker would be an improvement

Despite the rebranding, a few IKEA chairs in the lobby don't make up for the 1980s vibe of the hotel. Our ground floor room smelled like mildew and dogs. It was damp and the AC was filthy. Also for some reason the price quoted by hotels.com was not what we were charged. In the future I'll stick with Bonvoy properties.

Room was not clean. Toothbrush in the shower, feces in the toilet and urine on the seat. Ironing board left out and iron plugged in. Fire hazard. The bed was made and trash cans empty so it was looked at. I only want clean, safe, and some level of quiet. That’s what I pay for.

There were hairs and crumbs in the bed, which tells me the cleaner was either snacking while cleaning or they didn’t change the sheets. Room was dusty. There were crusty millipede worms on the floor, which means they didn’t run a vacuum recently. There was no hot water or hot coffee in the lobby when we arrived. We did arrive later in the evening; however, my experience with Hilton hotels is very consistent and having these amenities available 24/7 is very standard and expected. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, which is also pretty typical. Lastly, as a former BNB host for hundreds of clients and as a frequent Hilton customer, there were only 2 towels. It’s generally expected that there be 2 towels per guest. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. Clean sheets and vacuuming and dusting go a very long way!

The room was small and awkwardly laid out. The vanity is located immediately upon walking in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a very small selection for being a continental breakfast. Very few options for people with dietary restrictions. The front desk area had a very strong cologne scent that immediately gave me a headache at check out. I was very grateful that the scent didn't carry over to the rest of the hotel. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

I didn’t sleep at all. All I heard was traffic on the interstate all night long. I finally got up at 3:30 am and got dressed and went and asked for ear plugs. I went back and had earplugs, a fan I brought, and a pillow on my head and could still hear the traffic all night. Also, the room was just as bright with all the lights off as it would have been with them on. The curtains did nothing. Terrible sleeping experience.

Brand new hotel in Ft. Wayne. Small room, but the layout is very efficient with good storage. The sink is right there when you open the door, with a separate room for the toilet and shower stall. Great lighting in the room, a good work setup, and quiet rooms. The shampoo and soap smelled nice and the pillows and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was more continental than at other similar moderately priced hotel chains, without hot foods or the waffle machine. However, they had breakfast breads, fruit, hardboiled eggs, cereals, and a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings.

I made my reservation for my son's college graduation weekend months ahead of time with Hotel.com . I reserved 1 room for myself& my husband and 1 room for my elderly parents. When I checked in, I was first told that I had cancelled one room. I assured them that I certainly had NOT cancelled any rooms. Then I was told that I only reserved 1 room. I showed the 2 front desk workers my reservation for 2 rooms. They showed me a screen stating I only reserved 1 room. I asked for another room & was told that they were full. They then called what I assume was a manager. I was then told that is was, "Not our fault" that I only had 1 room. Neither front desk worker offered to help me find another room other than telling me," every hotel will be full because it's a busy weekend." Neither one offered to help me call other hotels. I understand that mistakes can happen especially when using a 3rd party for reservations. I was most upset by the front desk workers lack of effort to help me find another hotel. It was 11:20PM and we were left to fend for ourselves.

The hotel itself is fine but the worst part is their breakfast. They options are not very good. The muffins were tasteless. They didn’t replenish the fruit once it was out. They have a yogurt machine. No way am I eating yogurt from a machine. Why can’t they just have individual yogurt cups. They do the bare minimum with breakfast. The front staff is never at the front. Every time I came around I’d have to wait for someone to come to the front.

You're only a few miles from the mall Target Meijer's or walmart. There are tons of restaurants anything from Culver's and Chick-fil, to more high-end dining. The hotel felt brand new. It's in a good section of town. Safety will not be a factor for you or your family. We will definitely utilize this hotel again!

As mentioned above this is apparently a new property. It was quiet and clean. The rooms were rather stark and uninviting. It had all the things you find in most mid priced hotels, yet it was just so sterile in the room. Then there was the so called breakfast. No hot food unless you toast your own bagel. And the hardboiled eggs came complete with shells on. I tried pealing one and ended up with more bits of shell In the imbedded in the egg than shells on the tray. And no place to rinse it off. Come on Hilton you’re better than this. At least serve a hot breakfast dish and peeled eggs are not going to hurt your profits that badly.
