Room was newly renovated and spotless. Vinyl floor which is fantastic. Comfortable beds

If i could give a rating of zero I would. Horrible hotel. The room door deadbolt would repeatedly get stuck so i couldn't leave the room until it would get unstuck..I wasn't even using the deadbolt! I asked the staff repeat to fix it during my 4 nights there. Toilet paper and tissue were almost gone bar check in..I ran out of toilet paper and tissue during the last night. The hotel is under complete renovation everywhere, was not notified at booking. Total inconvenience. Breakfast was laughable. Elevator call button barely worked. Walls were so thin and connecting door to another room (that had other people in it) let in every possible sounds of talking etc.. bathroom shower was dirty. Floors were dusty. The absolutely only redeeming thing was the bed. Never booking this absolute trash hotel chain again.

Room cleaning at your requests, always clean, pleasant staff, respond promptly to problems. Real breakfast-not Continental at all!! Laundry room available, printer available also. Sitting available in lobby along with a television to catch morning news, plenty of parking. Luggage carts always available.

Room was good, location was perfect, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Clean spacious rooms, staff supportive, reception 70s style. Breakfast American standard Only one lift serving the hotel, the other one was out of order for refurbishment. No in room safe box, yet available in the reception. Good value for money.
