This is a great place for the price, Nice room, everything worked, quiet area, free onsite laundry.

I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. I like that they had hard wood floors instead of carpet. The only down part was that the WiFi was down and getting fixed

I was here for 3 weeks. I was safe, comfortable, and located in the middle of every store and services someone would need. Big parking lot for big trucks or haulers. Mini fridge, microwave, ice, and washer/ dryers. I totally recommend this spot in Dickinson. No frills, but all the basics you need.

Check in was simple, room had ice cold AC and a fridge and microwave with cable TV. Wifi was great. It's a budget hotel so don't expect a 3 star facility. For the price you pay this is an excellent stay. They also offer monthly and weekly rates so you can take advantage of those if you're staying longer. It's super easy to access off the I-94 and has a great Mexican restaurant nextdoor.

No frills hotel with easy access to interstate. There is a Mexican restaurant, Country Kitchen, and sports bar within walking distance, and that’s about it. Fast, friendly check-in. Was asked if we needed a TV. The room itself was fresh smelling, the mattress was newer, and the shower had good pressure. The hotel itself is dated and there are no pictures in the rooms, but for the price that is to be expected. We had one soap, shampoo, and conditioner in our room, and two washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. No bath mat, Kleenex, or cups, but we didn’t ask if they had these either. They did have a microwave and small fridge. Our room was mostly clean, but could have used better sweeping. Worked okay for us for a quick night’s stay.

It has decent rooms it close to Gas fast food and Walmart; Staff not at desk you have to call them on phone in a good area bar across the street Not bad but not the greatest either

Motel is in need of some work but my bed was comfortable, room had a fridge, and air conditioning worked. A few dining options nearby for convenience. Coffee in room or lobby was not available, which was disappointing.

Older property, clean good value

Had to stay over in Dickinson and had another friendly clean affordable experience at the Dickinson Inn. Fridge and microwave in the room. It’s no frills and a little older but a solid choice for the money

I was happy to find an affordable hotel for an unexpected last minute stay. However the price should not reflect how clean your room is. Upon arrival I was highly disappointed. I had to request clean sheets in the lobby ,phone didn’t work . The response from the front desk was “yah yah I hear you”! I was given two flat sheets in silence, sheets were stained, the other bed also stained, Bathroom floor /wall dirty, microwave had mold, fridge was unplugged so smelly, bolts hanging out of wall from a tv. No light bulb in lamp, no hangers, cups, or even a bag for the ice bucket. The worst was I had a non refundable two night stay. I regret not asking for another room. The parking lot was great however. Ample parking every time. Dickinson has lots of hotels, stay anywhere else.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Tried to reach someone and no one answered the phone. Person showed up about 15 minutes later. The first room I went into was dirty. Pillowcase on the floor the bed had been made, but was very wrinkly. The microwave was dirty and the mirror was dirty in both the sleeping area and the bathroom. Some garbage still in the garbage cans. They put me in a second room, which was cleaner, but falling apart. The shower curtain was almost falling off, paint chips were in the tub, and there was a soap ring where soap had been sitting on the edge. I ended up checking out early and once again, there was no one at the front desk to talk to. I had to call on a phone in the lobby just to reach someone.

The King room we paid for didn't have lights working except by the door, so we looked at two others before we found working lamps and an outlet for my CPAP Machine. The room we got was double full beds and the Man suggested we sleep separately.....Nope. We accepted it and being tourist, we weren't in the room much. We were using the TV, had a bedside light on, and started the microwave, but everything including the frig went out. we called and after awhile the man came and criticized me for overloading the circuit with the laptop charger. I can't believe all of that was on one circuit, which can't be up to code. We were glad we didn't plug in a phone charger, as it may have started a fire...... Now, cleanliness...we found our feet picking up dirt as we walked barefoot in the room and my wife's feet were blackened went she stepped out of the tub, so she used a washcloth to wipe the floor, which turned black with dirt. The beds were well made, but mu]y wife found looked like a blood stain on the edge of the sheets. The lady, assuming she was the man's wife, wished us a good day, which was the only friendly words we heard in the entire stay for two nights. I'm sorry, but the experience will not allow us to try them again and don't recommend anyone else take that chance either. I can't believe expedia lists them.

Our stay at the Dickinson Inn ended after about 45 minutes. When first arriving, we were greeted by presumably the owner, and were given our key no problem. When we got into our room, we realized that there was a sock from a previous guest poking out from under the bed- a little gross, but innocuous enough. Then things took a turn for the worse as we realized that the sheets on both beds had not been cleaned, and the sheets and pillowcases on one of the beds was covered in what appeared to be dog hair. The shower and toilet were also clearly not cleaned recently. We requested another room, which we were given with the information that "after this, no more rooms, we're all full". So we entered the second room and to our disappointment found that the sheets in this room had also not been cleaned, and that the bathroom was in even worse condition with a disposable razor cover sitting in the corner of the shower, also filled with little hairs. We went to the front desk and requested a refund, and were told to contact Expedia, who then told us that the property needed to process the refund and would be expected to within 7-10 business days. So needless to say, we were not staying at the Dickinson Inn for any longer and are awaiting a refund, fingers crossed we get it! Cannot reccomend the Dickinson Inn in any way- we have learned a very important lesson about not cheaping out when it comes to hotels.

When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night stop but definitely felt a little gross and uncared for inside sheets were clean towels were clean.

Hair everywhere. Dirty towel left on back of bathroom door from previous guest. Overall in a state of disrepair.

Spend another $25.00 and get a room that is clean. The shower/ tub was so disgusting even my husband wouldn't shower

The property including the room was dirty, the towels and linens were stained and threadbare. The whole building smells dusty. The AC didn’t work. The water was turned off unexpectedly twice during my stay without any notification from the staff, just went to take a shower, and no water. Horrible experience.

This place appeared like a nice place to stay…upon entering the lobby, only a phone to call. The hallway to our room smelled like a skunk had just walked thru and sprayed. I think we got a contact high…just getting to the room! No toilet paper or towels in the room. The mini fridge was plugged in but did not work. I guess if your looking for a hard bed this would be a great place to stay, haha!

sheets not clean

The cold water in our room never got cold, just warm. Floor was a little dirty, tub and shower curtains needed cleaning. Had a desk, but no chair. Bed was clean and comfy. TV was good. Great price!

Ok but needs a few updates.

The restaurant is only steps away from the hotel. The hotel was quiet. Some of the carpet in the hall looks to be old, but the room had no carpet. My room had a nice big TV and a king size bed. I would have liked to cool the room more than it was, but it was alright.

THE FAN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS SO LOUD, UNABLE TO HEAR THE NEWS, WHEN IT KICKED OFF THE TV WAS BLAIRING LOUD. YOU COULD HEAR CLEARLY EVERYTHING IN THE HALL AS IF YOU WERE IN THE SAME ROOM. THANK GOODNESS EVERYONE WAS QUIET WHEN IT WAS TIME TO SLEEP. IT WAS CLEAN ENOUGH. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE AIR CONDITIONER KEPT THE ROOM COOL. THE SHOWER WORKED SO ALL AND ALL A GOOD ROOM FOR THE PRICE.

The front desk manager was super friendly. The building seemed a bit run down but the room we stayed in was updated and nice. The shower head was broken but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We were passing through on the way out west and it was a great place to stop on the way to rest and for a great price. I would for sure recommend and stay here again if I was passing through.

I have mobility issues, and I couldn’t get ONTO the bed (too high), nor take a shower with its high ledge. I recruited my husband to ‘push’ me back onto bed and then i had to keep maneuvering until I got to the pillow. It wasn’t the most pleasant stay. I liked the darkening shades and the charging outlets. The owners were very considerate, holding open the door to get our few things in. I didn’t catch their names though. Although asked if I wanted a receipt and saying yes, I didn’t receive one. What I was guaranteed to pay for the room better line up with my next VISA bill.

On the positive the bedding was clean and bed was firm.(with horrible lumpy thin pillows) The air conditioning worked great and the fan had a consistent quiet hum. Otherwise the hotel was very expensive for absolutely no amenities — not even a cup of coffee or an alarm clock. The front desk area and hallways smelled strongly of smoke... a little better in the room. The window did not close completely on our ground level room and looked like there hadn’t been a deep clean in years. Honestly, it was a highly disappointing and disgusting experience.

The pillows were lumpy and horrible--worst pillows I have ever used at a hotel. I found a bunch of hairs in my sheets. If you need cheap, this is the place.

Managers did not stay on site, they came after dialing 0 on the phone. They had my room on the 3rd floor, I asked where the elevator was and was told there isn’t one. I said I had a large heavy suitcase so she put me on the first floor, which was actually a basement, so steps down. The room was very damp and dark as most hotels are, but a bulb in the bathroom was burnt out. I had to call for toilet paper as there were no rolls in the bathroom at all, nor Kleenex tissues. The tile was cracked and grout was filthy looking. The walls need paint or they need to be washed at the very least as they look dirty. The bed had a sheet and a bedspread that was as thin as a tablecloth. I felt like I had chills and froze when trying to sleep, even though I had the heater on. A lot of male workers stayed there, some leaving their doors open. I felt unsafe with no onsite management being there. Later someone told me that’s known as a druggie hotel and they had a shooting some time ago. Even without knowing that, regardless of the very cheap price, I will not stay there again.

They don't speak English very well. Rooms were not very clean. No one gave us a receipt. Not a good place.

Front desk made me wait 30 minutes to come to the desk and help me. The shower had a hose which did not have a holder, so it splashed everywhere. The bathroom sink had teal wax or staining in it.
