3 of 6 elevators to guest rooms were broken…. Machine the wait to get downstairs at checkout. 30+ minutes. 2 of the elevators in parking garage would not go to our level. Embarrassing for a casino of this name… Will not stay again.

After riding in a car for 5 hours, wanted to relax in the hot tub. It was late afternoon and the water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. Other guests said the heat was just turned on after complaining. Maybe the heating unit should be turned on earlier.

The elevators were not working creating long wait time to come and go. Many people crowded into elevators having to ride up just to eventually get down. Once the elevator even was stuck for a short time and finally reset. Bad experience

Standard casino hotel, nice room, hotel a bit smoky as expected. We booked it solely for the beachfront pool/hot tub and unfortunately it is closed for refurbishment. I wish this had been clear at the time of booking so we could have stayed elsewhere.

The agent at check in was rude and unhelpful. Self parking is very inconvenient. You walk miles to get to the hotel lobby. No one is available to give you an overview of the hotel or casino. The buffet is absolutely awful, and the specialty restaurants are overpriced with mediocre food. In the casino, no one empties dirty ashtrays, picks up used glasses, etc. It is almost impossible to get a drink. The appear to be severely understaffed.

Amazing hotel/resort excellent rooms and staff are brilliant. Main negative is the smoking allowed in the casino floor(which includes some of the restaurants and bars) and as non smokers we found it choking and our clothes stank of smoke. Some areas are really cold as well due to the air con but overall a wonderful experience. The pool area is comfortable foods great we were compd tickets to the big memorial weekend concert that was a nice touch.

When we arrived the check in personal was not up to the friendly and courteous personal that I have encounter at other Marriott hotels. The room had a left over beer can in the shower, pretzels on floor by bed, and a peculiar odor on bedding. The cleaning ladies were excellent especially Christina who went out of her way to make our stay better in fact due to her professionalism I did not give our stay a poor rating

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean. Our ONLY complaint (and this is no reflection on the hotel itself) was our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We requested a nonsmoking room. The room had a nonsmoking sign. It’s a shame people can’t honor the request. The housekeeping staff came and sprayed the room, which helped very little. It’s a shame an otherwise wonderful stay was made less enjoyable by the actions of other people.

We had 2 rooms - we requested to be close to the elevators and near each other. We were told they would "note the reservations". Upon arrival we were told - suites are only (1) per floor and NOT close to elevators. My mom is unable to walk long distances. They didn't care. Our bathroom had ants - we requested they come clean/bleach the sinks, we were told they would send someone. They didn't. Then I was told no other suites were available & to call the next day. Next day - I was told they can't use chemicals in an occupied room - and that we could relocate to a different suite. We didn't want to relocate - just CLEAN our sinks! MY mom was in a suite on a different floor - THEY ALSO HAD ANTS!!!

Upon arrival I did not receive the room/view I booked and paid for. I called guest services from the room and was moved to another room and was told it was the only other available room other than the one I was first put in. The new room did have the view I paid for. However, there were a lot of cleanliness and sanity issues. Old food food from previous guest in the fridge, the fridge was dirty with greasy finger prints on the glass door and metal door trim. The shower had wet, used, wadded up wash cloths in it from the previous guest. The mirrors in the bathroom were streaked with fingerprints. There was long hair in the bathroom floor, behind the sink faucet, and around the toilet. Room furniture was disorderly and not straightened up. The pillows in the chairs were pushed down into the corners where someone had been sitting against them and not staged back by housekeeping. I have always stayed at Beau Rivage on my trips to Biloxi and never been disappointed until now. It seems things have really went downhill since my last trip!

The room was clean and spacious, but the view was disappointing. I could not see the ground or the ocean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The water in the shower did not get hot enough and one of the faucets handles on the sink was defective. The concert at the hotel was outstanding.

The buffet was not open on some of the days we was there. The cost of the buffet was a litter high for the kids price. My room location was suppose to be location facing the ocean .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are trained to provide excellent service and they excel in their field. Very impressive. Ms. Denise at the front desk was delightful. The pool bartender on a Friday was very nice and experienced as well.

We stayed at Beau Rivage in Biloxi for a long birthday weekend. We both loved it and we’ll be back. Plenty of excellent dining options around the hotel and at the hotel. Parking is easy and onsite, the interstate literally delivers you to the parking garage. We had the Gulf View room that has a beautiful look at the water. Coffee maker, fridge, comfortable bed too. Great place, I will highly recommend to friends and customers.

The hotel and casino are awesome! Great pool area if you want to enjoy some sun.Our room was very clean and comfortable. Beauty view of the ocean. We ate at the Italian and asian restaurants, and food was good. Nice choice of restaurants also located across the street. This was our first time in Boluxi and we will definitely go back. Dont hesitant to book a room at the beau rivage!

Really great stay. My room view was decent.. Gulf view but some roof too in view as well. Really good resort/ casino. Definitely stay there if they are hosting a concert for an artist u want to see. Very popular place and if u visit, u will see why it's one of the best in the area.

Loved it! Will be back. The Buffet was probably the best buffet we have eaten in a Casino hotel. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious. Decorations were still up for the holidays and it was beautiful.

I was shocked at how hard it was to find food after 11:00 p.m. in a casino. The hours that dining establishments were actually open were not the same as the hours listed on the app. Very disappointing when you're starving!

Everything was amazing. Food at Jia's was great, and we enjoyed good music and vibes that night at Eight75. Also the Daquiri spot was great, and the casino did not disappoint. Our view of the ocean from the 16th floor created an amazing atmosphere for us to celebrate our anniversary. Will return.

The property is beautiful and the rooms look exactly like the photos. They were nice and spacious. There are multiple spots in the lobby that make a beautiful backdrop for photos. In my honest opinion, I would highly recommend seeking food options outside of the property. We tried the buffet, snack shop, and cafe. Neither one was worth the price. The casino was also a nice option for entertainment and they kept the drinks flowing. Just pay attention in the sports bar, the bartender accidentally charged me for another patron’s ticket, but we got it squared away before we left. Overall, I liked the property. My mom and I enjoyed our visit, however we definitely wouldn’t eat anything else here.

The bad part was the food buffet. Charged an additional 15$ because of holiday. Nothing on the buffet was worth $50 total. Will not eat buffet again
