Thw pool was perfectly temped and the hot tub and sauna were perfect for a relaxing night. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good too. The girl in charge of doing breakfast was super sweet and very attentive.

Seemed very clean, you could tell it had been updated. Our room smelled damp the minute we walked in and the carpet was damp! Immediately was less impressed! Should have laminate floors, cleaner environment.

We arrived late after a long day of travelling with a very tired 5 year old. When we went to the room it had not been made up. Bed lining was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there were dishes and other garbage on top of the tv stand/dresser. The front counter/night staff was great about it, and quickly got us another room and a cot, as there was only one bed in the only other available room, and there were 4 of us. He did get us an extra comforter, but did not bring sheets or pillows for the cot and sofa. We were too tired to call again, so just made do. It was not his fault that housekeeping missed the first room, but it was just a bad end to a very long day.

I woke up at 2AM to a suspicious looking bug next to me on my pillow. Ended up seeing a second one in the middle of the bed. I packed up my things and asked to be moved to a new room at 3AM. It was accommodated but I also ended up having to quarantine my stuff for days and wash everything. Always check for bed bugs.

I asked the desk for a room change but they could not accommodate which is fine since I received the room type I booked. The desk agent suggested I wait in the lobby in case someone cancelled or checked in and wanted a different room type? That was pretty insane for him to suggest I wait in the lobby for hours to see if someone wanted to trade rooms. Poor employee service all the way around! There were other incidents but I won't list them all out!

This hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here a few years ago. It is run down and not as clean as it was. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is way too short. There were no fresh toiletries in the room. The front desk staff was rude. No business center or elevator so if you need those, stay elsewhere. I guess the irony of a hotel named Quality Inn, whose sign behind the front desk is crooked, should tell you something.

We had an absolute blast on our vacation it was wonderful we stayed Mon-Thurs the room was clean, the hotel staff was always very nice, the breakfast lady was super sweet talked with us and the kids everyday. Only a couple things that kept me from giving it five stars it was the same breakfast everyday scrambled eggs with sausage links and the chlorine in the hot tub was extremely high! It was also really sandy in the bottom of the hot tub however the pool was great not too cold loved the shallow 2-3ft area for my toddler.

The bed was very, very good--supportive and comfortable. The breakfast options were numerous and kept well supplied. As a tea drinker I was gratified that the hot water dispenser was not one that had previously been used to brew coffee! Cleanliness in the breakfast are was a huge priority for the staff.
