Fine enough if you’re staying short term, just a few things that were inconvenient. For example, pool was under maintenance and that was never communicated to us, many tv channels were not working and then breakfast was NOT included (which is on me for not paying attention at booking. I assumed since it was a Holiday Inn that it would be included like all the other Holidays are but it’s not).

The hotel was clean. The parking lot looked full, but there was plenty of parking closer to our room. The check in line was longer than expected, but it went fast. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The only issue was the pool. It was cold. I asked and was told it was set at 80', however the air in the room was not very warm, so it felt pretty cold. We wanted to swim a bit more and relax, but we felt it was too cold. There wasn't a hot tub to warm us up.

We only booked this property as we were assured by 2 different staff that the shuttle ran 24/7. That was a lie that left us stranded at the airport at 1 am, resulting in multiple cancellation fees with uber and lyft (as no one would pick up the ride) and then a $22 fee with a taxi driver to get back. Not impressed by that at all. Beds were very comfy. Amber was very understanding as we vented our frustration.

We really liked this hotel. It was convenient and comfortable. The chair in our room was really stained and looked dirty but everything else was clean. The area is great. It was quiet and family friendly. The price is great but be aware there is a $100 deposit. We will definitely be back.

The hotel staff was lovely to interact with. That said, the room wasn’t very clean, had a definite musty sweaty odor, stains on the walls, and the carpet was quite dirty. There were people running around yelling all night, and the area outside the pool and fitness centers up to the elevators was super wet and a definite tripping hazard.

Had to switch rooms 272 the floor was soaking wet throughout. I was switched to 324 which was not clean the bathroom shower was dirty mini fridge had food spilled in it overall the stay was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Overall, nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Pros: Low cost, friendly and responsive staff, free airport shuttle/easy to schedule, comfy bed, clean. Cons: Room felt quite outdated, could hear through the wall easily particularly while in the bathroom, my room was right next to ice machine which didn’t work and was loud during the night.

Nice hotel, something’s needed updating . Carpet in hallway had a huge ripple in it from getting stretched out and I tripped on it. Bathtub was pretty banged up, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable.. Bartender super friendly! The noise while sleeping was bothersome, I’m not sure if it was the lack of soundproofing between floors but the people above us sounded like elephants. Even with white noise playing I could still hear them. You could hear a kid running the halls above us as well. The other negative was breakfast didn’t start until7:30, so if you have a tournament that requires leaving by 7 you are out of luck and we paid for breakfast, so that was a bummer. Overall good, but getting a few dings in my opinion.

No Wifi….we could not connect to wifi we called number provided and they didn’t answer. Husband went to front desk and guy said he would contact someone, after hour of not hearing anything he went back down and he said he hadn’t heard anything. Note was placed at front desk that wifi down. We live out of country and couldn’t use iPad or phone.

This hotel was decent with just a few things I wish were different. The rooms to not have charge ports for your phone or devices, so you need to make sure you bring your full charger. Also, parking was pretty tight and crowded and I think that could be improved. Overall, the staff was friendly and room was clean.

Loved the property, except for two things. 1. No USB charging outlets in the lamps. 2. $5.00 for a soda! Having an inconsequential item priced so far out of line makes me question if I was paying a fair amount for the room. 3. Loved the shower. Being 72, I appreciate an easy access shower area. (Not needed, but appreciated)

I stayed here 3 times in last 4 weeks.1st trip i was woken up not once but twice before 10am by housekeeping. And this last trip the entire 2nd floor smelled like weed as soon as you stepped off the elevator. When i went down to complain to the front desk i was told "sorry sir but i'm not the one that did it." I will never stay at this location again and would never recommend it to anyone i know.

Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping replaced towels and coffee service each day. Thought breakfast was included, not an additional charge. Breakfast buffet included lots of choices.

We had a wonderful stay for the night! the room was clean and the front desk staff were nice. Erica at the front desk was absolutely amazing and made sure to answer all of our questions. She was very out going and always greeted us with a smile and cheerful attitude. On the other hand I would recommend going out for food. The service was nice but did find problems with our food in the restaurant inside the hotel. Other then that wanted to say Thank you Erica!
