So we get to the hotel & the gentlemen was friendly. So then we get to the room they have no ice machines on the property. They have ice trays in the freezer. Horrible Then i was looking for a coffee pot & they have none in the rooms. The only time for coffee is in the morning. So then we went to use the microwave to make popcorn & it was filthy. So i finally seen someone at the front desk told them about it. They went & cleaned it & i noticed the floor had crumbs on it. That happened after they cleaned the microwave. The bed (mattress) needs changing out. They didn't even have a blow dryer in the bathroom. The hallways needed vacuuming really bad. The bathtub had an acorn on the drain. Was not satisfied at all. Its a shame the money they charge you & things like this happen. I have a service dog & they charge me a fee & you get it back after you leave.

It was not exactly as advertised. There really was not a breakfast included. No good, only beverages…coffee and hot chocolate. When we asked about a grab and go bag, we were given a small wrapped chocolate muffin. There was not an ice machine and the ice trays in the refrigerator-freezer leaked. The bathroom looked like it was not clean and the toilet did not flush well.

I am a DJ, the elevators were broke, I was staying on the 4th floor. Each Night I had to haul equipment up and down 4 flights of stairs. I do this at least 4 times a year and have always stayed with this hotel but this experience was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I feel a total reimbursement is in order. I wasn't allowed to check-in early without paying an extra fee. I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom 30 minutes before check-in. One night there was a roach crawling on the wall. Not having automatic doors in the front is dumb when people are carrying luggage. The heavey sping doors beat me up all week and bruised me twice.The breakfast wasn't much more than coffee and a muffin. There was no maid service for 4 days. The TV remote didn't work very well. The parking lot was trashy when I arrived and there was a grocery buggy in the parking lot all week.

Soooo Dirty! Felt unsafe. Grass sooo high, trouble walking my dog. Key constantly had to be replaced...would not open the room. Definitely, wouldn't stay there again. Don't recommend it to anyone.

The first room we were assigned had a toilet that did not work. The second room had red stains in the walls that looked unsanitary. When we arrived that night after a day out, there were no parking spots and the person at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do about

The location was very close to food, dining, and entertainment. Located in a quiet area. The hotel was dirty. The lobby area, elevator, hallway to the room and the room was dirty. The floors don’t get mopped and rooms don’t get cleaned. I went to the nearest dollar tree and purchased bleach and fabuloso, and then clean the kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity, toilet, tub (dirt ring) and the leather chair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner because the floor was dirty and had long stringy black hair on the bathroom floor and carpeted area. If the hotel and the room was clean I would have given this location five stars.

The floors were filthy, the bathroom floor was full of hair. You could not get the towels you needed, entry way was filthy, leaves bluing and not cleaned. Night staff was rude, carpet in hallways needed vacuuming very badly. We didn’t finish our stay there, it was to nasty and fit.

The staff was very friendly and luckily the other hotel guests were not noisy, but it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair in the tub and on the counter when I arrived. No drain cover on the bathroom drain so you could see all the hair caught in the drain. Stains and damaged areas all over the carpet and bathroom counter. Lots of the furniture in the room was severely damaged. There was lots of mold growing around the vent at the elevator lobby that had been painted over. It's clear the entire place has not been kept up for years. I wasn't expecting much for what I paid, but I was definitely not expecting it to be that dirty. Lack of coffee creamer. They had flavored...yuck! Dirty rooms. I dropped water when I first walked in, when I dried it up, the towel was grey! Dead roaches in the room. Front desk staff except the Hispanic girl in the morning we're all extremely rude. It rained one right and water poured into our room from the air unit. (We were on a higher floor) Buyer beware. It's cheap for a reason.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime. The noise level was unbearable — loud guests, slamming doors, and hallway noise kept me up most of the day becauseI work over nights. The pnly staff person the was pleasant and welcoming was Rena. The other two people were rude and very unwelcoming. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and cleanliness, but this stay failed in every way. I honestly only stayed due to the fact that we were wait for our apartment to be ready so we were short on cash. And i know it would take forever to get a refund to go somewhere else. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly recommend choosing another property if you want a clean, safe, and restful stay.

We checked in and went to room. The door was already open. We were told that repair workers must have left it opened. We go to unloading and found a couple of the lamps not working. The following day we go back up to the room and our key don’t work. Asked worker to try his key and it still won’t open. Went back down and had two more keys made and both keys won’t open the door. We ask the cleaning lady to try her master key and it still won’t open. We go back down and the desk clerk says she will try her key and still won’t open. At this time it has been almost an hour trying to get into our room. They finally get us a new room but all our belongings are still in the original room. About thirty minutes later they finally get the door opened. We get our belongings moved to the new room. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We were given a room that was occupied. We opened the door to find a naked man in it. The front desk gave us a new room. That room had a package in it to replace the sink. I had to kill a roach on the table. The floor felt dirty. It was a really gross experience.

There was dog hair on the hallway floor when we arrived and it was still there on Monday when we checked out. I mentioned it to the desk attendant and she asked me if I was aware that they allowed pets. I replied yes but that is no reason for nasty hallway. Not to mention the musty smell of the room

My first night was not quite what I expected. The pots and pans and dishes were not available in the room. The room I had smelled like smoke. I didn't get enough towels in my room. The next night, Brandon offered me another room which did not smell like smoke and he offered to pay for my laundry which was a nice gesture . He was a awesome front desk attendant.

Our room had no hot water. When we went down to try and get our room changed the guy working the desk had to call his manager who then told us that they had no other rooms available. Eventually found out there were other rooms available but they had two beds instead of one and they wanted to upcharge us $40 a night to move to one of those rooms! We didn’t have hot water and they wanted to upcharge us to get hot water! We left and went to a different hotel. Hopefully they refund us. The entire interaction with the staff was not helpful and completely non-sympathetic. Stay somewhere else.

Very nice Hotel, I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. Room was very spacious liked the fact it had a kitchenette, stove top, sink, microwave and Refrigerator. Room was clean, had a nice clean smell. Front Desk Staff very friendly very helpful. Brandi very knowledgeable of area Restaraunts.

Arrived at property, took 3 attempts to receive a clean room, desk clerk was rude. Got to room, toilet wouldn’t flush completely. Got up to take a shower the next morning to NO hot water! Worst motel experience EVER!

My first night was not quite what I expected. The pots and pans and dishes were not available in the room. The room I had smelled like smoke. I didn't get enough towels in my room. The next night, Brandon offered me another room which did not smell like smoke and he offered to pay for my laundry which was a nice gesture . He was a awesome front desk attendant.

Our room had no hot water. When we went down to try and get our room changed the guy working the desk had to call his manager who then told us that they had no other rooms available. Eventually found out there were other rooms available but they had two beds instead of one and they wanted to upcharge us $40 a night to move to one of those rooms! We didn’t have hot water and they wanted to upcharge us to get hot water! We left and went to a different hotel. Hopefully they refund us. The entire interaction with the staff was not helpful and completely non-sympathetic. Stay somewhere else.

Very nice Hotel, I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. Room was very spacious liked the fact it had a kitchenette, stove top, sink, microwave and Refrigerator. Room was clean, had a nice clean smell. Front Desk Staff very friendly very helpful. Brandi very knowledgeable of area Restaraunts.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy facility, worn out. Homeless people in the foyer at midnight. No breakfast (her truck still had not delivered by 8:45 a.m.) When we arrived to get the key (already checked in) they insisted upon a $100 deposit for one night's stay in a $80 room, not listed on the site. I gave it to them and the next morning, since the hotel was in such bad shape, I asked for her to check the room upon departure. She said she had already refunded the deposit. She did not.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime. The noise level was unbearable — loud guests, slamming doors, and hallway noise kept me up most of the day becauseI work over nights. The pnly staff person the was pleasant and welcoming was Rena. The other two people were rude and very unwelcoming. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive. I honestly only stayed due to the fact that we were wait for our apartment to be ready so we were short on cash. And i know it would take forever to get a refund to go somewhere else. Our flight was arriving before check-in so I called and asked about an early check in and was told that when we arrived, they would check and see if something was ready. When we arrived, the man at the counter would not check but simply said check in was at 3:00! We came back at 2:46 and he gave the same response!! 14 minutes before the time he could not have cared less.

There was no staff at the front desk to check me in nor out. I had to yell in the lobby for someone to come out to check me in after waiting at the front desk for over 10 mins because the courtesy phone was inoperable. Another guest told me that this was their norm. Other than that I had a good stay. I may stay there again but they need to hire better staffing that will not leave their posts unattended and better serve the guests. Very unprofessional.

The location was very close to food, dining, and entertainment. Located in a quiet area. The hotel was dirty. The lobby area, elevator, hallway to the room and the room was dirty. The floors don’t get mopped and rooms don’t get cleaned. I went to the nearest dollar tree and purchased bleach and fabuloso, and then clean the kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity, toilet, tub (dirt ring) and the leather chair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner because the floor was dirty and had long stringy black hair on the bathroom floor and carpeted area. If the hotel and the room was clean I would have given this location five stars.

It severs perfectly for what we were there for. I knew that I wouldn’t be in our room very much just needed a place to sleep and shower and was fairly decent, and so therefore it was perfect. I would stay again if used for this purpose again. Front desk was very helpful. And great location to plenty of things to do and food.

Soooo Dirty! Felt unsafe. Grass sooo high, trouble walking my dog. Key constantly had to be replaced...would not open the room. Definitely, wouldn't stay there again. Don't recommend it to anyone.

The property was clean for the most part but needs to be updated. The tub in our room looked like from the 60’s. It wasn’t even white. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable . Staff is limited. The staff was very friendly and luckily the other hotel guests were not noisy, but it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair in the tub and on the counter when I arrived. No drain cover on the bathroom drain so you could see all the hair caught in the drain. Stains and damaged areas all over the carpet and bathroom counter. Lots of the furniture in the room was severely damaged. There was lots of mold growing around the vent at the elevator lobby that had been painted over. When we asked about a grab and go bag, we were given a small wrapped chocolate muffin. There was not an ice machine and the ice trays in the refrigerator-freezer leaked. The bathroom looked like it was not clean and the toilet did not flush well.

I had to pay $100 deposit after I already paid the reservation before I arrived. I wasn’t expecting this. The breakfast is false advertising. It’s a rack in a very small lobby with 3 types of coffee, a few muffins & breakfast bars. Will not be staying here again.

My mom and I had to book a hotel last minute because our apt reeked of paint from the upstairs cleaning. When we arrived it was an easy check in, kind front desk, and when we arrived to the room, it was clean and well kept. The sink in the bathroom to a minute for the water to go down, and the tub, had normal wear and tear, but other than that, it was clean, beds were good( not to soft or not to firm) enough seating area. Plenty of light if needed. Plugging our electronics was enough for my mom and I however, for a family of 4 it would be a struggle to plug all electronics( very few plug ins) but for simple stuff to charge you have enough.

Well the property itself is old. Renovations definitely should take place but lots of hotels in the area are very old building. Staff was polite, it wasn’t too dirty, but just old. The lamps in my room still had knobs to turn the lamp on like in the past. It was okay for me to lay my head at one night.
