Comfort, friendly Enviroment. However the cleaning crew didn’t not come by after knocking on the door when the dont disturb sign was up. I had to walk down and get more fresh towels. Key to garage for parking was not working properly. The door slams shut very loud and noise.

I was there for a church trip we were told we have certain accommodations such as the conference room for extended hours however we were forced out of the room and given a small conference room with a non movable table for 200+ people buffet breakfast was not refreshed

This place was dirty. Under construction on the pool and gym level so we didnt get to use it. The A.C didnt work in both rooms. It was an absolute nightmare.

Second time I’ve stayed and the A/C doesn’t cool. For the price it’s worth the stay, great location and easy to come and go. Free parking and staff nice. The rooms could use a little update and a mini fridge.

Our room was clean but with stains on carpet. Room needs updating. The hotel is going through a remodeling at present. Our main problem was the key cards not working properly even after exchanging them. 2nd floor parking deck door scanner not working properly. Had to stand out in freezing cold repeatedly trying card to get it to work.

Came in for 1 night. Half the hotel was completely refurbished. Floor we were on was not, and everything was old and broken except bed. No working phone, no refrigerator (they were all piled up outside in parking garage and could not get one in room), no microwave. Could get a much nicer room for the price other places.

My family enjoyed the hotel stay. The Staff customer service was excellent. The hotels had areas inside and the parking lot that were undergoing remodel, when the remodeling is completing, it will have a higher impact score for excellent for hotel.

The room was dusty and not clean, Door sign fell off as I opened the door, Sockets INOP, No refrigerator, Musty smell. Food at the Hotel restaurant was horrible, only had pancakes and bacon. Food uncook. Would not recommend to anyone

Carpet in room was stained and disgusting, "leather" on headboard was in terrible condition, splashes of mystery white substance on the walls, rusted mirror on the bathroom wall. Will never stay again.

Rooms need updating, location was very convenient to the interstate. Also rooms could have been more clean, there were shoes left under the bed, tub was dirty, toilet paper had hardly any left on a used roll.

When we got to the room the beds were not made the room was a mess and it was dusty and dirty. We went to speak to a manager and the best they could do is give us free breakfast vouchers. I thought the place included breakfast. If this is such a high end hotel then it should have a hair dryer,shampoo and conditioner and women items in the store. They didn’t even sell feminine pads. This has been the worst experience ever and I cannot believe I paid lampar 300 dollars. Oh and the av is not working properly and the rr door doesn’t have a doorknob from the inside !

First room they gave us didn’t have a tv remote and the bedsheets had gnats in them. Second room the AC didn’t work properly. The room never cooler below 78 degrees even though we had it set on 72. Didn’t sleep well due to heat. The next morning we also found bugs in the bed. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love how there was access to rideshare all hours of the day and night and I like how they maids came every morning to clean. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable and relaxing. The only negative was there wasn't enough lightings in the room and bathroom. The lights are too dim.

The room keys wasn’t working. The property looks atrocious. I could not believe how the headboard in room 719 looked. It was peeling terribly. I’ve never stayed in a room like that before. I’m never ever going back to that hotel. It’s time to remodel it.

Only complaint was the AC wasnt really cooling. I had to lower it to 63 on a 2 night stay and the coolest it got was 73 degrees.

The staff was absolutely amazing. It wasn't a lot of them, but they made sure that my family and I had the best experience. The food and drinks were great. But I can't quit raving about that staff. From the time we walked in the door, they were on point. Now, the building definitely needs some upgrades, but I have been in newer hotels with horrible staff. I would choose this one with that team any day.

Bar and restaurant was filled with drunk people and we couldn’t not order food. They had us order food to go and then didn’t have to go containers ect. Our room was a good size room but the ac and phone didn’t work. The ac quit working at 1 and we had to move rooms. The next morning house keeping came in our room and didn’t knock. Horrible experience with this hotel
