The beds are comfortable but the hotel itself isn’t very clean and the rooms and bathroom are very small. One night we had nowhere to park and the man working the desk argued with us and other customers about the lack of parking outside. The lady that took care of us at breakfast in the morning was very sweet and helpful though.

Nice hotel in Metairie. Restaurant food was good and it was easy to park. It’s an older hotel but the room was really comfortable with refrigerator and microwave which are a must to me.

Chef Ron restaurant is right next door and one of our favorite places in "Narrrlynns". The carts they have are too big for the elevator and the one we used needed the tires pumped up.

Very clean and safe area the only thing I didn’t like was there is only one entrance so if you park in the back you have to walk all the way around the building to come inside.

I got that "uh-oh" feeling when a couple of crazies were outside the hotel shouting at each other, and when I stepped into the shabby elevator and walked along the worn-out carpets in the hallways. However, the room itself was great! Clean, nicely furnished, pretty quiet. Would get that 5th star if the carpets and elevators were updated.

Only there for a few hours sleep. All was fine. I look for hotels with EV chargers. This hotel advertised EV chargers onsite but they are “decommissioned because they were stolen”. That statement made me feel concerned about even having the vehicle parked there overnight. But it was fine.

I’ll start with the pros first. The manager checked us in and he was great, very personable , outgoing, knowledgeable, and made the check in process really smooth. The only other positive was that the room has a desk that can move for those working from the hotel. Cons- the hotel gives motel vibes. Smells like mildew, carpet looks dirty, it needs a major update. Also I’ve been traveling my whole life and I have NEVER had a huge roach in my hotel room. I’m terrified of bugs so this made my stay less enjoyable because I woke up all night to make sure no bug got in the bed. I have two starts because of the manager but that’s it, I wouldn’t stay again.

Absolutely awful! Sewage leaking from the ceiling in the room. They are renovating currenlty. Construction workers everywhere. Bare walls, Sheetrock, floors filthy with construction materials and dirt. Room smelled. Not worth >$200 I spent.

This is not what I expected. The first representative didn't give me my breakfast coupons upon check in. My key cards only worked for 2 days and I had a 4 day stay. The rep was nice just not efficient. The hotel floor 6 smelled. On day 1 it smelled like musk and then following 3 days smelled like pee. The carpet was crunchy and was badly in need of replacement. The room was passably clean, but you can tell that made service is lacking. The refrigerator worked really well and it was very close to the freeway and pretty much everything. The breakfast was okay. The service staff in the dining room was really nice. The hotel is right across the street from a convenient store which was really convenient. If they shampooed the carpet, I would recommend the hotel.

The rooms does not have AC working properly. We got one room first that was the worst room ever súper hot, and then we asked for another room, we got a new one but still room was hot we reported the AC was not working but they didn’t fixed, send someone to check and they did and said we will have to wait for a moment to get it cold but that never happened But we have a really good experience with the staff working on the front desk, they were nice.

Great hotel for our one night stay. Newly remodeled and everything was new and clean. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Room was on the small side but had everything you need.

I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was clean, tidy, and easy to access from I10. All of those things mean a lot but the staff was actually the most appreciated thing of the whole weekend. These ladies were the nicest, most caring front desk clerks I've dealt with at any property! They made me feel like they cared, and texted me often to touch base and see if we had any needs. They were truly the best!

The room that I stayed didn’t have a trashcan ,hair dryer or tissues. And also room phone didn’t work.So I had to go to front desk to tell them about them. I asked them to bring those items above to my room but they didn’t do it when I asked a woman at the front desk. I asked them again and then they finally brought them.

The staff was super helpful whenever anything cropped up. The hotel is perfectly situated for visits/vacation, about halfway between the airport and New Orleans. Not an exciting neighborhood to stay in, but you come to NOLA for other places to be. A great place to stay and use as your base for your next visit to the area.

Overall the stay was fair. What I will say is it’s misleading for Expedia to post complimentary breakfast only to find out there’s a fee. No issue with there being a fee. The wording needs to change. Also I was having breakfast one morning and two employees of the hotel got into a huge argument that almost resulted in a physical fight. The language used was totally disrespectful to hotel guest. I started to feel unsafe at that moment but I made it through. Other than that I would’ve rated the hotel higher.

Room was filthy, carpet was nasty damp feeling, room smelled like wet dog, breakfast was horrible., definitely not worth $5 much less the $12 pp they charge Only 2 restaurants' (mom and pop run) within walking distance. I also purchased the add on insurance for $9. I needed to have a medical procedure, so had to cancel, then when I canceled, I got no refund because it had a clause I had to "cancel within 48 hrs of booking"...What the bleep! $220 wasted. We have stayed there many times before, but now never again!
