Broken A/C unit, manager didn’t want to do anything to help us. 95 degrees outside on graduation weekend so no other hotel options or rooms available. Unethical.

All of their help smiled,& spoke as you met them in the halls. Very welcoming! The desk clerk as we checked in was very cordial,& helpful. Breakfast had a good variety,& was great. Restaurants in walking distance of hotel, which was nice.
