This hotel is good for the price. It's right off I-70. Rooms are clean. It's dog friendly and only charges $15 per dog. Good stopping point when traveling home from Colorado.

We paid nearly $100 because that was the price when we reserved. The quoted price for the night of our reservation was $35 less but the motel would not honor the lower price. The motel was not worth $100. The door went to the outside (never a safe feeling) and the electricity in bathroom did not work - hence no electric toothbrush or shaver or hair dryer or curling iron could be used.

Best Wyndom I’ve stayed at. Nice room, quiet and rooms are accessible from the outside of the building. Much more convenient for bringing your luggage to the room. Also hot breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any motel regardless of brand. I will always stay there when in Hays Ks.

For the price this was a great place! Pretty clean, Comfortable bed, Extensive breakfast (cereal, breads, waffles, eggs, etc), Pleasant desk clerk! Had to climb the outside steps to get to my room which had outside access. Nice roomy refrigerator with a small freezer.

This stay was not worth the price. From the moment we walked into the lobby that had a weird smell, to the time we left. The fire alarm beeped several times throughout our stay the bathroom walls were peeling. The hotel itself was extremely outdated. The fitness room had a rusted elliptical that didn’t work, a treadmill that got stuck, a small stationary bike and an in home fitness machine with 3 available exercises. Will not return or recommend.

Check in was good, nice people. Access with trailer was a little challenging with tight corners. Trailer parking was in a dirt lot adjacent, not inconvenient, but close. Floor inside was not carpet. Beds are in need of replacement, and the shower valve wouldn’t deliver anything above the temperature of cool. Brrrrrr we would have moved but were extremely tired and needed sleep desperately. We stay there a total of 7 hours. Not recommended!

We arrived at 9 P.M with 4 kids 5 adults afyer driving 9hrs. Just wanted to shower/bath and no hot water....the place was FILTHY I killed a roach the size of my thumb in the bathroom.....we did get hot water the next morning .Breakfast was good but good grief they really need to tear into that place amd clean it up overall. ..

Filthy. The room was in terrible condition. The carpeted floor was very dirty and sticky left our feet nasty if we walked on it. We wore our shoes the entire time. The shower had empty body wash and shampoo bottles. The room was just nasty. We stepped into shoes as we got out of the shower to avoid the nastiness.

So many hotels to choose from in this area. Don’t choose this one. Super run-down and quite dirty. Staff is great….this “motel” is not.

Just ok for a 1 night stay, clean enough and looked to have a decent breakfast we didn't try. However the beds/frames are soooo noisy. They sounded like someone pounding on a metal drum every time you turned over!

Shower was hard to turn on. Bathroom door stuck. Beds make a notice when you get in or out due to framing underneath the bed. Clock was set with the wrong time and couldn’t change it.

Good for a one night stay. In a double room with 2 double sized beds it was a little tight on floor space with 3 people with a lot of bags, with only one desk and one luggage stand to put things on. Place is slightly more outdated/lower quality and smaller space than it looks in the pictures. The pictures don’t show the outside but the rooms are outside access set up like a two story motel with just a staircase. The room had updated flooring, not the rug like pictured, and it looks like they were updating other rooms with it while we were there. Our shower stopper was broken, we thought the shower was so clogged it wouldn’t drain so a repairman came up within two minutes and showed us that the stopper needed to be pulled up but it still closed on its own which it shouldn’t have. The room door didn’t seal perfectly, it was like the bottom of the door was warped but it closed and locked fine. You could hear noise outside if there’s police sirens or people walking by your room but I think past 9:30pm it was pretty quiet.

It was ok for a quick stop. A few stray hairs here and there. Building is old and could use a facelift. I will say that it looks worse on the outside than the inside. They did have adjoining rooms for our large family, which was nice. The breakfast was good. We just needed a quick place to sleep on our road trip, and this fit the bill.

The room was clean. The beds was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The tv was so small you can’t see it on the other side of the room. Go in for a comfy night sleep come out stiff and in pain. Not worth it

Room was pleasant, location a little too close to Interstate for noise due to thin walls / inadequate sound insulation. Overall the facility is old but for the price you expect some wear and tear. One complaint of our room was it was an adjoining room - at 1am couple next door started fighting for 30 mins, then turned on TV leaving it on until the departed at 6am. Nothing hotel can do about that except space the rooms out better when checking in, maybe leave an empty room between adjoining ones.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the room was very clean, was well appointed and looked like it had maybe had a recent remodel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with warm and cold foods and a lot of options. I was impressed that the heater/air conditioner worked properly and was easy to use, unlike most hotels. It’s right off the highway which is convenient, but as a light sleeper the semis driving by made it difficult to fall asleep. My only recommendation to future travelers would be to request a room on the south side of the building for that reason.

We stayed at this property from Friday through Wednesday. No maid service the entire time, asked to at least have the trash emptied and linens replaced but didn't ever get completed. Will not be staying there again.

Booked the room last minute for a break on a long trip in the late evening hours. I booked by photos and name recognition. The fact it had a continental breakfast was a bonus. Came in about 2a and went straight for the room. Came inside and took our shoes off at the door and was greeted with damp/wet carpet. I’m not sure what happened. Could have been an issue with the ac. Too tired to care, went to bed and got up and went down for breakfast. We made it down about 7a, breakfast started at 6. It seemed a decent spread, nothing fancy. B&G, sausage patties, egg patties, bagels, some sort of pastry and cereals. I think there was a waffle maker as well. Sad to report, the hottest item on the menu was the coffee. Everything else was tepid or lukewarm.

Our room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was working fine when we arrived, so room was already comfortable. Shower worked great! Surrounding area offered great food availability! Continental breakfast was more than expected, nice variety of everything, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurts, juices, biscuits & gravy, apples, bananas and both coffees!

Last minute reservation on vacation and I was looking for a clean, quick place right off the interstate with free breakfast. This place was exactly what we needed. Best motel biscuits we’d had all trip. If you want the basics for a good price, this is your place!
