Easy check up. Hotels need to put it the hotels have a deposit and how much on the site. Beds are comfortable. Pool is outside with plenty of duck poop around and on the on outside furniture. Breakfast was decent

The staff is always kind here and very helpful. I find the hotel itself to be in need of updating. There were no soda machines on each floor any longer (2 dollars a can in the lobby), the ice machine in the hall was runnign water in the floor (desk clerk said they were aware). Room is always clean though and walking distance to restaurants.

The "bar" was a refrigerator cooler by the front door with alcohol. The room had humidity issues the carpet was so damp it seemed like it had been shampooed. Our room key cards had to be reset several times. The breakfast was pretty good, eggs bacon, sausage, make your own waffle kind of set up.

BEWARE!! Do not stay at this hotel!! They said the hotel was renovated but it was dark, dingy and dirty. Awful smell in the room. Bath tub had stains. Management demanded we pay in full before we even stepped foot in the room. We have stayed at dozens of U.S. hotels before and have never been asked to pay up front. Deposit? Yes, but never in full. Interestingly we saw people paying for their stay at checkout. We didn’t receive a receipt after check out. The hotel advertised an outdoor pool, it was closed the entire time and the water in the pool was disgusting, I probably wouldn’t swim in it anyway. No fitness room. Find another hotel for your stay.

I've stayed here before. I love the location. Close to 465 and nice restaurants. Very safe area. Love the outdoor pool. This time, my TV cable didn't work at night. The phone was not operational. And the hallways actually smelled like people had been smoking pot. It was affordable and friendly, but some standards had slipped.

*BEWARE* Upon arriving to our room, we always check the beds for bed bugs. And that is what we found!!! there were no bed bug covers on the bed. We even took a video for proof to take to the front desk. After this discovery we were not comfortable staying there. So, we asked the front desk for a refund and we would be going somewhere else. They refused to admit the video we showed them was real, or even from their hotel, and would not issue a refund. When we called the manager the next day, he would not issue the refund and even told us that he rented to the room to the next person! TERRIBLE!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the building. Also another smell that was not pleasant. (Mildew or rot smell.) Stains on carpeting in room and hallways. TV wouldn’t work. Even after asking for help, very limited channels and clearly poor satellite. Surfaces were sticky in room. Air conditioner worked sporadically. Won’t stay there or at another Comfort Inn again.

Although the front desk staff did their very best to try and remedy the situation, including moving us to another room that was cleaner, the overall lack of cleanliness and state of the property could not be resolved without a complete renovation and higher standards for cleanliness and health. We actually felt bad for the desk staff because there is no possible way that they can fix the issues themselves. The owners need to address the deplorable state of the building and rooms before the property becomes inhospitable. We travel often and this was the filthiest property that we have ever stayed at. Never again.

Surface clean room, bed sheets clean, towels clean, loose toilet seat, extremely see through tp, slippery shower floor. Need to be updated!! Corners of the bathroom floor and moldings have caked in dirt, where you can tell there's not a lot of attention to detail. Hallways look vacuumed, but smell like air freshner. The doors are in rough shape.

BED BUGS. And a staff that doesn’t care. My partner and I stayed here in July 2025 and found BED BUGS in our room. I woke up covered in bites, which we documented with photos. We immediately alerted the front desk, and instead of helping us, they denied the problem, claimed they “spray for bugs weekly,” and told us we shouldn't complain because they upgraded our room to a suite. I'm sorry, but a "suite" with blood-sucking insects is not an upgrade — it's a health hazard. After leaving, we discovered that multiple other guests have posted about bed bugs at this hotel going back years. Clearly this is a recurring, unresolved infestation, and the hotel is doing nothing about it. We had to bag all our clothes, leave them in a hot car, and sanitize everything at home just to make sure we didn’t bring the infestation with us. No apology. No refund. Just blame-shifting and deflection. Avoid this place like the plague. Bed bugs are no joke — and neither is this hotel’s complete lack of responsibility or customer care.

Checked in, unloaded the car and kids, when we got to the elevator we were hit with the awful smell of what seemed like they sprayed an entire can of air freshener in there.We got to our floor and the smell was even worse.When we got in to the room the smoke detector was hanging off the wall.Opened the fridge and it was barely cold and no way to adjust it (we had milk with us for our 1 year old) I went down to the reception desk to let them know of the issues and that we would like a refund and to not stay here.The man told me there is nothing he can do because we booked with Expedia.I reached out to Expedia and they informed me that the manager refused a refund.When I brought this up to the man at the front desk, who said he was the manager he told me that he can’t do it.Told me he reached out to the owners/higher manager and they said they were too busy and would discuss it later.We ended up leaving because of the horrible air freshener smell (he told me they spray morning, afternoon and evening) myself and my daughter have asthma so we couldn’t stay in that and the dirtiness of the room.We weren’t even there for 20 minutes.I got a call 10 minutes after leaving from a higher up manager who was very nice and offered a full refund.I did need to call again Monday to ask about the refund, he hadn’t issued it yet but did it then on the phone.Then needed to reach out to Expedia again to finalize refund.Awful experience and wouldn’t stay here!Lots of marijuana use going on there.

The staff are really nice but the hotel was ok. When i was in the hallway looking for my room I found random heels in the middle of the hallway, the door you barely can lock it from inside. You can hear through the walls everything, the first 1 hour or so it was really loud people arguing this was around 9 pm. The rooms are ok not as cleaned as I was expecting but at least the bed was really comfy.

It was decent enough to have somewhere to sleep overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The door almost hits the toilet when you open it and you stand at the sink with the back of your legs an inch from the toilet. Had to move the shower curtain so I wasn’t elbowing it while using the toilet. The pillows were also disappointing. They were smaller than my couch pillows at home. The walls are super thin too. I heard every single sound as if our neighbors were in the room with us. Woke me up a few times. This room was clean and did the job, but I did want better myself.

I booked this hotel for two nights but after the first night opted to book at the Home2 by Hilton down the street. The window in the room was off its brackets so couldn’t close. We got assigned a room that was occupied to start and walked into someone else’s space. The room had a smell that evoked mold and smoke. The walls were thin enough to hear two couples fighting in one of the adjacent rooms at 1:00 a.m. The bathroom was extremely sus and we only had a single bath towel each. This serves as a good lesson that you get what you pay for. Spend the few extra dollars for another spot if you can.

The hotel was old and rundown looking. The room was ok, the ac didn’t work and would run for about a minute before turning off no matter how low you turned it. There was duct tape holding it together and dangling down. The bathroom is so tiny 2 people can’t be in there at the same time. The shower had no water pressure because the spout was barely attached to the wall and kept spraying water even when the shower was on. There also wasn’t plugs that weren’t used by items in the room or in terrible locations. All in all the hotel did what we needed as a place to sleep, but next time I think I’ll find a nicer one.

Our check in was amazingly smooth. Our fights were delayed and we had a late check in. And the front desk person called me to verify that we are still coming and made sure to hold our room because the hotel was sold out for the Brick Yard 400 Race. My room had a jacuzzi and balcony. It was clean and inviting and the bed was comfortable.

wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. the room wasn’t as advertised, carpets and hallways smelled moldy and of marijuana. there was leftover hair on my bed sheets and the hotel constantly had groups of people loitering outside by entrances smoking/harassing people. overall the hotel looked dingy and run down. the final straw for me was a group of teenagers on my floor repeatedly running through the halls, banging on my door and screaming at 12am. i called the front office twice to have them address the issue and nothing was done. i decided to check out a day earlier then my original date bc i couldn’t take it anymore and was told by front desk that they would refund me for my unused night, and that they would leave a note about it on my booking. before i checked out the next day i stopped by front desk to make sure they knew i was leaving and the front desk staff looked confused like he had no idea what i was talking about. i then called the next morning to make sure they were going to refund me like they promised for the horrible experience, and i was told a manager would call me back shortly. i have yet to hear anything back. would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. i travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels i’ve been in.

I booked this hotel for two nights but after the first night opted to book at the Home2 by Hilton down the street. The window in the room was off its brackets so couldn’t close. We got assigned a room that was occupied to start and walked into someone else’s space. The room had a smell that evoked mold and smoke. The walls were thin enough to hear two couples fighting in one of the adjacent rooms at 1:00 a.m. The bathroom was extremely sus and we only had a single bath towel each. This serves as a good lesson that you get what you pay for. Spend the few extra dollars for another spot if you can.

Checked in, unloaded the car and kids, when we got to the elevator we were hit with the awful smell of what seemed like they sprayed an entire can of air freshener in there.We got to our floor and the smell was even worse.When we got in to the room the smoke detector was hanging off the wall.Opened the fridge and it was barely cold and no way to adjust it (we had milk with us for our 1 year old) I went down to the reception desk to let them know of the issues and that we would like a refund and to not stay here.The man told me there is nothing he can do because we booked with Expedia.I reached out to Expedia and they informed me that the manager refused a refund.When I brought this up to the man at the front desk, who said he was the manager he told me that he can’t do it.Told me he reached out to the owners/higher manager and they said they were too busy and would discuss it later.We ended up leaving because of the horrible air freshener smell (he told me they spray morning, afternoon and evening) myself and my daughter have asthma so we couldn’t stay in that and the dirtiness of the room.We weren’t even there for 20 minutes.I got a call 10 minutes after leaving from a higher up manager who was very nice and offered a full refund.I did need to call again Monday to ask about the refund, he hadn’t issued it yet but did it then on the phone.Then needed to reach out to Expedia again to finalize refund.Awful experience and wouldn’t stay here!Lots of marijuana use going on there.

I've stayed here before. I love the location. Close to 465 and nice restaurants. Very safe area. Love the outdoor pool. This time, my TV cable didn't work at night. The phone was not operational. And the hallways actually smelled like people had been smoking pot. It was affordable and friendly, but some standards had slipped.

Lobby was recently renovated. Looked nice. Everything was swept and clean looking. Carpet could be replaced in the room. Smelled like they had just painted. Room seemed like they had tried to update. Overall, decent for price. When we checked out, there was a group of 8 people smoking weed by our vehicles in the parking lot at 11am. Surrounding area seemed a little scetchy.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, was dirty and not well maintained at all. The elevator malfunctioned a few times during my stay and I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that the "button on the outside is broke and you have to hit it hard". TV in room did not work, bathtub/shower was not cleaned from previous guest there was obvious dirt on the floor, loose and long hairs from previous guest on pillow cases and sheets, A/C unit did work but had an obnoxious buzzing sound. Overall the photos and description of the hotel were NOT true to what it was like in person.

The rooms were clean bed was comfortable the bathroom needs some attention the toilet paper holder is loose in the wall and shower knob to turn on water is off u just have to hold it on to turn it but the guys at the front desk were so nice and gave me extra time to check out which was a bonus breakfast was great and laundry on site was a big help definitely recommended this hotel !!
