The entrance at the street needs repair. This is a DOT issue, not a hotel property issue per se. There is a broken storm grate in the middle of the entrance that needs to be fixed.

Place was a good stay, easy parking and nice facility. Their check out system is stupid though and made checking out hard. My bank was already charged for the full trip, but their system only registered that they were paid the pre amount they hold on during the stay. I had to charge an additional amount of money to my credit card to be able to check out and leave. I better get my money back thry took from my bank account already that should had covered the.charge I had to put on credit.

Awful smell in the elevators. Entrance and near the pool smelled like mildew. Breakfast was ok. Room full of ants and we were told it’s because they moved rocks around outside. They did move us to a different room but the HVAC didn’t work. One thing good was the staff were very professional and nice even considering our dissatisfaction in the hotel.

Our stay was great! Rooms where clean and beds very comfortable. For what we’re paid for room rate, which was reasonable, the hotel had great amenities as far as workout room and pool. Our kids had a ball and the Complementary breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel smelled really good and was kept clean. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing. Only issue was the key card not working to get into the entrance when the doors locked at a certain and we had to pick up the phone so it can ring someone to come to the door. But the sign said use key card for entry and it wasn’t faulty because it still let us in our hotel room.

Comfy and not pricey. Only issue I have is that the car entrance from the beltway is a bit difficult to find, have to go through a bad bump and forced to go around a whole area. Also, parking lot is not closed or fenced. Bathroom does not have proper ventilation.

Not the most welcoming person at the front desk. He seemed bothered that we were there. The lobby had a faint smell of vomit. The elevator and the hallways smelled even worse of vomit and feces. Thankfully our room was ok and beds were actually very comfy.

The breakfast was pretty good; they had real oatmeal so one was able to get a hot, healthy breakfast. There was no other whole-grain food available. White bread, sugary cereal, etc. Fresh fruit was available. Both of the 2 elevators smelled like very old restrooms that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was nauseating and creepy. A mop and large bucket (not the source of odor) remained in one of the elevators for about 4 hours one evening. The sickening fecal odor in both elevators remained the entire time I was there.

The hotel had a very rustic feel to it. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express properties and this one was on the bottom of my list. When it came to cleanliness, the elevators had a stink to it, the carpets were not the cleanliness and floors in the rooms and washroom felt sticky! Breakfast was alright but everyday they ran out of stuff an hour before they were suppose to close…

The staff was great, the breakfast was good (although the cook there deserves a break, he works hard and definitely deserves a raise). We have concerns however that the rooms have mold. The sheets were clean, and pillows were fresh, but everything reeked of mildew. Knowing we wouldn't find anything better due to Gen Con, we stayed. We probably wouldn't have otherwise. Room 101 has water damage in the upper right wall. This, coupled with the fact that this room with 1 window has no bathroom fan to dehumidify after a shower, makes this place a breeding ground for mold.

We checked into 1st room and between the mattresses and box springs someone had placed fruit cups. In one bed it was exploded and a moldy mess. I immediately asked for a new room. The only room was a king suite so we took it but they had to roll in a cot for my teenage son to sleep on. We will go to breakfast soon.

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

The staff was very nice. Woefully understaffed though. Friday night and the place is jumping with people checking in and kids running around and there was only 1 person On site. Poor girl was getting pulled in three different directions.

When we arrived, I stood at the front counter waiting for staff to check me in. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel, which brought two employees out from the back room. The walls and doors are not sound proof and there was a confrontation between guests in the hallway and the yelling was so loud. At checkout, there was again nobody at the front counter so I dropped my room keys and left.

The young man checking us in was great, very fun to tlk to. The breakfast was really not good, and food ran out fast. The gentleman putting out the food was geat, and was working hard to keep everything full, there were just a lot of people.

Staff friendly on check in, rooms clean and comfortable, eat early if you want bacon - they make a limited amount. Unfortuantely they are not very accomodating to groups. We had a room block, we were not all on the same floor, and they barely tolerate you sitting in the common areas to socialize - as soon as people get up / leave a seating area - they come behind you and put the chairs on top of the tables so you can't use them. They also as soon as they were done serving breakfast, did the same thing, so you could not sit in the common area. We also requested to use the conference rooms for the team and parents and they did the same, came thru as soon as you got up and turned the chairs upside down on the tables so you could not sit back down.

Checked in at 9pm on a Saturday, got room 100, near an exit door where people smoke and loiterers hang around (refuse this room if you get it). it was dated and dirty. At about 1:30am, an insanely loud noise woke us up from a deep sleep. Asked lady at front desk to come validate the unbearable sound, she did confirm and apologize. Offered to put us in a different room or compensate us and I opted to be compensated and we packed our belongings and left. She said someone would call and it would be taken care of, but it’s now 5 days later and there has been no refund, phone call, or any attempt to correct this horrible experience. Upon leaving, there were drug users near the front lobby doors actively using. Very disappointing considering the price of the room was about $200 for the one night.

We stayed overnight for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel was within 20 minutes of the venue. Easy drive to and from the stadium. Parking in the south lot helped A LOT. It was a good stay for the price!

The area is along a major road that has no sidewalks, so if you did not drive it is very unsafe to walk anywhere. The hotel itself was fine except the ceiling in my bathroom started pouring water out of it, I was on a middle floor so it had nothing to do with the weather. The staff was very quick about moving me to another room, and very friendly but the hotel itself was subpar to say the least

The hotel was average, there were areas that needed to be cleaned. The carpet needed cleaning the and elevator floors needed to be cleaned. The options they put out for breakfast wasn’t good (shaved beef and chicken tenders) but that’s to be expected.
