I cannot recommend this Seattle stay highly enough. The location is outstanding—safe, incredibly walkable, and perfectly situated for easy access to South Lake Union, the waterfront, and the Amazon offices. The room itself far exceeded my expectations. Each bedroom has a secure lock with a personal access code, its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, a kitchenette, television, closet with hangers, and an air-conditioning unit. The sleeping setup was exceptionally comfortable, and the view of South Lake Union was a great bonus. What really sets this place apart is the owner. They are extremely communicative, proactive, and genuinely committed to making sure you have everything you need. After booking, you receive access to a dedicated website that answers virtually every question you could have about the stay—an incredibly thoughtful touch that makes everything seamless. I truly cannot believe the value for such a clean, secure, well-equipped place in this location. This will be my go-to place whenever I am in Seattle for work or personal travel. Book it—you will not regret it.

My room wasn’t cleaned between guests even though I arrived 6 hours after check-in time. Host said the cleaning person wasn’t answering. I was forced to find a new place to stay after 9pm at night. Decor was so disappointing. Picked the place for the Harry Potter vibe. There was literally 1 pillow that was on theme. Never got my refund and was charged a cleaning fee… when my room wasn’t even cleaned for me….

Room was hot, half the outlets didn’t work so moving the portable AC was sketchy. Pillows were small and awful. No elevator. The shower pressure was nice. The “decor” for Harry Potted theme was extremely limited (like 1 rug or a banner that wasn’t on theme) neighbors were noisy.

Close to the cruise terminal, stayed one night prior to cruising. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Shared kitchen and living space. Private room and bathroom with own lock to room. In room coffee, microwave and fridge. Great for our one nighter, would stay again and longer.

This stay as disappointing. Not much Harry Potter theme or decorations. We were surprised to find that the kitchen/dining/living room was communal and the actual (locked) bedroom was small and cramped. Half the lights in the communal area didn’t work and they didn’t tell you until after you arrived that you needed a streaming device to arch tv. No parking. And 15 steep stairs to the first apartment and 15 more to 2nd, yet 15 more to third. The mattress sagged in middle causing us to roll towards each other. And if you’re unfortunate enough to be in apt 1, you have the building’s electrical panel in your room. Wouldn’t recommend.
