The service was great and lobby was nice. Had playoffs on the lobby tvs which I appreciated. The location on Key West is fine. It's away from the crowds but you do have to travel to get to the excitement and fun. 2 miles to Mallory Square, etc. The personal beach is totally off limits to getting in the water there. Thousands of jellyfish, thousands. Saw some small Barracuda and some water snake that was down under the surface, just chilling. So while the place says that it recommends the beach for sunbathing only, they should just rope off the water. Always check out the water before you get in, if you can. We had a one bedroom suite and the room with the two queens did not have a window which was very odd and seems like a fire hazard. AC was pretty weak. BUT the TVs were huge and there's plenty of EV charging stations available, ChargePoint I think, and the parking was free.

Loved the pool and tiki bar - bartenders Ken & Jeff ROCKED! Our room was very nice, clean, roomy, nice balcony. We also really enjoyed the boardwalk towards the back of the resort... great sunsets! Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Atmosphere and service were great. Our room opened to a garden and walked directly to the pool. Such a nice experience. The pool was fantastic and tropical. I appreciated that the pool had a TV for watching sports too. Only complaint was that the pillows were soft. It would have been nice to have both firm and soft pillow options available as opposed to two soft pillows per sleeper. Overall nice stay. I would stay here again for sure.

We loved our 4 night stay in January 2025. The pool and Tiki Bar area was our favorite. Lunch menu was quite extensive and the food was great! Staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. The only complaint is that I would have liked to have the Tiki Bar open longer (it closes at 7PM), and the kitchen closes at 2PM. We would have loved to have dinner at the pool/bar, or even just some appetizers. Also, just a suggestion to the management, there was no ABC or FOX channels available in the room. While there was a good number of channels available, it would be nice to have at least all the "big 4" networks. But overall, still 5 stars!

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and staff that goes out of its way to be helpful. Pool area is beautiful with a bar and meal service. Five minute drive to Duval street. Will definitely stay here again.

I really wanted to like this place but I just don't. The front desk staff is incredibly kind. The suite was spacious. The room appeared very clean but it actually had hidden food crumbs, mold and roaches. The seat cushions in the sitting room are full of crumbs. The hall outside the room, the sitting room and kitchen smells like mold. The AC in the bedroom smells like sweaty feet and marijuana, so we couldn't use it. I took the trash out before leaving each day and before going to bed. I caught two roaches on the kitchen floor after coming back in the evening of our second night. I noticed that every kitchen drawer and cabinet shelf has roach poison. In the corners. I was just glad that the bedding and bathroom was clean.

My hotel room the 2bedrooms is a great concept especially for larger families like my mine, but the rooms were super dirty from the tub to the floors, I literally had to clean up as soon as I entered ,the furniture were a bit outdated floors made bottom of our feet so dark and dirty. Definitely needs and great and honest cleaning. Also I'm not sure if it's bed bugs or mosquitoes but my children complained of itchy bumps on their skin.

Overall we had a nice stay. Your front desk staff were amazing as we did have a problem with the type of room we thought we had booked. Everyone was very professional and Mia was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only concern I had was that the floors in our unit seemed to be quite dirty. They did not really appear dirty but the bottoms of our feet were visibly dirty after walking for only a few minutes barefoot….. even immediately after showering. Thanks

This hotel is on a busy street, however the rooms face the pool and this creates a nice atmosphere. The lounge areas by the bay are also nice. The exterior of the property, pool, and garden areas are well cared for. The rooms are a little dark, bathrooms small, with low water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

They’re a little pushy at the front about joining Marriott bonvoy however everything else was spectacular. The pool was perfectly heated and clean, the rooms were spacious and clean. It was great for the price.

At first it was great. The room we were given was clean, we stayed at 1104, then on the second night, we went out came back at around 9 PM and the room was locked our key card was not working. We called the front desk who told us someone would come look at it but they took 45 mins and we waited outside the room while it was raining the entire tkme. When we went to speak to front desk to request an update and asked to speak to a manager, they told us the manager only worked from 8-5 and was not available on the weekend. The worker opened our door theough the balcony since he couldnt fix it either. They switched us to room 1204 because of the room key situation, but this room did not have a working TV and the phone didnt work either.

We chose to stay at this hotel over others in the area as it had a large pool. We were going to be scuba diving in the afternoons so wanted to relax at the pool in the mornings. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed both mornings of our stay for tree cutting. While I accept the need for this I think we should have been told in advance as we would have made different plans. The staff were also very unpredictable. The staff when we checked in were friendly and helpful but when our rooms were ready the lady we collected keys from was the opposite.

We had such a wonderful experience which all began with such a warm welcome from Mary Ann; her infectious smile and delightful personality shined through as she bent over backwards taking excellent care of us. Very good cleanliness in a gorgeous setting was as expected and the rest of the staff we encountered with was really nice, however Mary Ann raised the bar! Looking forward to our next stay there.

The lady who checked us in was super rude. I asked to add my Bonvoy number to our reservation and she told me it didn’t matter if it was on file, or not because we booked through Expedia. I’m not sure why that mattered. It ended up being on file already, but I guess there are no benefits to being a Bonvoy Gold status at this hotel. We interacted with a couple other staff members that were great after check in, but the first impression was not a good one. We have stayed at several other Marriott properties across the country and they have always been friendly and accommodating, so this was a first.

The morning front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, them alone added at least a star to the overall experience. Hotel was pretty good with a nice pool area and decent amenities. The one thing I did not like was our room was facing the very busy street and the street noise was loud throughout our stay.

The property was great. Large TV at poolside. Shopping was in the area. The hot tub was never quite hot enough. Breakfast opportunities was great. But it was the only meal served at the hotel. But there were many other eateries all around.

The front desk staff was always super helpful and friendly. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. The room was just as expected. Ken the bartender was amazing!! The pool area was nice and relaxing. The place wasnt overly crowded. We would surely recommend staying here, especially with the reasonable rates, for being in Key West.

Hotel is located on the waterfront near a shopping square (supermarket across the street) and not far from the downtown area. Rooms were clean and well conditioned. The pool area was nice too with a big screen TV. Restaurant was well serviced, although breakfast is a bit pricey. Overall, a great stay.

Nice tiki bar at the pool. The only negative was the staff at the breakfast bar completely ignored me. I was the only person there and they were too busy making coffee and doing busy work. The bartender at the tiki bar was great, suggested a restaurant which was really awesome, and he had a wealth of information about the area. His tip on the best time to go to the market for southernmost point was spot on and I didn't have to wait in a long line for photo op.
