La Concha Key West, Autograph Collection

We enjoyed the resort and the location was amazing right on Duval Street. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the bar downstairs and pool bar was nice. The property did need some maintenance and the pool needed some cleaning. The staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. We used the bicycles, beach chairs, and towels, which were free to use. There is a $15 a day credit you can used on the bars or restaurants but not the store. You have to call to request ice but they can bring you as many small bags as needed. Overall would stay again for a short weekend.

Definitely not worth the money.

Great stay.

Location is excellent. No need to rent a golf cart. We were able to walk to almost everywhere. The staff were all wonderful. Extremely helpful, and so very nice and friendly - and I do mean all of them from the front desk clerk, to the food and beverage manager - could not have been nicer. The hotel is beautiful, and the complimentary rum punch every afternoon was something you won't get anywhere else that I know of. From now on this is our go-to accommodations in Key West!
