Holiday Inn Express Ft Lauderdale Cruise-Airport by IHG

The room seems pretty clean The hotel looks kind of small but the area is good overall Elevators were a bit tricky at the beginning, but you get use to them easily Grat location.

Overall a decent pre-cruise hotel. Pool chairs/umbrella’s need replaced. Only one umbrella and it’s been broken for months. Friendly staff. Thin walls.

Great easy convenience for a Disney cruise, just a street away from the cruise terminal and very close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Definitely would book here again and great reasonable price.

LaQueisha (spelling?) at the front desk as well as all of the front desk personal were super helpful and kind when I interacted with them. The extended check out time and ability to store luggage and use the facilities after check out was super helpful. Karen and Bonnie provided a delicious and flavorful breakfast with so many options. I particularly enjoyed the egg white and vegetable omelette and the sausage gravy. The King bed was so comfortable and the varied lighting options in the room was a level up compared to other hotels. I would return always when I have the opportunity.

The hotel is misrepresented on the hotels.com site, the interior felt like a prison and had a musty smell. Rooms were stuffy with the AC not functioning properly. Portions of the room were in disrepair and again the room had a musty smell. We walked in and walked out immediately and booked rooms in a different property. Do not recommend.
