The hotel was clean and well kept if you have a crew cab be careful the parking deck is very low . I have a stock f350 and my radio antenna was hitting the sprinkler pipe.

Good complimentary shuttle from the airport. Room was a little tired, carpet was very dirty - making feet disgusting. Bathroom was excellent and modern. Breakfast was ok, the floor was slides and could do with a deep clean. Overall excellent for a night before a cruise as just round the corner. $15 in an uber XL, the shuttle the hotel offers is $15 and only at set times 3x daily.

The facility was not bad however there was a terrible smell outside that stopped us from using the pool. We were not aware that it was beside a fecal waste facility. Given the heat, the smell was unbearable.

The beds were like floating on air. The room was immaculate. My only complaint is the Ft. Lauderdale Shuttle Service that they promote. We bought the pickup from cruise to airport for $40.00 for two. We waited at the airport for pickup for an hour and a half. Called the number the first time after half hour and they said the van was on the way…click. Second call the man rudely said we were in the wrong spot (we were not). We watched every pickup and there was no van. Finally I asked the policeman for a professional courtesy and he put out a call on the radio. The service did send a separate van but he was caught up in traffic. When the driver finally arrived he said we were in the correct spot. Never again for this shuttle! Holiday should promote a service far better than this one. Other than this incident/service we will continue to stay with Holiday Inn.

Hotel was okay but dated - the elevator system is weird and not all elevators go to all floors. We found someone's peeled off gel toenail polish at the bottom of the bedsheet which was SO disgusting, but we got in around 1:30 after a late flight so we just dealt with it by using lysol to spray down the sheets. Do not use the $15 per person shuttle to the cruiseport. Legit such a scam.. you can honestly walk there from the hotel or take a $4 (total) Uber ride.

Great customer service at the front desk. Alyssa was great to work with and very kind. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. Many restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary shuttle to the airport with a great driver Tim. Enjoyed our stay.

The room smelled muggy, and it didn't feel clean. I automatically checked for bed bugs (didn't see any). But the hotel just didn't "feel" clean. The breakfast was good. Fine for one night stay, but wouldn't stay here for a longer period.

The hotel was fine but the rooms they gave us were off the main hotel on the side and it was a terrible room. It was dirty and you could see the sign of water damage that had been painted over. The room was very small. We were also given a handicap room when we didn't request it so the shower was awkwardly positioned and water ran all over the floor. We also didn't get to all take a hot shower because the hot water ran out at 8am in the morning. The room was right next to the street and we could hear all the traffic noise through the windows even over our sound machine. We asked for a non handicap room and they said because we booked through hotels.com that it was set in stone and they can't change anything. The parking was also very awkward and small spots. Then to get out you had to navigate very carefully around the other people who were walking through to get on the shuttle. There was also and extra $50 hold for the room that was not advertised on the website and parking was an extra $10 per day. The shuttle to the port was excessive at $15 per person, so for a family of 4 it would have been $60. We got in late and didn't have time to find another hotel but if we could have we would have definitely choosen to go somewhere else.

Probably the worst holiday inn we have stayed at. Room was not very clean and the carpet was wet and filthy so much that when you walked from bed to restroom you could see black footprints. Once we opened the door into the room we first smelled an unpleasing rotten smell and we noticed the bed also had the scent and could not sleep well. We also noticed ants roaming around the ac. The tv glitches alot and we could not watch anything. In general the room was quite dirty and I do not recommend.

This was a pretty standard hotel and served our needs when visiting Port Everglades for a cruise. The room was nice and breakfast was convenient and good. The main thing to be aware of is that the building is sort of a hodgepodge of different additions, and some areas directly face a building only a few feet away, so it's possible that when you open your window blinds you will literally be staring at a concrete wall with no view at all. Not the end of the world, but not great either when you're paying $300 a night to effectively have the same view as a prison cell.

Excellent location and close to shops and variety of dining locations. Room was large and most everything worked. The lighted mirror over the sink area was not working and the A/C had to be set at lowest of temputures to cool the room and the fan has to run on high continuously to maintain comfort level but noisy. The room was very noisy from never. It was like the walls were very thin, and we could hear the people talking and tv. Also the shuttle service was not good as we waited a very long time. The clerk, who was very polite, needed help the night before a cruise. He did his best.

The staff was the most accommodating and nicest staff I have dealt with I think ever. Our flights got in too early (like 8:30am too early) for check in and they held our bags for us and let us hang out until a room was ready. I felt like an idiot and they treated us with such respect and absolutely no annoyance whatsoever as we were not guests just yet because couldn’t check in but treated us as such. When you’ve been traveling and are stressed from the day it’s so nice to have the staff be understanding and accommodating.

We called ahead for the shuttle a few different times and were told about 4 different pickup locations for the complementary shuttle and it never arrived at any of the locations we were told to go to. We waited around for about an hour before we just decided to get an uber. When we arrived, our room was not ready and waited around for another 45 minutes until we could get into a room.

We started for 2 nights. The first night we arrived, it was dark and there was a sewage smell in the halls. In the morning, the smell was gone, but we had a room with a view of the sewage treatment plan behind the hotel. Enjoying the pool was extremely difficult with the smell. Location of the hotel is close to airport and the port and a mile from the public beach, which is fantastic.

Good for a one night stay between cruises. Even though check in wasn’t until 3pm we were in our room by 1pm. Had a few hours to spare so we were able to walk to some shops and restaurants across the street - Ross store, Dollar store, Winn-Dixie.

Staff were friendly, check in went well. Breakfast could have been better, little omelettes were not very warm and actually kind of boring, plus turkey sausage patty was terrible. Maybe scrambled eggs and bacon might have been better. Possibly a bagel cutter could be handy, and soft butter patties rather than frozen ones. The regular spicy sausages were nice, lots of bread choices, as well as drinks and couple yogurt choices. I felt for the cost of the hotel, this could have been better.
