Overall great stay for our 3-4 day stay. Staff was super helpful 24/7. There was always someone at the front desk ready to assist. Didn’t get to try the bistro but lots of food and shopping options in the area. Parking was super easy and convenient. Outdoor and hot tub was nice. There was construction which wasn’t the best thing ever but we were aware of that before booking. Rooms were nice. The deck was great. TV were smart tv and was movable/adjustable.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Most of the staff were friendly. Pool and its area was clean and well maintained. Ample parking and easy to get to location with various amneties around. No hesitation in recommending this hotel

Not much to say about this hotel. Refurbishment is still ongoing despite them telling me it would be completed about a month prior to my stay. Pool still closed - although it looks very nice and completed now - lobby never had anyone in it, staff totally indifferent- at checkout there were no words spoken! She just took the key and looked like I had prized her off her seat to do something. Not one I would return to

Pros: very clean, free parking (which is nearly non existent in south Fla). Staff is awesome-very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location 25 min walk to the beach (though we drove to beach and paid to park). Close to restaurants and entertainment. Great grab and go options in the lobby (a little pricey). Has a great pool but we didn’t use it while there. Also has breakfast made to order which I heard was good but we didn’t do that either. Cons: Not much. Was a little dated, hint of a stale smell in rooms. Also not sure if they put us in a handicapped room but beds were very low to the ground. Didn’t bother us at all, but was a bit odd. Other than that I would stay here again for sure!

The pictures showed a hotel that was in pristine condition. When I arrived it was under construction and it looked like a bomb went off. The outside of the front of the lobby looked like the place was condemned. I was looking forward to going into the pool and the pictures were fantastic. However the pool was drained and green it was absolutely disgusting on the patio. Is this false advertising and I should get my money back. Places garbage I would never go back there. That's false advertising. Yes I said it's wise cuz it's true. Bait and switch is not cool

The staff at this property was great. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the beach. Pool area was great but small. The hotel definetly has some age. While it was clean, it is older and could use a refresh. The parking was free. The food at the hotel was very limited. The gym facility is small.

The location is good for a pre-cruise stay but I wouldn't stay more than 1 or 2 nights. The staff were quite rude during check-in and did not seem to want to help at all. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation when we were there.

Staff was great but no hot tub no weight room and an obnoxious loud mouth mope running his mouth at the pool probably a retired Chicago cop or mobster wanna be a total jerk,Evangaline was great the food for breakfast was very good fix the hot tub and get the weight room intact,I realize you can only do so much with these loudmouth Italians they are probably laundering money through Anthony s restaurant I will deal with them myself ,a good staff and clean but you need to get the upgrade done.

Hotel overall was nice with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean but my room had baby roaches in it coming from under the tv and when I told the staff they didn’t seem to really care. I asked if they wanted to come and take a look and she stated no that they would come and check once we were out of the room. Front desk staff was really nice. This location is about 15 mins from Fort Lauderdale Beach. I would stay again. I know that somethings are out of there control but I think the staff should be more concern about the guest issues.

Check in was quick, the rooms were clean and the entire hotel smelled like it had been thoroughly cleansed. Pool area is well maintained and there were more than enough pool towels and seating.

It was ridiculous and unsanitary to only have housekeeping every 3 days. Toilet paper ran out, garbage not emptied, no clean wash clothes for daily use. No coffee or fresh cups. I am fine with sheets not being changed but beds should be made daily. Overall very poor.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very nice staff, super convenient placement, beautiful balcony in the room, amazing cleaning staff, and great amenities. They had a really nice restaurant inside the hotel which was also convenient and delicious. We enjoyed our time there and felt relaxed and on vacation for sure! The hotel and our room were modern and very clean. Even though I received email about ongoing renovation (after I booked!) it was a non-issue as work being done was at south end of property and cordoned off. Located at very urban intersection of Fed 1 and Commercial (870), walking anywhere is a relatively dangerous activity. Nevertheless, it is a secluded gem with patio/pool area, lush and green. Balcony (backside, away from Rt.1) was nice touch Nightlife area is a 5 minute drive away. Great deal, overall.

Hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. Location is extremely noisy from the streets around. A couple sandwiches and a salad from bistro in lobby took over an hour for employee to prepare despite being the only people there. Was unable to get the fireplace outside turned on to enjoy upon our arrival because maintenance guy had gone home. Over all decent stay but amenities didn't match the price tag.

Room was clean. Area was a very short drive away from the beach and a very lively area with lots of dining. The only issue I had was the WiFi never worked but as I had my own data I did not bother to find out why. The WiFi was connecting but simply not working. Staff was friendly as well

The double room that we had was very smelly when we first walked in, luckily I always carry air freshener. The LOUD noises from the construction was kinda unbearable at times. A creepy guy was always hanging around the pool watching and even ask me to let him in the building. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the a/c in the room never got under 73 after setting the thermostat to 59. The only great thing was the location.

The room was nice. We did have trouble getting towels. We asked for clean ones the first night, didn’t receive them. Second day we asked again and didn’t get any. We went to the pool area and took a couple of blue ones. That night we asked for wash cloths before we went out, got back and still none. My husband went and took some off a housekeeping trolley. We asked for a room refresh and were told yes, we would get one- never did. We were there a total of 3 days/nights and didn’t get anything we asked for.

Arrived at 3 and was told check-in was at 4 but for $75 we could check-in early. I can see if it was 11 or 12 but 3 o’clock ??? Not a good policy. I was not happy. I have never had this at any other hotel. There were several others waiting in lobby for the same reason. Come on if rooms are ready they should allow check-in with out an extra fee.

Paid and reserved a Balcony room with highest floor and did the early check in from email so room would be ready when arrived. That was not the case instead we were gave a courtyard room facing the office building and people walking by the patio. Went back to ask about balcony I had paid for but told they were booked full - no other room available. I mentioned I did the confirm with time of arrival told they don’t look at that until have you with credit card or in front of them. She did acknowledge that I had already pre-paid but just nothing she could do. Very disappointed wanted balcony up high with view because it was our 50th anniversary.

When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel, further away from where we needed to be, and we had to pay for another Uber to get there. It was an absolute nightmare.

The location and setting are fine, there's no problem with that. However, I was upset that we made a reservation for a room for a disabled person and they didn't give it to us. We specifically requested a shower chair and they didn't have it. The room has a coffee maker but doesn't have anything to make the coffee. The refrigerator is very small and doesn't fit anything.

Hotel clean with great service. Did not care for available food. Prefer hotel that has a buffet style breakfast. My wife disliked the tall rain style shower head since she didn’t want her hair wet while trying to just take a shower.

This hotel is a 3 star at best. It was clean but a hotel that boasts 4 was a big disappointment. Pool was not open and was told that ubers to the beach would replace but this never happened. The restuarant was never open..could never get breakfast there. Thank God Dennys was close by but that was about the only choice. Wont be staying here again.

A convenient location, good parking, and staff were professional and helpful. The only area of improvement would be to have available some coffee in the lobby. They have a restaurant with a limited menu and charge for coffee. The coffee maker is in the closet in the room but you otherwise have to pay for it in the lobby. I would stay there again but would bring my own creamer and make coffee in my room.

Nice, comfortable property in great location if you need/want services. We chose to have a bite in the cafe on premises. Food was excellent-not your typical bar food. I had tomato soup and cheese sandwich. Hearty, chunky soup with sandwich made with thinly sliced sourdough, provolone and sliced tomato. Spouse had a big bowl of delicious meatballs in sauce with tater tots on the side. Wil definitely use this property again if in the area.

Overall very nice, pool was amazing. Check in staff seemed underwhelmed by our presence. Kitchen staff of one was friendly, but extremely slow. Waited for our dinners (6) for over 30 minutes. Customers were turned away because of lack of staffing.

They do not make your room on daily! If you want fresh towels you have to go to the desk. The hotel is under renovation now on the outside without a pool! Lady at the restaurant is not happy specially after 9:30 am! I will never stay here again!
