The elevator in the hotel did not work and all things had to be carried to the third floor. The room I stayed in looks very dull and needs to be renovated and updated. The furniture is old, the smoke sensor just hangs on wires, the smell in the room is very unpleasant. when I left the hotel, the operator was not there (waited for more than 15 minutes). Internet was to slow to work with!!!

We stayed at a very dirty hotel for five nights. There was no hot water throughout our stay, and the elevator was out of order. The shelves in the room were dusty and covered with hair, as if they had never been cleaned. Breakfast, which was advertised as “included,” consisted only of coffee and granola bars that were never restocked—once they were gone, that was it. To make matters worse, there was no room service at all. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience.

The check in process was smooth. The front desk clerk was nice. He didn't let us know when breakfast would be served in the morning, so when I went to go get breakfast at 9:00am, there was very little food left. I was awakened by the sound of hammering coming from the floor underneath mine. The notice in the elevator stated that renovations were starting on March 31st. That would have been great to know prior to making the reservation. The hotel is close to a major intersection with lots of dining options.I would recommend it for a brief stay.

Property is under construction.and it was not disclosed online before booking.they are putting new paint over mold in the room we stayed in. Furniture was still ripped old and nasty,toulet bowl didnt flush.trying to contact corporate to complain is a hassle.would recommend just paying more money to stay in a better area.

This property had drug dealers hanging around all hours. Was staying on the ground floor and every time I left the hotel a can or stick was left to hold the door so that it wouldn’t close and be locked. One room the face bowl was clogged got another room and the toilet had to be flushed twice. Horrible experience

The staff was very friendly and nice but the building and cleanliness was a zero. It smelled of mold and marijuana. There was blood stain on the pillow case, cockroaches climbing on the a/c unit and dresser broken phone and dresser just over all dirty.

I don't know what i was thinking booking a hotel at the last minute but hey things happens. This was the worst decision I've made on a hotel in the U.S. I was in the hotel for a total of 11 minutes. When I entered the room the floor was ditry, the couch cushions were on the floor and the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed had hair on it and the bathroom had hair all over the sink and the floor. I stood there for a about two minutes in disbelief and took another 30 seconds telling myself that it's 12:30 and its just one night. I just could not do it. I when back down stairs showed them pictures and demanded my money back, expedia was able to refund it. Take my warning do not stay at this hotel you will regret it!

Property in disrepair and needs to be gutted and start from new. We witnessed 2 roaches. Stove is insightful and rusted; cannot be used. Floors are filthy. The first room we were given smelled awful and we were given another room which was not much better. We have pictures of stove, vanity, roaches. Can’t get hot water in shower. Would come on like warm and then turn cold. It was an awful experience and definitely not worth the money.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful but the hotel itself was absolutely fithy. My babys legs, feet and hands were pitch black from the dirt on the ground after crawling around the room. The water was yellow and the bath tub was clogged. The tv wasn't mounted correctly and almost fell mulitple times. The hallways reek of marijuana even though the rooms say "no smoking." The only options for breakfast were a blueberry or chocolate muffin with old coffee. Never would I stay here again but I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel is extremely filthy! Floors are dirtier than dirt! Literal dirt, stains. Saw bugs on the floor. Building smells bad and room even worse. Our entire family could not fall asleep because of the smell and the worst beds and pillows! I've stayed in many-many hotels and this one is BY FAR the worst. I booked it because reviews looked good, but don't be fooled! Walls are paper thin. We got to experience a domestic violence happening one the floor above us and we could hear every single word at 4AM!

It was okay for what it was. The air conditioning system did not cover the whole room we stayed in. It kept shutting completely off. The toilet wouldn’t flush good. Had to wait awhile before flushing again. The bath faucet leaked. Carpets had a stench.

Booked a 2 bed & 1 sofa sleeper. Upon arrival, they did not have the room available. Staff member was amazing at accommodating us in a smaller room since nothing else was available within distance. Room was spacious. Hotel traffic is loud.

My stay was eye opening as to the differences from Extended Stay in Ga to Extend Stay in Fort Lauderdale. We stayed at the hotel in GA and it was clean, updated, and served hot breakfast I would rate a10/10 for the price. However, I was shocked by the contrast of the rooms at my recent stay at Extended Stay in Fort Lauderdale. The room smelled old, stale and like an animal was recently in the room. In addition the carpet was filthy and the overall appearance was old. Definitely was not worth $500 for 2 nights.

It was so noisy at this property and lots of shouting all through the night. The bed was so uncomfortable and the springs had gone on it. We were told there was a “grab and go breakfast” which was only coffee so not really a breakfast

Never again! We had an issue with the shower, the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and quickly moved us to a new room. However once we moved to the new room the wifi signal was non existent, the floor was dirty and there was unsightly stains in the bathroom sink. The young lady who we then met at the front desk was absolutely not helpful.

The front counter clerk Brittany was very customer friendly and ensured that all amenities needed were in our room. She also helped with us working the washers and I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling on vacation.

The staff was great. However, the first room that we were checked into was already occupied. Not sure how that happens. The second room was tolerable, although not very clean and the bed was not at all comfortable. I hardly got any rest. But again, the staff was fantastic.

Not the greatest spot but recognize it was on the cheaper end. Dirty. Checked the beds and the protectors had nasty stuff on them. Pillows had no pillow protectors. We had to wait over an hour for pullout couch sheets at 930 PM because they were " in the dryer". cheap but just not a good experience overall.

They changed or reservation, type of room. Tried to blame me for the error and didn't offer any solution. The only person that could have helped us was the manager who wasn't there until the next day. The people at the frint desk where inderstanding but they had no solution besides listening to me.

The building inside and out smelled like a mixture of weed, bo, and cigarette smoke. There was paint peeling. There really wasnt a breakfast. The baseboards were dirty and in some areas moldy.

We had a two bed suite with a kitchenette. One bed was not made and not useable the first night. There were no kitchen utensils and not coffee maker in the room and no complimentary continental breakfast either morning in the lobby. The staff was somewhat friendly but provided minimal service when pushed.

They advertised said continental breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing , not even coffee. When ask staff they said “ we don’t have sorry u are staying during a bad week here “ bunch of people smoking inside and outside of their rooms ( when advertising sai “ no smoking “ couldn’t sleep all night cause all the ghetto people staying at hotel ruining and talking loud all night long . Very bad and shower didn’t work , leaking and horrible noise that seems like the plumbing was going to explode

It’s good for the price AC was excellent cold as ice, censoring was ridiculously expensive $3.80 for a honey bun???? There was literally no breakfast only coffee, tea or hot chocolate, otherwise it’s an ok place to stay.

Overall, it’s okay. Staff is fairly accommodating. However, more than half the time, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, and we’re lucky to have any coffee!!! I’ve been staying at this chain of hotels for more than a decade and there’s always been a length of both coffee and breakfast from start to finish!!
