Easy check-in. Staff friendly and offered us additional bottled water. Room modern and generally clean. No bath tub just a shower. Shower leaked water over the bathroom floor due to the gap at the bottom. Not impressive! Bed was very comfortable with choice of pillows: firm and soft. Air conditioning never really got the room cool enough even when set to 66F. The hallway was cooler. Bathroom towels were cheap and thin. Something that you would expect at a motel not at a high-end expensive hotel! The breakfast was good. Tried the buffet. Had to ask 2-3 times for coffee. Shuttle bus from FLL airport came quickly and the driver was friendly. Also close to Port Everglades which is convenient for cruising. Only issue was that the paid transportation from the hotel to the cruise port was at 10.30am and 12.00pm only. That did not suit us, so we took an Uber.

Most was fine. Bathroom sink needed to be snaked. Pool hours were too early for a hotel that’s in such a hot climate. Hotel tequila bar and restaurant were great. Hotel by night cost for an Airport hotel was little pricey for offseason.

I really like attending conferences here. The rooms are very nice and there are a lot of comfortable social areas inside and out to sit to make calls and work during the breaks. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet for lunch had great food options and the line moved quickly even with 400 of us attending. The hotel is right off the Turnpike and I95 and next to the airport. My room had a great view of the planes landing and taking off but was still quiet. Super close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Hardrock Casino and the beaches. I hope the conference I attended continues to hold them here.

Parking was once free at $25 a day makes this hotel a nogo, mind as well stay in las olas or Miami where parking is usually what we avoid so this is last time I stay here spent $125 on parking

The average score was because my room wasn't cleaned properly. The sheets are too small for bed. Trash was never emptied. Hair all over the ground in bathroom. No replenishing of towels and the desk staff could care less I love the area and easiness of the hotel

This was my second time here. Last year the hotel was immaculate and the service was outstanding. This year my room was never cleaned on my first day. I left the room (removing the privacy tag) at 11 am. When I returned in the early evening, and discovered my room was not cleaned, I told the front desk attendant and asked for someone to please have it cleaned. He told me there was no one from housekeeping there and that it was my responsibility to ask housekeeping to clean my room each morning. When checking out this morning, I told the woman at the desk about the incident. She reiterated my responsibility to inform housekeeping when leaving my room each morning. I will definitely find another hotel next time.

It was beautiful however my sheets were dirty the supervisor came and took it off no disinfectant there were stains in the bed the phone didn’t work I understand it was a holiday weekend I was treated poorly but I made the best of it.. I do appreciate the gesture to change it but it should’ve been better the room was beautiful though

Disappointed Repeat Stay – Not Worth the Upgrade I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were frustrating for similar reasons. During my first stay, the refrigerator, coffee maker, and AC unit in my room were all broken. I decided to give the hotel another chance, assuming it was just a one-time issue. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. On my second visit, the refrigerator and coffee maker were again not functioning, and the bathroom light constantly flickered, which was both annoying and concerning. The hotel advertises that bathrobes are provided, but I’ve yet to see one in either stay. For my second trip, I specifically booked a King Deluxe room, hoping for an upgraded experience. However, there is absolutely no noticeable difference between the King Deluxe and the standard King room—definitely not worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, I already have another stay booked, as I had hoped the first visit was just a fluke. At this point, my expectations are low. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you're expecting a reliable, well-maintained room or if you're paying extra for upgraded amenities that don’t exist.

We have stayed twice in the last week. The hotel food is reasonable, the ambience is good and the service in the restaurant good. The build quality lets it down, as both the freeway and the aircraft can be heard through the glazing in the rooms

Room wasn't ready, told in a few minutes, but waited over half an hour and had to go back up to desk to ask if room was ready, then another (shoerter) wait. Twice we requested another towel set, had to call a third time (the next morning) to get them.

Some of the staff was very rude. The manager was understanding and helpful but then found the staff at the lobby bar was the same. Service was horrible but the food was very good when I finally received it. This was by far the worst experience at Marriott Bonvoy location I’ve has to date

The property was very nice, especially the pool area. Although a tiki bar is shown in photos, it's nothing more then a photo opp. The room had an excessively large TV. Some staff more efficient then others.(we were ignored by the bar tender several times). Two of the three elevators were out until our last day, when all elevators out and guests were sent to back of the house freight elevator. The self parking pricing was ridiculous. The bed had a duvet near the headboard, so pillow and head sank. A nice stay, but overpriced, especially for an airport hotel.

The stay here was amazing. Everyone from the shuttle guys to the desk people, wait staff, breakfast people were top notch. The onsite restaurant was also amazing with very friendly staff. The room was great the bed was oooh so comfortable. I really felt as the entire staff saw me as a person and always greated with smiles. Definitely a place to stay with excellent amenities.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It's so nice and clean! We had dinner at Toro Kitchen, which is in this hotel, and it was AMAZING! for the first time in many years we felt that we got more than we had paid for by staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Just stayed one night to catch flight in the morning after cruise. It is convenient to the airport and the shuttle is nice. Property is clean as well though the pillows on beds are definitely a value brand. Its not near any attractions so be prepared to uber or cab to anything you wish to see. My main problem is with the dinning. Service from staff was poor(didn't bring any spoons when serving tea). The food was expensive( I know people have to make a living but not a killing). And to top it off they are barely going through the motions but they are quick to put their hand out for a tip!! Let me give y'all a tip. Stop ripping of business and leisure travelers with sky high Florida tourist trap prices and get some wait staff who do more than just barley show up and put out thier hand like you're staying at the Four Seasons.

The Constellation dining experience is fabulous! Breakfast was a buffet, and the staff members descend on you like a SWAT team. After the first day, the one guy took my water bottle and filled it with ice water without me asking, I'd have someone pouring my coffee and someone else bringing my orange juice. My friends came to the restaurant for dinner and they want this to be our new spot! I had not been there for at least eight months; Nadia recognized me right away, and remembered my drink!

The stay here was amazing. Everyone from the shuttle guys to the desk people, wait staff, breakfast people were top notch. The onsite restaurant was also amazing with very friendly staff.
