The room was very clean, beds & pillows were very comfortable. Nice balcony with a view of the inlet and its gorgeous blue water. No microwave :/ and wifi is only free if you're a "Hilton Member". Valet service was quick, and helpful, self parking was full. The pool is small but in good condition. The pool deck is comfortable with nice lounge chairs and cabana's. We did not get a chance to try any of the food but drinks were good and strong. The resort is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach which has a park with showers to rinse the sand off. (Always nice to have) All in all I'd stay here again. Seems to be close to a downtown area that looks to have shops, restaurants & night life.

Property was well kept. Right on the marina. Tucked away but close to all restaurants. Pool area was clean and lively. Service by the pool was super convenient. The hotel had a boutique hotel vibe.

Only one restaurant the pool was too small too many people to really enjoy the pool experience. The pool area needed to be updated in regards to the patio furniture the cushions were stained the entire patio needed to be steam cleaned. The food was above average the service was above average also.

Beautiful location. Japanese restaurant was wonderful and the sea spray grill has really nice food. Close walking distance to the Boca Inlet and beach. I prefer rooms on the lake Boca side.

stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. The parking situation is terrible, not enough parking spots and the valet needs additional staffing. The hotel itself feels very used and in need of upgrades. The alarm system went off multiple times while we stayed at the hotel, very unusual. The hotel is kept entirely too cold and the room climate system didn’t work well. Overall, not a terrible hotel but not sure I’d stay here again.

Our first room smelled like mildew and mold. The front desk was nice enough to move us. The second room, after being out a few hours, also smelled of mold and mildew. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE GUESTS STAY IN THESE CONDITIONS. I felt like I was getting sick just breathing it in. We’ve stayed at the waterstone 2x before and never experienced this. What a disgrace

Staff is very accommodating. They seem to genuinely care. Tim is a great role model. However the hotel needs work. It is showing signs of wear. Our room had ants everywhere. I even had them in my bed.

The room we stayed in had a great view! However, there was no soap bars or handsoap to wash our hands with, no liners in the trash, and ants all over the sink area. The shower smelled of mildew, and parking was atrocious as if you HAD to get Valet. For the price that was paid, things could have been a lot better.

The property seemed clean and appeared nice. However, there was an overwhelming smell in the hotel and especially in the room which ruined the experience for us. There was something sticky on the floor in the bathroom that my feet stuck to, and I had to actually clean the floor myself and lay down towels so we could walk in the bathroom. It may be advisable to change cleaning products. I suspect it has something to do with the cleaning solutions used on the floor. The smell gave me a headache and I had to open the door to the outside. I have traveled many places and never had to do that and for around $600 for one night in a suite with additional fees, I was not impressed. I will be sending Hilton a direct review on this property. It is a shame because the property has incredible potential to be a great hotel. When I discussed the matter, the response was a shrug and I was basically ignored and the property response was-you don't like the smell we pipe in. Also, I received a text about my stay and received no response either as if it was just ignored. Why send a how is your stay and you send a response and get no comment?

Awful mildew smell in not one but the second room we were moved to also. Manager was very nice but the hotel operator needs to address this issue. The rooms are in need of serious remodeling also.

This resort is about the only place to stay close to the beach in Boca, so I booked it for a couple of days. This building was built in the 70s and it shows. Though you can see that it has been updated to fit the present time, it still has a musty smell, the carpets throughout the floors are buckled, the walls are dirty, and the mattresses need to be updated. It seemed as though our room had been left open for days while Hurricane IAN came through. There was rust on the table lamps, the sprinklers, and the air vents. 5 stars to the staff, they were amazing.

Had a nice business stay- loved my views- would have loved my room to be cleaner- but it was “ok” (example tub was dirty hairs in sink etc) Love to see carpet removed- but I bring “indoor” slides for such occasions! Staff was kind and best of all Killer views!!! Breakfast isn’t served till 7:30 so I drove off site as I get up at 5:00! Would have preferred to eat at the hotel with an earlier option! No complaints- but if needing earlier eats this won’t work!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterstone Resort & Marina! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved our balcony with a beautiful view of the inlet and ocean—it made for a perfect backdrop to relax. A special thanks to Anthony at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a suite at a great discounted rate. Both Anthony and Darlene went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable! The suite featured a king bed with soft blankets, plush pillows, and very comfortable bedding. The bathroom included both a stand-up shower and a bathtub and was spotless—housekeeping did a fantastic job. My only feedback is that the room could benefit from some general maintenance. The furniture, particularly the couch and accent chairs, showed signs of wear and tear. The leather on the chairs was chipped, and there were rust stains in the bathroom along with caulking that needed replacement. Aside from that, the location is excellent! The beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, whether you’re exploring Downtown Boca on foot or taking a short drive. Overall, a great experience!!

Around the property the common areas were clean and kept. Beautiful view of the water. Nice pool area and bar. But the rooms were in poor condition, things were broken and in bad need of repairs and updates. For over $300/nite I expected the rooms to be in better condition.

Great location. Close to the beach and on the intercoastal. All rooms have nice views, but the rooms are a bit dated with chipped furniture, chipped shower tiles and some obvious leaking from the shower ceiling. Not a deal killer for me, but could be for the more detail oriented. Overall nice stay, but not overwhelmingly fancy.

Overall great stay! The location was perfect to walk to the beach. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were placed in a room with an adjoining door which was fine the 1st night of our stay. However, the 2nd night there was a large party with a lot of yelling and partying into the late hours in the room next door. The front desk did go talk to the other group to keep the volume down at twice when I called and the office offered to move us if it continued to be an issue. Shortly after midnight the group quieted down. We've stayed in many different hotels and never heard a peep from the other side of adjoining rooms. This hotel did not have the quality of doors I have come to expect and we heard everything from next door. Would not be my first choice for a quiet getaway.

We got Married on 7/5 . Waited over 15 minutes at the Front Desk before someone showed up to check us in. The next morning while attempting to take a shower, the water temp kept fluctuating from warm to scalding hot. Needless to say my Bride was NOT HAPPY!!

At check in they were not very welcoming. They did not give me my breakfast voucher as I had to go back to get it . It seemed that Restaurants are outsourced. Food and Beverage staff was not very polite and they were not welcoming . Everything seems to be too difficult for them. Other than breakfast staff Milo. He was very helpful. After checking into my room there was drilling noise coming from next door or above me. I did not bother with it because after check in I went out . I can came back after 5 pm and there was still drilling noise I called the reception told him about the noise. 15 minutes later noise stopped. Next morning different type of noise started again around 9 am .

The service was exceptional, a few names of some of the hospitable staff that stand out are Steven, Omar, Nelson, Phillip, and Justin. The food was amazing, owning a catering business for 30 years, we were beyond impressed. From the moment we entered the property up until the moment we left ( which was hard) someone was there to greet us or accommodate whatever it was we asked for. The ambiance and overall cleanliness was 5 star. Already looking at dates for our next trip!

The hotel was pretty nice and we would stay there again in the future. The bartender at the on site restaurant was unacceptable. She barely spoke. She seemed to roll her eyes on at least one occasion. She did not seem to care to be at work. The A/C in our room stopped working about 11pm the night we were there. The front desk and maintenance staff responded quickly to get us a new room. They were very apologetic and pleasant.

My experience at the Waterstone Hotel was very disappointing, especially during the check-in. I arrived at the hotel expecting quick and efficient service, but I was negatively surprised. Even though I was the only guest at the reception, the receptionist (Marvel) took a long time to assist me. When the process finally began, the attitude was apathetic and unprofessional. There was no warm greeting and the impression I had was of total disinterest in offering good service. This initial experience left a bad impression and affected my perception of the hotel throughout my stay. Customer service is a crucial aspect of hospitality and unfortunately Waterstone Hotel failed in this regard. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve the training of their staff, ensuring that all guests are greeted in a welcoming and professional manner. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family based on my experience.

So the hotel is nice but there are a few things you should be aware of: it is on the Intercoastal waterway and we we were on the side of the building facing the bridge. When cars drove over the bridge grate it made a rumbling noise and kept us awake, even with earplugs. They were nice and switched our room. The service was mostly good but we were there over Passover and asked for Matzoh and the bartender was pretty dismissive. So either they didn't have it (which I found surprising) or they didn't train the staff on that. Also It is not that close to the nice beach. And in terms of eco-friendly, they do everything in plastic and I didn't see any recycling bins.

Lobby was very interesting. The Art and scent amazing. View was spectacular. The hotel wasn’t fabulous but you can tell it’s been updated. For the money and the view it was a great deal! Good location. Close to the beach and Mizner park and only a few minutes away to the Brightline train station which can take you to Miami, Orlando, and Palm beach I believe. Quiet spot. Pool quite small but does the trick if it isn’t busy. Apparently this is the spot locals go for drinks. Food isn’t the greatest but I heard from locals they frequent the outside bar for drinks with a view!

Enjoyed the busy inlet waterway but the road noise & extreme volume levels of music blaring from boats going by was not truly relaxing. Construction across the way wasn't peaceful either. Hopefully a short term issue. Only one restaurant open at the property, Sea Spray, with limited offerings. Ate breakfast there which was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hostess...not. Not friendly, no smile. I'd call her out by name but I won't! Broken shower faucet was not enjoyable on our first morning but fixed later in the following afternoon. Mislead that there was beach access. Yes, but it is by foot a 10 minute walk away. In 98 degrees, that's a long walk.

We've experienced poor service by waiter during breakfast at Sunray. However we had a wonderful time at the Japanese restaurant during pur first night dinner Last point we felt that there was a lot of hidden charges that wasn't explained to customers for example whether we use the valet or not the charges are the same with the self park. Only learned this fact upon checking out. When we voiced out our feedback to the front desk (David) he was indifferent to our concern. Hope it should be ezplained to the customers in the future. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views of the canal and ocean! There are two restaurants located at the property. I highly recommend the prime burger at the Seaspray restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
