Room lovely and beds comfortable. Pillows not very comfortable though. Pool was nice but with the extremely loud roadworks going on right outside we decided to cut our break short as not really that much to do in Calistoga and couldn’t just relax in the hotel due to the noise. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about this as young man’s response to me checking out early was ‘cool’! I know the hotel can’t regulate the roadworks but some sort of compensation would have been appreciated. You live and learn, but without the noise the hotel has many positives.

The stay was wonderful. Perfectly located for walking around Calistoga. The gardens and patio were lovely, and the breakfast great. Everything has been updated. Rooms are big, with comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Nice size pool

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free shuttle to go wine tasting. Free breakfast was very convenient: eggs, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice. The pool, hot tub, gym, steam room and sauna were all amazing amenithies I took advnatage of. Very reasonably priced.

The ice machine was broken and i like to have ice for my cocktails. no ice- no cocktail. Breakfast is good, plenty of options. I wish it was started earlier but not a big issue, as my day starts early. Room is very comfortable and very quiet I will definitely stay again

We have never stayed here but we wil next time every time we're in Calistoga. The staff was very friendly and professional. Coery even called me to see when we will be arriving because it was getting late. We just arrived in Calistoga and were eating and will be arriving soon. The room was much bigger than we thought and very clean. We went to have breakfast in the morning and notced the elevator was freshly mopped! Even the landscaping was neat and clean. A perfect 10!!!!!!

We came for a wedding and had no where to go, the staff let us get a pool key while we waited. Staff was kind and efficient. Breakfast was a fantastic bonus. We had only two problems. The room offers streaming Netflix or other apps if you log in to your account, and it paused every few minutes. Not due to streaming it would just pause, we’d hit play, few minutes pause again. I thought it was a remote issue, but either way hard to watch a show. Regular tv worked fine. Other issue was our key card didn’t work when we came back late night. But maintenance came within a reasonable time and let us in. Overall, customer service was excellent just a few kinks along the way

Beautiful hotel to stay at. We had a room with two double beds and it was big and spacious. It's pretty quiet and has a nice little area to have coffee outside. Would've loved to use the pool because it looked so nice and warm but it was raining so we didnt get to. I would say overall, we're very satisfied. My friends were very happy to stay here too. We drove a tesla so it was a bonus to have a charging station. We didn't have to worry about going somewhere far to charge! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Awfully noisy room in a great hotel. We could NOT SLEEP 4 out of the 7 nights due to all sort of noises including boiler-like and water-dripping noise which felt like absolute torture. The staff looked into it 2 or 3 times during our stay but somewhat the noises came back. The room number is 110 Other than the distrubing noises, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great with a heated jacuzzi and pool, and a small functioning gym. Location is great too in a lovely town

We arrived at 3:00 PM (check in was at 4) we were told that our room was ready and completed the full check in process. However, they would not give us a room key until 4 unless we agreed to a $50 charge. I told them to pound sand. Not a nice way to run a business. Over the years, we have stayed at various Best Western properties more than 50 times.

The weekend stay at this property was really pleasing . The property was clean, and well kept, the staff was very friendly and attentive, always greeted guest when walking by. The free breakfast was a plus and convenient if you want to grab a quick breakfast . I would definetly recommend and stay at this property again .

Overall experience was good. However, we ended up coming early and enquired about an early check-in fully recognizing that normal check-in time was 4:00pm. However the desk clerk informed us that there would be a $50 early check-in fee. My wife and I have done a significant amount of travel and never once were asked to pay for early check-in. This left a sour taste in our mouths and was petty to say the least. Another way we interpreted this silly request. Need to check if the room is ready and yes you can check in early if you pay. If not, the room may still be ready but you can't come in until 4:00pm. Not good customer service in our opinion and for that reason we won't be staying there ever again.

My room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that it was so easy to walk around town, that there was very easy parking and that the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good too! I will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel, with all the comforts. We had a quiet nights sleep. The free breakfast had something for everyone.The hotel is a little bit on the edge if town, but you can walk to shops and restaurants. It really deserves my 5 star rating.

It was for an overnight trip for my wife's bday to go to a function at our favorite winery. The hotel felt safe and was within walking distance to downtown Calistoga. We will definitely stay here in the future.

It is in a great location on the outskirts of Calistoga. It is well priced compared to other hotels in the area and allows you to stay one night rather than a mandatory two nights. The room was sweltering hot when we arrived because no air had been turned on and the breakfast and coffee is subpar.

This is not a good place to stay if you need to work. The check-in in time is late and the breakfast does not start till 7am. This place thinks it a resort, If you want a resort, just spend the extra money, it is not much more. The town is really good. just maybe skip this hotel.

This is a better Best Western hotel than any I have ever been in. It was recently remodeled and is bright and welcoming. The rooms are large. The breakfast is so-so but maybe that’s me after 7 days on the road. There could have been more cereal choices and the oatmeal was watery. But overall, a nice stay.

We have stayed here several times and it’s a really nice hotel in Calistoga that is clean and quiet. The breakfast is substantial, and it saves a lot of money to be able to eat breakfast and have coffee at the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and there is a great gym too. The staff is polite and helpful and there is feee parking. It’s great for families! We park our car and just walk everywhere in downtown Calistoga. It’s a perfect location and great value.

We love the room ammenities, full breakfast choices (not just continental), and the pool area. The price if very reasonable for this area. This was our second stay. We will definitely return.
