Lovely room with great space, bathroom, fireplace sitting room and cute private courtyard. Good cable TV choices, the microwave and fridge met our needs. Reception room has drinks, cookies and some breakfast items. Staff was friendly. Easy walk to all of downtown Calistoga

Wonderful cozy, clean, & comfortable bed. Private courtyard with outside table & chairs. The ambiance from the outside gas fireplace warmed my soul. Lobby has great coffees.

Fabulous place! We stayed in the King Patio and LOVED the outdoor patio! It was a great place to hang with our friends. The room was very clean and comfortable…not to mention big. We will be back!!

At check in one of the employees enjoyed talking to me with a mouth full of food. Not very pleasant. The Tesla charging station was broken. Very unfortunate because Calistoga has limited charging and no supercharger stations.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was on the smaller side but plenty to do around the little town so not a big concern. Grounds were charming and breakfast was good. I would have liked a little gym space but there are gyms around where I’m sure you could get a day pass. Many good wineries close by to choose from, and there’s a shuttle that will take you to local ones (not working on the days we were there due to holiday/off-peak season). Drive/ride share to those outside of Calistoga. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

Service is always terrific. This is a very central location for Calistoga that we like. In the past, they allowed us to use a garden plug for our travel Tesla charger, but now the facility has it's own charger for guests.

Boutique property. Well appointed room. Top quality bath amenities. Great breakfast. Spotless and clean. Tight parking. Close to road so you may experience some noise. Extremely well maintained. All said, we wouldn’t hesitate to return and spend another several days. Walking distance to downtown restaurants!

Seemed awesome but.... We were so pleasantly surprised when we drove in. It was charming, and beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Our first impression of the room was also positive. It was spacious, unique, beautiful, and upon our first few minutes smelled lovely and clean. BUT, shortly after we settled in room 114 it revealed a very musty, mildewy odor that only became more pungent by the minute. It smelled so strong that we never adapted or became nose blind to it. We could even smell it on our clothes after we left. Was it the carpet, the AC unit, or maybe something funky happening around the bathtub? It could be any of those but it just took the luster off an otherwise wonderful find of a hotel. I don't know why we didn't request another room, perhaps we were just too tired from the travel. It also didn't reveal itself immediately so there is that. Sad to post because otherwise it was lovely!

Property is cute. Nice location, walkable distance to restaurants, etc. Nice lobby/seating area with a beautiful fireplace. Nice outdoor seating area. The staff was great and our room was sufficient with a nice outdoor courtyard area with its own fireplace. Unfortunately it was a little buggy out there to enjoy for very long. Only complaint I have for the room is the carpet (get rid of it!). It was humid in the room and made the carpet always feel wet and gross (only made that mistake once and then wore my sandals).

The room was large spacious, the bathroom decadent with heated floors, the bed comfortable, the breakfast simple but tasty. HOWEVER, it was very sad that 1 thing really made the room lose 2 stars: THERE IS NO REAL FIREPLACE and SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED AS SUCH. Its does not have gas fireplace, its not even a fake fireplace that gives off heat (one of those dark black ones that would actually look nice). Its a toy looking dinky fireplace that has lights. I was angry at first, but it became comical when I turned on the sound. It wasnt even as good a fake sound. My phone sounded more realistic. I literally started to laugh at this point. They need to remove that advertising for a fireplace and/or at minimum, replace it with something higher end. If it were an extra TV, I wouldnt have even minded. Sad, as everything else was top notch and very nice and helpful service. And the location is fantastic.

Our stay at the Bergson has been amazing! Our room has a jacuzzi and fireplace. It’s decor is modern and elegant! Quiet environment. Close to downtown Calistoga! I totally recommend it for a romantic getaway!

It's a cute Inn but very expensive for what it has to offer. Our room was tiny, with tiny bathroom. The continental breakfast was served in the room which was nice, but didn't include any eggs, cheeses or cold cuts, only baked goods, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt/parfait. .

We wanted a cozy stay for our anniversary weekend. The staff were so professional and welcoming. The breakfast included was so cute and delicious. Cory helped us check in and even offered for a late check in process should we not make it before 9p. He was very attentive and welcoming at check in. Our room was clean, cozy and had a massive shower. We’ll be back again.

When you book a room with this place you will be taken care of perfectly. The staff here is professional in every way. The suite we booked for our honeymoon was heavenly. The location is right where it needs to be for a quick walk from shops and restaurants. State of the art coffee maker in lobby area with excellent breakfast options. Enjoy your stay. A 1 night stay with my husband. Calistoga is great option for visiting the Napa Valley. Check in was easy. Ordered a continental breakfast delivered to our room for the next day. Room was comfortable, but not large. Easy location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops would stay again

It was a nice stay, the staff were very polite and engaging in conversation when we had direct communication. It was walking distance to downtown Calistoga. Park your car at the hotel and walk to your destinations downtown.. The room was great, no complaints. I do plan to stay there again.. the price was was in line with everything in the area. I just have to save since that area is not really cheap in general, but it will be my go to next time for sure.

Good stay except in the evening there was no hot water available for bath or shower. Breakfast was modest and not served with coffee or tea. Instead there is small coffee maker with packets in the room. Better to good around corner to bakery for espresso.

Its a very charming hotel and close to several restaurants. The only negative comment is they didn't let us know they offered breakfast the first day we arrived so our friends missed it.
