Service with a smile is what you will receive here. This hotel is clean, very well maintained and affordable. They definitely put the customer first. From the friendly, check-in to the amenities, this hotel is a winner. I chose it for the location, price, pool (heated!!), laundry facilities and breakfast amenities. All were thumbs up.

Hotel was perfect for our Nascar Race Weekend - was in a convenient spot (less than 6 miles from the track) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Certain things should be updated/upgraded - we stayed in Room 236. Bathtub definitely needed a Bathmat or stickers so that you wouldn't slip and tissues and a "do Not Disturb" sign would have been helpful. The light by the bed by the window did not work - But all in all - we had an enjoyable visit - was grateful that the parking lot was well lit - I could see my vehicle from the room. Hotel is centrally located with restaurants close (even walking distance) Hotel was nice & clean which is always a plus

This property was disappointing in so many areas. The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Nothing worked ! The vending machines, ice machines nothing. The rooms are OLD and you can tell they provide the absolute bare minimum. Nothing about this hotel was pleasant. There are no elevators! And this should be mentioned on their website. The housekeeping staff were helpful and courteous but aside from that, this hotel is terrible.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was ever helpful and friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip to southern Florida. The breakfast area was well maintained and restocked by the staff. They also stayed vigilant in keeping the area clean and sanitized. The pool area was capable of facilitating many guests and pool towels were readily made available.

Requested a 1st floor room...did not get. Never ever got hot water no matter how long I waited. Dryer broken in laundry room. Property is really run down. Inside of rooms have been updated a bit, but it is all very superficial. Would not stay here again, especially for the price. This is a $50 a night motel.

Room was clean, tv, refrigerator, microwave and WiFi all included. They also offer a pool and breakfast included. There was also plenty of parking. All in all a great spot to stay when visiting the Keys.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear normal conversations in the hallway and parking lot. Hallways stunk of disinfectant, very strong. We were expecting to use the pool but it was tied off for some reason. Don’t advertise a pool if it’s not available. There were odd people hanging out in the lobby.

Very dirty hotel. Also very noisy. I will never stay there again. Did not have any tissues, or hand towels. Very little toilet paper and we ran out. I walked a bit in my bare feet and they were filthy and black and I had to shower followed.

I paid 167 dollars for a dump. So outdated with bedspreads, nothing like the picture. There was hair on my pillows and in the bed. I got there at 130 in the am and had nowhere else to go. There were also small cockroaches in the bathroom when I turned on the light.

I stayed here a few nights , Very quick check in and check out, friendly staff, bed and pillows was comfortable, room was clean, fairly priced compared to everything else in area, I was able to check in early for free, overall everything was good and I will stay here again :)

My wife and I enjoyed being so close to the National Parks, and the location was ideal for our planned outings. However, the listing from the hotel says that housekeeping would be done daily, and it is not. We were told it would housekeeping is only done every three days, which isn't unusual - but just isn't what the listing said. When we arrived in our room, there weren't any hand towels or wash clothes, and the one bed's sheets were visibly dirty. The staff were nice about setting us up with housekeeping the next day. It was an affordable accommodation, but the overall situation wasn't what we were expecting.

My Room was very dirty, furnitures old and broken. Towels very dirty, 1 tiny bar soap, carpet mold smell.. 2 nights I bear it because it was close to an event I flew in from NY to attend. DEFINITELY will not stay again!! Hope they renovate because the location is central. All the best

We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldn’t stay on and was making a sound like it’s slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. I’d sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that weren’t staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. It’s a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didn’t speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall it’s a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

The shower is on off and tenp knob does not work well at best. After I tried to shut it off it somewhat went off then is not going to turn back on. Barely a drip of water in the sink faucet. Furniture is pretty beat.

When we first walked in the front desk girl was friendly. However, after checking in we were given the key to the wrong room which lead us into someone else's room that was filthy with clothes computers, and other things. We immediately went to make note of it and then were given another key for another room. That room was filthy and the TV was damaged. The light in the room was not working and the wifi was down. We went back downstairs and canceled the stay because of all of this.

Hotel was perfect for our Nascar Race Weekend - was in a convenient spot (less than 6 miles from the track) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Certain things should be updated/upgraded - we stayed in Room 236. Bathtub definitely needed a Bathmat or stickers so that you wouldn't slip and tissues and a "do Not Disturb" sign would have been helpful. The light by the bed by the window did not work - But all in all - we had an enjoyable visit - was grateful that the parking lot was well lit - I could see my vehicle from the room. Hotel is centrally located with restaurants close (even walking distance) Hotel was nice & clean which is always a plus

Nice hotel for a good price. The complimentary breakfast could be improved to add some kind of meat, like bacon or sausage. Overall nice clean rooms and good value for stay. Conveniently located as well.

We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldn’t stay on and was making a sound like it’s slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. I’d sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that weren’t staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. It’s a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didn’t speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall it’s a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

This location is very close to the Key Largo, the Everglades and to Miami. The room was a great value, the staff was excellent, rooms were very clean, breakfast was very well done every morning. I would recommend this for anyone looking to explore the everglades or to tour the keys. I enjoyed my stay there.

Clean well maintained property overall, great grounds and nice room made it a relaxing stay. Staff was friendly, great pool and close to outlet mall, right on the highway. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend.

Normally, I don't write reviews, but this was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The Florida Keys, Everglades, and Biscayne National Park are all nearby, and it is incredibly clean and gorgeous. Overall, it was a fantastic value and a comfortable place for us to rest up before starting our Florida road trip. Breakfast was provided, and it contained scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles, and other things.

The breakfast consisted of Fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, waffles, and mandarin oranges. Not very healthy. At least they could have had yogurt. The towels were coarse with actual holes. The bed creaked as soon as you sat on it. You didn’t dare move. On top of that it was also uncomfortable. We’ll not be staying there again. I’m surprised Wyndham would be associated with it.

Staff was great, the property is just a cheap hotel. Breakfast was a bagged meal! A ham and cheese sandwich, so gross. Bed wasnt bad, but for $50 i would stay at a nicer place.

Great place for our 1 night stay before heading to Key West. Room was spacious, very clean, comfy bead, nice pool, plenty of parking and breakfast included, all for a good price. Just don’t go to breakfast just before it finishes and expect to have the full choice!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was ever helpful and friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip to southern Florida. The breakfast area was well maintained and restocked by the staff. They also stayed vigilant in keeping the area clean and sanitized. The pool area was capable of facilitating many guests and pool towels were readily made available.

Location is great. Room had clear damages, lock didn't work well. Also, there seem to be a lot of shady people loitering around the area. Especially the parking lot and swimming pool. I don't know why.

This is far from a 2 1/2 star hotel. The carpet was disgusting in the hallway and in the room. The smell of weed smoke was prevalent everywhere despite being no smoking. They advertise coffee maker, but there’s no coffee maker in the room and asked at the front desk, they said no coffee. Had to ask for towels. AC barely worked. By far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed even worse than a hostile. And to top it off, the location is horridly placed between an exit ramp and the Florida Turnpike so constant loud cars and truck noise all night thru the cheap single loose fitting window.
