Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our stay with 4 couples. The kitchen was great with shopping right across the street for quick runs on the golf cart. The pool area was great with it's own refrigerator. The decks were fantastic. Lots of space for privacy and hanging out all together. We very much enjoyed our time there.

We had an amazing trip to Key West! The house was spot on!! Our family loved the decks the pool was amazing and you can’t beat the amazing waterfront view!! The rooms were perfect and we had plenty of space to enjoy each other's company! The 2 garage spaces were perfect we used one for our 2 golf carts and the other to park the car! We hope to come back soon and would definitely stay again!! Beautiful home and a quick golf cart ride to the old key west streets! Cheers until next time!!

Hi, our stay overall was pretty good. I will say that not having any handrails for the pool is a dangerous issue. My 76 yr old father fell getting out of the pool and severely injured his knee which put quite a damper on the rest of our trip. I would also mention that the pool was not nearly warm enough when we arrived.

The pool had a broken drain cover, which was fixed within 24 hours of a call to management. The home is located within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. It is far enough away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to catch a quick ride to those areas when so desired. It was a perfect family vacation. We would stay there again.

Beautiful VRBO! It had a wonderful pool with a great water view. The house was beautifully furnished with all necessities. There was a broken cover on one of the pool drains. We received an immediate response and it was repaired within 24 hours. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was a good fit for 6 of us. Nice open layout, great view, and enjoyed the large deck facing the water. There is some wear and tear on the property, notably the dishwasher and some wall/ceiling spots that could use some repair. However, it was overall a solid home in a location convenient to grocery stores etc. and an easy drive to the old town area and other attractions in Key West.

Our stay at the Havana Day Dream home was average. Considering we stayed for 6 days and spent over 14,000, it was not worth the money. The house requires significant maintenance and updates. There was mold around the sinks in both the bathrooms and kitchen, and the drains in the tubs were clogged. The exterior of the house had mildew that needed power washing, the back sliding glass door wouldn’t lock, and the front door handle was loose and difficult to lock. The mattresses were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. They needed mattresses topper.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house was lacking; there was hair in the shower left from previous visitors. Additionally, our family pet joined us on the trip. The house is not very pet-friendly, as there is no grassy area for our dog to relieve himself.On a positive note, we did enjoy the pool and the view of the ocean, and we appreciated that the house was tucked away from the main road. We opted for a house instead of a hotel to enjoy family time, especially since we visited for Christmas. However, every morning we were disturbed by the noise from workers at the nearby Home Depot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived the mildew odor was really strong. We cranked up the air & it did improve but never got completely better. The carpets upstairs were dirty & need to be replaced - probably the major source of the odor. The beds were all very uncomfortable. They should invest in new mattresses or add mattress toppers at the very least. Same for the pillows - old, lumpy & uncomfortable. I wouldn’t normally complain about these things if we weren’t paying over $6000 for a 4 night stay. For that much money they definitely need to invest in updates. The view was great & the pool was heated which were nice amenities. Location was good - quiet street & close to shopping centers. We rented a golf cart which was perfect for getting into downtown. This is a beautiful property in a very nice area. Amazing views, large rooms and main area, nicely decorated. But it needs some updating, and the cleaning was superficial at best. Should be much cleaner considering the quite steep cleaning fee.

The tile floors appeared clean, however when walking with no shoes socks and barefeet showed dirt! White socks were black in a short time.Dryer needs replaced. 2 hrs to dry a load of clothes.The queen size mattress sagged in the middle. Both individuals ended up in the middle!Kitchen, baths, pool, size of rooms, house overall were GREAT.

Kitchen had every device and convenience a chef could want. Checking in and out was a breeze. We inexpensivley Ubered to Duval street and back whenever we wanted. Docks behind the property gave us access to the boat we rented.This vacation was close to the party when we wanted and away from the raucousness when we were ready to slip back into serenity. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived the mildew odor was really strong. We cranked up the air & it did improve but never got completely better. The carpets upstairs were dirty & need to be replaced - probably the major source of the odor. The beds were all very uncomfortable. They should invest in new mattresses or add mattress toppers at the very least. Same for the pillows - old, lumpy & uncomfortable. I wouldn’t normally complain about these things if we weren’t paying over $6000 for a 4 night stay. For that much money they definitely need to invest in updates. The view was great & the pool was heated which were nice amenities. Location was good - quiet street & close to shopping centers. We rented a golf cart which was perfect for getting into downtown. Overall would recommend using the property management but would not stay in the same house again unless it was updated.

The house was easy to check in and out. The house was clean and layout was good. All the rooms had ample space and storage. The views were phenomenal especially from the 2nd floor. Pool was perfect size and is heated which was a bonus. The only downside of this house is the distance from duval street if that’s what you’re looking for.

Property and Property Manager was great from booking to check out. House was clean and exactly has described. We had a little issue with water pressure and the PM sent someone over within the hour. PM left champagne and party favors for NYE. Nice Touch to an already great experience.

It is far enough away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to catch a quick ride to those areas when so desired. It was a perfect family vacation. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed our week in Key West. The area was easy to get a Uber or taxi and not far from anything we wanted to do. We were able to grill as well. The response time from the property management was easy and they were quick to respond.

Beautiful VRBO! It had a wonderful pool with a great water view. The house was beautifully furnished with all necessities. There was a broken cover on one of the pool drains. We received an immediate response and it was repaired within 24 hours. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Havana Day Dream home was average. Considering we stayed for 6 days and spent over 14,000, it was not worth the money. The house requires significant maintenance and updates. There was mold around the sinks in both the bathrooms and kitchen, and the drains in the tubs were clogged. The exterior of the house had mildew that needed power washing, the back sliding glass door wouldn’t lock, and the front door handle was loose and difficult to lock. The mattresses were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. They needed mattresses topper.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house was lacking; there was hair in the shower left from previous visitors. Additionally, our family pet joined us on the trip. The house is not very pet-friendly, as there is no grassy area for our dog to relieve himself.On a positive note, we did enjoy the pool and the view of the ocean, and we appreciated that the house was tucked away from the main road. We opted for a house instead of a hotel to enjoy family time, especially since we visited for Christmas. However, every morning we were disturbed by the noise from workers at the nearby Home Depot.

The house was beautiful. Our trip was 2 couples, one single. The house layout was great , one bedroom on the first floor and three on the second floor, all with their own bathroom. The pool was great , porches all spacious. It was a great space and none of us ever felt cramped or closed in. It's definitely a great space for the price and we could walk to shopping.

Great place to stay in Key West. Location was perfect. Close to everything and about a 10 min drive to Old Town. We rented a golf cart and it turned out to be a great way to get around. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing say. The balcony decks were great to relax and sip coffee in the mornings or drinks in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.
