The location was amazing, the house was pristine, and the view from the balcony were breathtaking. Starting our morning with coffee on the deck overlooking the water with the entire family and ending it in the pool together was so priceless. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family rented the Costal Comfort property for 5 days. We had six adults, a 1 year old, and a 3 year old. This was the perfect place for us to stay. The lovely pool kept the kids happy and gave the adults to rest and recharge between seeing the sights on the keys. The rooms were large and well appointed, and we loved the big decks and sliding glass doors. I highly recommend this rental as your cozy hideaway as you explore Key West.

House was spacious and comfortable but pool and pool deck are in shade during winter months. Complex is convenient to grocery shopping, Starbucks and a few strip mall type restaurants but must Uber to Old Town. In the opposite direction is a pleasant paved path along the water for many miles

The pictures and description don't quite do it justice. A very nice home. Everything you would want on a Key West vacation spot. Stayed here for a fishing trip. Very comfortable beds, spacious living area, could see the sunset, nice kitchen to cook up our fish. Host communicated very well. We arrived 45 minutes early and they let us in with a simple phone call. Has a grill. Pool was perfect size to get wet and cool off in the evening. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was fabulous and in a fabulous spot. It was close enough to bike into Old Town but away from the crowds and noise that can accompany that. House was clean and comfy. Garage can hold 2 cars and drive can accommodate 2 cars as well. Private pool and yard were lovely. Some reviews remarked on the lack of sun in the yard which is true, it faces north, but the pool was warm and we had no issue with that. The only improvement I might suggest is a privacy screen on the right side of the porch to block the neighboring house, but most people probably wouldn’t be bothered by that. The view is so captivating that you don’t spend much time looking at the neighbors. Really, to have that view and overall privacy was a dream! Highly recommend this rental.

This property was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had a great time staying here and I would recommend anyone anyone who visits Key West to stay here. The property has a beautiful view of the water and the pool was clean of any debris. They provided 2 garage door openers which was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and and is conveniently located across the street from a Publix and only a 10min drive to downtown Key West so we could easily do any activity without being in a loud and crowded area.

Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Our son enjoyed the hammock swings. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the closeness to Key West and all of our activities without being right in the hustle and bustle of the city!!

John was accommodating as we requested an early check in and late check out. That said, I do have a few concerns to share. Some of the furniture seemed unsteady or in less-than-ideal condition, but the bigger issue was the presence of mold in the home, particularly in the upstairs master bedroom and twin bedroom. The four guests staying in those rooms experienced sore throats, coughing, and congestion, which seemed to improve when they were outside of the house.This raises a serious health concern, especially given the amount of mold we noticed. The house was in a perfect location and had plenty of room for everyone. We had a small ant problem which was taken care of within an hour. The house was clean and the pool was perfect. Could have used some more towel hooks in bathrooms and some of the carpets were stained but overall beautiful. Would definitely go back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful rental home in a quiet residential area. The house is well equipped with needed amenities, the beds comfortable, the pool relaxing, and the views gorgeous. Javier and Allysa were quick to respond to minor problems. You should be aware the fourth bedroom is on the main floor, one must walk through the living area/kitchen to access the 3rd bathroom. It is not very private and worth asking if the pocket doors have been repaired. It was impossible to close them. Getting into the town was easy using Uber/taxi or renting a golf cart. Overall, I would not hesitate to visit again.

Love the house and the location. Last year we called maintenance and had them come to the house to try and get the second master bathroom shower working properly only lukewarm water at best. They looked at it and said they would fix it did not fix it the week we were there. This year we’re back for the second time Second bedroom still warm water not fixed. Please fix the shower too cold for anybody to use. Our friends that were staying in the second master bedroom had to use our shower again this year. We don’t mind paying for a house of this quality, but you need to fix the shower immediately, probably something wrong with the shower mixing valve needs replaced.

Our Family stayed at the Nautical Wheeler for a week in April. We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the large kitchen, dining and living space. The bedrooms were well appointed and all 8 of us had comfortable beds. The wrap around decks gave us a lot of extra room and gorgeous views. We all enjoyed the pool area. It is located in a quiet area, but near resorts and shopping. The one thing to remember is that there are steps into the house and up to the bedrooms. Nautical Wheeler has it all!
Our Family stayed at the Nautical Wheeler for a week in April. We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the large kitchen, dining and living space. The bedrooms were well appointed and all 8 of us had comfortable beds. The wrap around decks gave us a lot of extra room and gorgeous views. We all enjoyed the pool area. It is located in a quiet area, but near resorts and shopping. The one thing to remember is that there are steps into the house and up to the bedrooms. Nautical Wheeler has it all!

Overall we liked the home a lot. A few small things we felt need to be addressed: 1. The shower floor in the master suite was very slippery. Some sort of traction strips need to be installed. 2. The main floor bedroom windows need blinds or curtains to block out street lights at night. 3. The main floor bedroom sliding pocket doors need lubrication as they were difficult to close and made a loud screeching noise when closing.

Great property. A couple of things: Could use more facecloths, another iron with a cord longer than 2’. Drain in the shower of the master BR is very slow draining. The fan in the middle BR is not working well, if at all. The CO2 detector was beeping and had to be replaced - which was done quickly. Victor was very pleasant and professional. Overall though, a very nice place. We enjoyed our stay.

The pictures and description don't quite do it justice. A very nice home. Everything you would want on a Key West vacation spot. Stayed here for a fishing trip. Very comfortable beds, spacious living area, could see the sunset, nice kitchen to cook up our fish. Host communicated very well. We arrived 45 minutes early and they let us in with a simple phone call. Has a grill. Pool was perfect size to get wet and cool off in the evening. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at coastal comfort. Check in/out process was super easy, plenty of space for our family of 5, great pool and beautiful sunsets. It was 10-15 minutes just about everywhere we needed to go and only 2 minutes from the grocery store. We did rent a car for convenience.I would recommend the house be stocked with a few more kitchen staples like bowls, spices, cooking utensils, better pans, etc. maybe even more plastic dishes to bring poolside.

Went there to attend my nieces wedding. Initially a small problem with ants in the bathroom tub but once I was reminded that we were in South Florida I quickly got over it and moved on to all of the good possibilities the weekend would hold for us at this property. The house was perfectly located across from the grocery store. We enjoyed the pool as a family and a evening of playing games while the men watched football. The view from the second floor balcony as the sun is setting was gorgeous. Thanks again I'll definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Because husband is from KW, we come down alot. This is the first time staying on the north side of the island and it was a perfect spot. We walked to most places and enjoyed the quiet of the porch and ocean view. Would definitely recommend!

The house was fabulous and in a fabulous spot. It was close enough to bike into Old Town but away from the crowds and noise that can accompany that. House was clean and comfy. Garage can hold 2 cars and drive can accommodate 2 cars as well. Private pool and yard were lovely. Some reviews remarked on the lack of sun in the yard which is true, it faces north, but the pool was warm and we had no issue with that. The only improvement I might suggest is a privacy screen on the right side of the porch to block the neighboring house, but most people probably wouldn’t be bothered by that. The view is so captivating that you don’t spend much time looking at the neighbors. Really, to have that view and overall privacy was a dream! Highly recommend this rental.

The property has a beautiful view of the water and the pool was clean of any debris. They provided 2 garage door openers which was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and and is conveniently located across the street from a Publix and only a 10min drive to downtown Key West so we could easily do any activity without being in a loud and crowded area.
