Oversized home for the whole family w/private pool & dock

We had a fantastic time! Location is perfect for getting away from party area, but close enough to walk about a mile or so. The house included everything we needed for our two large families. The pool was nice and warm after we turned up the warmer due to chilly weather. Lots of beds to sleep everyone and plenty of beach towels too! We even stored our luggage at Office until our time to leave, which was a nice amenity! Our party was ages from 15-66 and everyone had a blast! Will be back!

The home is spacious and stocked with everything you need. Love the private pool and bbq. Great for big families

When the listing said property had a dock I assumed it would have a water view. It didn’t. That being said the pool and backyard were very nice. The house was well appointed and very clean. Lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets available. Water pressure and warm water was adequate. Two off street parking spots at the front door and plenty of off street parking always available. Would rent this property again

The pool was nice, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and well maintained. The instructions were easy to understand and communicated extremely well. It was just a little too far from the activities that we wanted to enjoy. Here are our concerns:• Downstairs bedroom door doesn’t slide on the track or close easily. We shut the door, then never touched it again. We entered and exited via the bathroom• Downstairs bathroom needs towel racks for both sink and shower.• Downstairs bathroom could use a shower caddy, or corner shelves to hold essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.• Downstairs bathroom shower head didn’t have enough pressure periodically • Downstairs bedroom clock doesn’t have plugs for phone chargers (those with a USB port).• Kitchen microwave is too complicated. Not clearly marked. Thought it was a 2nd stove/oven at first.• Kitchen refrigerator ice dispenser lever is practically invisible. Difficult to dispense ice and water• Get 2-ply toilet paper!• Palm tree outside has coconuts that are fruiting directly above the chairs by the pool. If anyone is sitting there if they fall, someone could get seriously hurt.• Additional mirrors on the upper floors. The 3rd floor only had 1 mirror in the bathroom.

Location is excellent. Home is very spacious, and the pool area is a little oasis. Hope to be back next year!

This property was absolutely wonderful. The house comes with basically everything you will need. The location is phenomenal close to everything a fully equipped kitchen for those days. You don’t want to go out to eat. My only crêpe is all of my family members, including myself complained about the beds. ALL of the adult bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable.Please invest in a better quality of mattress or provide mattress toppers. Nobody wants to wake up from back and shoulder pain on vacation every single day.

This is the perfect house for a group of friends or family. The house is super clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and open family room, dining and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are numerous and roomy. It's super fun to hang out on the decks and pool. The walk to town is easy and interesting! Amazing host communicates all you need to know, as well as offers great suggestions for a fun visit.

The house was perfect for 11 of us…4 wonderful bedrooms…and an open room that slept the 3 extras. Four bathrooms was awesome…one suggestion is to add a full length mirror/big mirror in the open top room!

The property could use some additional coffee cups and drink glasses (tall/pint) to cater to the number of guests that it accommodates. Bathrooms could use some towel hooks and additional places to dry towels from showering or the pool. Overall the POC wasn’t very responsive until asked if keys that were lost happened to be found on property after checkout but this was very helpful in ruling out a possible lost location. Kitchen amenities could be improved or increased if preparing a full meal, this rental met minimum requirements but not overly well equipped in this space. Would I stay here again? Yes, based on location and the dock. Does the property management company go above and beyond? Not quite there, you can tell this is managed by a company and not a homeowner trying to impress their guests. Company was asked two times prior to staying if twin beds could be merged as mentioned in the listing and they were not. This wasn’t a huge deal but I would remove these comments from the listing if the rental company isn’t going to accommodate the request.Would stay again, property could improve guest experiences with a few small improvements.

We had an issue with the AC where it broke a few days into our stay and caused us some problems — made the top two of three floors untenable. Unfortunately we haven’t heard back from them after we complained after the fact asking for some sort of refund. Seems to be a recurring problem for the unit. All in all tho a great property that I would recommend were it not for that issue.
