Very clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Luggage storage free of charge. Bus stop outside the door. Great location for walking to Victoria. Tiny room but all fine and comfortable. Very eco oriented and that was also a nice surprise as many places say they are but still change towels I’ve hung up to reuse. Lovely choice of breakfast spots nearby. Recommend Gail’s Bakery.

Like: Close to major tourist attractions and restaurants. Dislike: 1) No parking. Street parking/pay parking is charged by hourly rate at around BSP9/hr & may not be available when you need it. The closest pay parking is a long walk (20 min) away when you have to load or unload your luggage. 2) Rooms are so tiny, the beds already took up the whole room, no more space for moving around /open your suitcase.

Tiny room- nowhere to sit in room except for bed or to place things on. The hall smelled like cat urine-and looks dirty. One plus was the Front desk agents were pleasant. Location is good, though extremely overpriced.

No hair dryer available, shower very small (I’m small myself) , I ended up at local gym for shower before work. room grubby and noisy. Staff are polite. Still waiting for management to contact me to discuss as I was not happy paying £120 for single room in condition and with facilities as described above

We were 2 hrs early than 2PM checkin. They would charge 20 pounds for early checkin, so we left our bags at front desk, until 2pm, so we could eat lunch without our bags. Bathroom is small and toilet was uncomfortable and too close to the wall. Hard to sit easily, due to wall. My white socks turned darker, while walking on the carpet. Carpet needed steam cleaning. Good value and location for the money. Bus 24 drops off at the front door of the hotel and Victoria station is 9 min walk away. Close to lots of good restaurants.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a terrible property! Their beds are old and have yellow stains on them. We stayed here this week and we informed the front office and the manager that the bed has yellow stains. They said they would change the room but they never did. The management did not do anything. Noise- People bang into walls at night because the wall in between rooms is very thin like a paper. The floors creak. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. The carpets are old and outdated. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

We were attending the cricket at the Oval. This location is an easy walk to and from the ground. The hotel and rooms were immaculate. The bedrooms are small but perfect for what we needed. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. No AC but that’s a lot of places in England so we knew that before going. They did have three fans in the room for us to use. Hotel is close to the buses, train stations and the two places they recommended to eat were amazing and should be tried.

It’s close to many restaurants and quiet area and beautiful too but the room has no aircons and it was in the basement very small not really much space to walk around the room and even the toilet door don’t open wide as bed is near …… cleaning was good and I got sound sleep

You get what you pay for, or less. The location is good and convenient, but that’s about it. The hotel itself is not nice—rooms are extremely small, there’s no air conditioning, and it gets unbearably hot. They only provide a couple of old, dirty fans. The beds are terrible—very old and not clean—and the shower is just as bad. I would not stay here ever again. It did disappoint and diminished the whole trip to London.

Upon arriving staff were rude and uninviting. Room booked was wrong and when trying to resolve this, we were told it was the right room even though it definitely was not, as we had the booking details. We ordered room service which took over an hour, but more so the food was stone cold upon arriving. For the price the room it was quite small and outdated. Overall good location as walking distance to centre of the city. Other than that was not impressed and would not go again.

I needed somewhere last minute after an unplanned late day at work. Had a friendly greeting, my card didn’t work first try. But the staff on reception kindly walked me to my room to ensure it worked the second time, and it did! The room is a decent size. Had tea, cofee, even hot chocolate which was a nice treat at the end of my long day. The bed was very comfy, and the shower excellent. I didn’t try the TV. I would definitely stay here again, and it’s perfect location to the station which I needed for an early train.

I had a great stay at the Lidos Hotel with my teenage children. Incredibly convenient location a short walking distance from 2 underground stations. Lots of good dining options nearby as well. The staff were kind and attentive to any requests that we had. Highly recommend!

The initial service over message was great .reaponded fast ☺️. They let me drop of my bike for the London - Brighton race while I took my car to Brighton . They had 24/7 service so I could get my bike at 5am . They even left a note for someone to be there at 5 am so I could go to race .

This property was a right little gem, such a fantastic location nestled just a few minutes walk from both Victoria station & Pimlico station. Room was quiet, compact and clean. Staff were really friendly and beds were comfy. I'll definitely stay again if i'm back in London.

It was very clean and comfortable, welcoming and friendly staff. Bus stop right outside, but Houses of Paliament and Buckingham Palace are within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants just around the corner.

It was fine. The room was quite small but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and attentive (brought me a fan and extra milk and biscuits). No air conditioning but window opened. Good location between Pimlico tube station and Victoria Station.
